Very informative and efficient!
Hunter and Zachary were both very professional and personable. I appreciated how they honestly explained an issue I had but were not pushy about telling me I needed a part replaced (which I gladly did after getting a detailed explanation). If all of your technicians are like them, you clearly have a great company. This is the first time I used your company and will continue to do so in large part to these two outstanding gentlemen.
Did a great job and was very informative!

This review is submitted by Madeleine's husband. Sometime after 4PM I reported that my air conditioner was not operating. I did not really think anyone would show up until the next morning but to my surprise Jani G did arrive around 10PM and quickly identified the problem of excess condensation collecting near the ground level trip sensor. Even though Jani was able to get the unit operating again for only a short time after he left until additional condensation tripped the sensor I was impressed with his dedication working until almost midnight. Apparently Jani communicated the issues to Jose who arrived the next morning to implement a permanent fix to the condensation overflow. My hat is off to both of these gentlemen. Thank you!
Cody showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me my options for repair. I couldnt ask for a better service experience with our AC.
Cody was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional. He was able to resolve my issue with no hassle!
We had a broken a/c pipe which rendered one of our bathrooms unusable. Alec was sent to fix the problem within hours. He located the problem, fixed it and showed us before and after photos of the repairs done. He was very professional and courteous throughout his visit. Thanks Alec for a job well done.
Our propane furnace would not start up on one of the colder days this winter. Justin P. found that condensation had built up and prevented the lighting of the unit. Not only did he fix the immediate issue, he climbed deep into my attic to find the p-trap that was preventing condensate from draining. From now on, I want Justin to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on my two heat and a/c units — because I know he will take the time to ensure that this equipment remains failure free. Outstanding and thorough –Justin P, Comfort Experts, has my trust. Nov 2024. Kellen performed preventative maintenance on my two dual fuel systems. My comments: Unbelievably thorough, well documented review of both my 8 year old system and my 17 year old system picking up a freon leak and heat exchanger degradation in my 17 year old system. Also informing me of the Jan 2025 EPA requirement of new type of Freon 454 which is flammable resulting in more expensive future systems and elimination of current 410a (non-flammable) system availability. Given parts availability on my 17 year old system is poor, it would be the best time to install the last of the 410a systems before they are gone. –Kellen M, Comfort Experts, is the "MAN."
I was beyond impressed with this company, from the initial phone call for service, to the dispatcher who advised me that the technician, Mark D. was on his way, to Mark D.'s amazing customer service. Mark's knowledge and willingness to explain everything, with patience and a smile on his face, in spite of the after hours service was impressive. He was very thorough, and accommodating. I haven't seen this type of customer service in years, and I'l recommend this company to everyone. It's no wonder I was referred to them by another happy customer. Mark was very honest in his assessment of my HVAC unit, and this is the only company I'll ever trust. Thank you for servicing my home on the same day as my call.
Brock was extremely professional. He provided me with a rundown of my hvac issues. He gave me a list of options with an explanation of work for each one. I will absolutely be a return customer.
Our AC went out the night the Texas Rangers swept the Baltimore Orioles to go back to the ALCS. Go Rangers! Anyway, Mark Dennison got to us by 1 pm the next day, could not have been more polite or thorough in his detailed explanation of the steps of the diagnostics, the services he recommended, and the follow-up we should budget for having an 8-year-old system. We like Hobson / Comfort Experts because of their attentiveness and their support of our military, but well request Mark for our next round. But all of their techs have been great, so you cannot go wrong with any weve had come to our home over the last several years.

2022 5t hp attic horizontal SHOP. System down upon arrival. Diagnostic discovered – compressor not running. Cut power to condenser unit. 70mfd compressor capacitor bulbed. Tested – failed. Replaced. System fully functional. Homeowner needs to replace filter at the indoor unit. We discussed the need for MicroAire soft start flex devices on 5 compressors due to the homeowner having a generator. Emailed estimate. A Micro-Air EasyStart Flex soft starter offers several benefits when paired with a generator for home air conditioning, primarily by reducing the initial surge of electricity needed to start the AC unit, thus enabling it to run on a smaller generator than would otherwise be required. This can lead to cost savings on generator size and fuel consumption. Additionally, it can reduce the noise and wear on the AC compressor, and potentially extend its lifespan. Specific Benefits: Enables AC on Smaller Generators: The soft starter significantly reduces the inrush current (the ini

2016 3t gas attic horizontal. Filter replaced and dated. Drain line flowing. Blower clean. Evaporator coil clean. Electrical connections tight. Reinforced a supply ducts with proper tape. Condenser coil washed with chemical cleaner. Amps, volts and refrigerant charge withing tolerance. System functional. Secondary main system was installed by a company in Burleson TX shortly after our CA appointment in November of 2024. Homeowner canceled his long standing membership on that unit after install. I politely explained that if I put my hands on it that'll potentially void any warranties he holds with the other company that services the brand new system.

Customer is ok with the operation of plumbing system left est for filtration. Replacement
Three system tune update performed today. All systems are heat pumps with air handlers installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Customer states that there are high humidity levels in the home. Technician found that the main system had several air leaks in the air handler. Sealed up the air handler and believe the issue is fixed. The master bedroom unit had the TXV bulb on the bottom of the vapor line. Moved the bulb to the top and refrigerant readings improved. With proper refrigerant readings the humidity levels should now go down. Biological growth is present in all of the systems. Suggest adding indoor air quality products to sterilize the systems and the air. All amp readings are within tolerance. All refrigerant levels are acceptable. All three outdoor units were washed.
6/4/25 Arrived to no cool. System was completely frozen. Defrosted the system and performed leak search news unable to find a leak. Charged system with 4lbs 9oz of 410a per Brian H. Need to return next week with a different leak detector. Requesting an additional technician as well to help search for the leak.

Double wide manufactured home with failing duct work. Multiple holes in the runs and insulation is falling apart. Poor air flow throughout the home. Customer is meeting with a comfort advisor tomorrow regarding replacing all duct work under the home.
Silver tape sealing slight air leak had come up and created a bypass for air causing a whistling sound. Added more silver tape to block bypass. Found no other issues left system in cool mode
When I arrived at the home the customer was hoping I could get cold air until we can get it replaced. I called and scheduled a Comfort advisor for tomorrow morning between 10-12 to discuss options because tonight is his wife's birthday. I checked and found the coil iced up with limited time I cycled on fan and got it to deice most of the way I got pictures of the unit then checked the AC. Found high superheat and compressor is really noisy when running. This is a straight AC I talked to the homeowner about the difference between a heat pump and AC and said he should talk to the comfort advisor tomorrow to see what his options are. I left the AC off and fan on to finish de icing while they went to dinner.

Customer states that water is dripping in the filter and getting everything wet. Technician found that the outdoor unit is going out on low pressure due to a leak in the condenser. Technician suspects that the evaporator coil was freezing and was getting the filter wet when it thawed out. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer this afternoon to discuss replacing 3 ton straight electric with a heat pump.
