Cust has 14yr water heater leaking around the bottom Lots of corrosion and rust Showed cust and cust wants to wait to replace at this time

During initial start up of the system could hear water near the heat exchanger that had built up after releasing the negative pressure built up in the drain line water started pouring down the drain line and system stayed running the whole time and cycled on and off properly Let customer know what could have caused the problem and it should be fine from here on Left customers house with system operating properly

Upon arrival system was having a hard time staying on. Heard water in flue drain. Opened and cleared all drain tubes, washed drain box till no more debris came out.

System operational. Condensate line had a heavy droop which was backing up water, adjusted appropriately. Pressure switch tubing to inducer was heavily kinked, fixed. Monitored system, pushing 118 degrees. System shutoff sheet reached set point in tstat and cache back on with a call.

I have sent via email and updated estimate due to the change in the scope of work and I would like to set up a phone call for the latest to be Monday to talk about any kind of decisions that have been made

Upon arrival system was not cooling. Found last tech left gauge piece on gauge hookup and had become loose releasing Refrigerant. Added 1lb 14oz of 410a to system to get recommended subcool at 10 subcool reading 11 Recall on previous technician

This was supposed to be set up as rec work should not have a service fee Replaced water heater thermostat and elements System is operating efficiently Red light will not go away until water dries out Cust understands and water temp was hot as I left the home

10/20/23 Tyler S- waterheater thermostat and heating elements need to be replaced. Waterheater over heating. Left heater off and informed customer to keep it off till repair. Rheem is sending the new parts in 3z-4 days. If they reschedule for us to install then me and mark W need to be on sight for repair.

Water leak fixed

Main home: gas furnace with heat pump installed in September of last year. Customer states system froze up. Second time in a month. Refrigerant levels are in range. Delta t is 20 degrees. Technician repaired a seal around the flashing for the furnace flue pipe. Daylight was visible through the flashing. Customer says that the system freezes up after a storm. Water could have possibly been leaking in through the faulty seal and shorting the blower causing the outside unit to run but the blower was not. Performed function check and system worked as it should on this visit. If it continues it is an intermittent problem that needs to be addressed. Performed super tune up on kennel system. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower wheel and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. Customer did not have filter to change out. Heat strips are in range. 70/5 dual run capacitor is within tolerance. Compressor and condenser fan motor are working a

Amana heat pump with propane furnace installed in 2022. Arrived to no cool, customer states that unit was freezing up. Removed air filter from to find that it was very dirty and restricting air flow. Checked refrigerant levels without filter and all levels are within range. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. 45/5 dual run capacitor is within tolerance. Condenser fan motor and compressor are running as they should. Compressor saver, UV system, and a surge protector are all installed on the unit. Customer has ordered new filter and will replace it as soon as it comes in.

Capacitor out of rating recommend replacement before failure. All other components indoor and outdoor measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned outdoor unit. Changed filter.

Arrived to system blower not pushing air due to dust build up,cleaned and left system cooling but blowernmotor still not pushing air,custo,er is taking up with home warranty

Arrived to no cool. Discovered failed dual run capacitor. Changed 70/7.5 capacitor and system started and ran. System running in cool upon departure.

Upon arrival system was on and cooling. Checked every component on air Handler. Found nothing, checked every component on compressor found nothing wrong

Contactor was not passing power through to compressor replaced contactor with new. System is now on and cooling.

The primary electrical contactor was compromised due to fire ants getting into the system. Did full evaluation on the system freon levels were acceptable at this time, system was healthy offered Maintenance agreement customer declined. Customer interested in solar Brian will reach out and discuss what customer wants.

Check the main panel and the panel at the Kennels main panel is a little old oxidized and has some Rust talked to the gentleman about replacement as well as the fact that the surge protector was doubled a breaker that said it was on the AC 15 amp The new code is 2356

5/12/23 installed SUPCO Freeze Protection Control, Model SFPC, to protect the air conditioning coil from freezing in addition to the time delay relay in series with the Y call from thermostat. Unit is functioning currently. Ran unit for 15 minutes. Checked draining of drain. Drain is ok. Wet-switch was tripped upon arrival but no obvious signs of water or leaking. Switch was reset and functioning. 4/28/23 Having pressure/ airflow issues, ordering additional parts, Brian H is looking for a certain line temperature sensor and will send the info to parts department when he finds it
