Michael came over and very quickly was able to inspect my system. He recommended installing some hardware which would drastically reduce the energy consumption required to start the system. Unfortunately we're not in the financial situation to pay for the soft/hard start system, but because of his explained knowledge... we will not be purchasing this system to extend the life of our HVAC unit. I really appreciate him not trying to "sell" us anything, rather inform us of the benefits. All-in-all, very impressed with the professionalism & service of Comfort Experts technician.

The technician that came to do my annual maintenance name was Michael. He was very professional and thorough with the tune up. He told me step by step what he was doing and why. Afterwards, he gave me recommendations for longevity of my systems. He's number one in my book.

Comfort Experts has treated me very well for many years. I am a return customer. Hunter came to perform a maintenance service on my AC system. While he was here, he also asked to inspect my water heater. He discovered a serious issue with my water heater that I wasn't aware of. He was very courteous and called another technician upon my request so I could get estimates on repairs needed on my water heater.
