I have a rent house where the AC rent out. I called Comfort and got a quick response on the phone. They were out there within a couple of hours and were able to fix the problem quickly. Very grateful for that. I did have a issue with what the tech mentioned to the tenant that he should not have mentioned. I called Comfort experts and they will go over that with the tech. That shows me that they really care about their service.

Addressed customers concerns in regards to yesterday's install I looked over the work that was done to ensure it was all up to standard including the sealing of plenums hanging of the unit the gas line and ensured drains were all installed correctly upon customer request I altered thermostat so that it shows the same as her thermometer and fixed her attic access so it would shut completely I was also able to get whit jana and sandy to get the customer an emailed copy of her itemized invoice as well as proof of warranty registration

Install 30k hz gas with 4" filtration system

colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival we determined that there was no issue with the ac but she had accidently set a program on the thermostat. Afterwards the customer inquired about compressor saver kits and with her permission I installed on. When I left the system was on and cooling.

colby.finch@acgenius.com
Came and confirmed that the compressor is operating correctly. The compressor is pulling 72 amps on start and is well within manufacturer specifications.

colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival the system was running and heating. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The furnace operated normally. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommend replacing the contactor on the outside unit because it is showing signs that it will fail in the future, and I recommend adding a compressor saver kit to the outside unit to bring its Amp draw on start up down to within manufacturer specifications.

Customer is shopping and one legged me by saying her son would decide on which quote to go with. I will email the customer. It was a good visit, hopefully she’ll call me back next week. She needs a 2.5 ton, existing equipment is 3 ton. Our book price is 8075 which was lower than everyone else. Install said they could do a 4 inch box filter type for her. She called back and sold 2.5 ton gas attic lvl 1 Install date: 11/2/2023 Cash buyer (check)

Arrived for rec work Scraped and cleaned coil with solution Replaced Blower cap Cut and cleared Drain line Refilled p trap System left in cooling at exit

colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. There was biological growth on the underside of the blower and the uv bulb was burned out. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing except for overamping on start up. I recommended and installed a compressor saver kit to remedy this. As I left the system was back on and cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Mike S.
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned outdoor unit. Changed filter.

Upon arrival Norma wanted me to open her drian under the sink to remove a penny she dropped in it. The stu went well system is in great shape cooling and heating work just as they should. I would recommend a light system and hard start for added protection to the system.

tyler.scholes@acgenius.com
09/02/23 water heater was leaking from base. Quoted replacing and shut off service to the unit until she installs a new water heater

Kellen M.
3 ton closet up-flow Lennox gas 2014. System down upon arrival. Upon evaluating, I found large oil spots inside the condenser coil indicating a substantial leak of refrigerant. Compressor has no oil and refrigerant to keep cool and is pulling around 50amp attempting to start up. Removed power to avoid unnecessary energy cost. Megohm the compressor and it was "high caution" indicating a compromised compressor. Indoor Blower capacitor is failing. Flue pipe is out of code. Insulation is falling off the walls inside the evaporator coil compartment which is restricting proper airflow. Discussed with customer about having a CA come out and perform a Heat load calculation to make sure the system is sized correctly and to discuss replacement of compromised system. Customer agrees to an 8/31/23 @10am appointment.

Mike R.
Add 10oz of 410a to system and hard start kit. All other componets are in tolerance and working fine. Both systems and now clean and cooling like nvr before.

Blake B.
Tech arrived at a membership service call 45. Upon arrival the customer showed the tech a video of the fan motor previous making a loud noise. The motor was tested. The windings, power and capacitor looked good. The bearings appeared to be faulty. The motor was replaced and the unit was hosed off again. The new motor appeared more quiet and was running smoothly. The system was functioning upon departure.

Blake B.
Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon inspection the condenser was vibrating and the coils were obstructed. The capacitor was out of tolerance and the system was pulling high amperage. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The capacitor was replaced and a Compressor Saver was installed to help combat the high amperage. The system was functioning upon departure.

colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival the system was running and cooling. The indoor unit had a clean blower and coil. The drain line was slightly backed up but flowed clear when I gave it a complementary clear. I recommended a drain pan strip to prevent the issue from happening again. The unit produced a 20 degree delta. The outdoor unit passed all electrical tests and after washing the coils were clean. I recommended a compressor saver kit to extend the life of the compressor by reducing the amp inrush on start up. The customer declined to pursue my recommendations at this time but requested a follow up in a couple weeks after his vacation. As I left I ensured that the system was back on and cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Mike S.
Capacitor on both units reading out of rating recommend replacement. Everything else checks out.

Diego M.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. All electrical connections and components are good. Looking at the indoor system all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines are clear and flowing. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capcitor is within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Client stated that she recently started noticing water dripping from the secondary drain line. Looking at the the indoor unit, there is back up in primary drain line leading to bar sink. Went ahead and preformed and disassemble and clear drain under sink. Poured down about 2 gallons to assure no back up. Drain line is now clear and flowing. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.
