William did a great job explaining our options and putting us at ease for this purchase. Replacing an outdated HVAC system is expensive but we are confident with our choice of systems and the company chosen to install.
Kellen was professional and performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. We were informed when he was on the way and felt confident with the outcome of our system check. I would gladly have him back to service any future needs.
Jhorden, Joe, Sergio, and Phillip did a great job keeping things organized and minimizing the disruption to our lives. They were professional and courteous and took the time to explain the process and answer questions. Even at the end of the day they took the extra time and effort to make sure things were cleaned up and we were satisfied. I highly recommend them and would happily use them in the future.

Did a Cooling Tune-up on 2 year old Carrier Furnace, tested capacitor, checked filter, drain is good, recommended a compressor saver, uv lighting, customer stated they would have to talk to husband and they'll let us know, refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving
Carrier unit installed in 2012.
Performed a STU on both systems both Evaporator coil were acceptable, blower wheels had dirt buildup on the fins recommend cleaning , changed both filters for the customer , checked both drain lines they were clear and draining poured a gallon of water down , heating elements were functional and within manufacturer range. Checked both dual Capacitor on the outdoor units both were out of manufacturer range 70/10 and 45/5 both were reading out of manufacturer range. Washed the coils from the inside out and waxed both of the tops. Fan blades and motors were acceptable. Tightened some connections, both primary electrical contactor were acceptable. Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time. Talked to customer about the importance of the capacitor but he is going to look into if they are under warranty then will get back to us.

Sold! 2 level 3 systems, one 3.5 ton, the other 2.5 ton both level 2 filtration. Code items and 800 Sqft of R30 insulation.
Both indoor systems are 2004 Trane, both have leaks in the coils, heavy biological growth, low Refrigerant, compromised compressors, heats strips for heating are making the electric bill extremely high. Outdoor units are both carrier comfort makers 2018 that only had a 5year warranty from date of installation ( I looked up warranty to confirm). Customers have been trying very diligently to get the electric bill down unknowingly that the inefficient AC system was the major cause. Set up a comfort advisor for 3/20/23 12-3pm slot confirmed by Rob G. Uploading videos and pictures to job.
3/11/23 upon arrival found system heating and cooling. Found a low charged capacitor and recommended replacement. Customer was interested in the lifetime warranties with the membership program so they signed up for a copper membership. Customers own 2 houses directly next to each other so I went ahead and performed a tune up on the other house as well. Recommended a compressor saver on unit B and customer approved the installation of the saver on unit b. Customer went ahead and did memberships for both systems and when we do tune ups here we're going to treat this as one property, It basically is. Changed filters on both houses and cleaned coils as well as waxed the top on both units. Goodman 2018 propane gas package unit (Unit A) and Goodman 2019 propane gas package unit (Unit B) Both systems were left cooling with a 20 delta and 50 degree air coming out of the vents. Systems are ready to handle the summer
