This is a an elder couple thinking something was wrong with the system. After checking filter freon amp draws and caps everything checked out fine. System is less then 2 years old. It could use easy start and uv system but didn't qualify for financing.

I quoted a le1 48k straight cool horizontal for $9736 Customer wants another quote then decide on repairing or replacement

Arrived to no cool. Customer states that the system is freezing up. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are both very dirty and causing very poor air flow. Customer is upset that the previous technician sold him a soft start for the outdoor condenser without addressing the air flow issue. Coil is very corroded as well. Customer would like to speak with a comfort advisor to get an estimate for a new system before deciding whether to fix this 14 year old straight electric system or replace it.

8/17/27 This system had a out of tolerance compressor cap. Reading 40 should be 45. Today I replaced it under warranty. I returned today and install iaq200. I could not install the easy start because I do not have the correct size. I need / icm easy start 16A. Pausing call again until I receive icm easy start 16a

Today I cleaned the system condensor take the top off and cleaning it from the inside out. I removed this cooling tune up fee because they did a memebership and an easy start system today. I installed the easy start and inrush is 27amps when it was 104. System has 10° of subcooling and currently uses a piston. The evap coil is dirty but has caused any issue so far. I recommend replacing the coil of cleaning it.

2018 1.5t hp attic horizontal. Verified - no manufacturers warranty, was only a 5 year. Homeowner claims it's not keeping up with the demand. History of refrigerant recharge and capacitor replacement by other companies. His father used us at another property when he was alive. Blower wheel is dirty. 1inch filters have been replaced. Drain line clear. Due to conversation, I performed a courtesy leak detection while homeowner was with me and detected refrigerant molecules at the evaporator coil. Washed outside unit and put guages on to check refrigerant charge. Confirmed low leves and put almost a pound in until my levels were within manufacturers specifications. Expressed to Homeowner the options being outside of a manufacturers warranty and the issues present. Homeowner is interested in a package unit if possible. Arrived for eval Customer stated the system would come on and off Ran test and found out the system was throwing a lock rotor code The compressor saver went out Recommend new compressor saver with warranty Customer wants to wait Compressor did not come on

Tech Cody and Mark arrived to customer's home and met Mr. Phil. He showed us inside to the thermostat and the access to the indoor unit. We started inside with replacing the filter and inspecting the blower wheel. The blower had minimal dust buildup and all the electrical control was in good condition. The evaporator coil was clean and the temperature delta T was 18 degrees. I poured a gallon of water into the drain and it went through with no issue. The unit had an IAQ 200 and both bulbs were not in need of replacement. Next we headed outside to the condenser coil, the electrical equipment was operating normally according to the data tag and the wiring was in good condition. We cleaned the leaves from the bottom and washed the coil out. We hooked up the guages and found the charge of the system to be good. The unit had a compressor saver installed.

04/19/24 Tyler s- basic check up. Waterheater is 18 years old and needs to be replaced soon. Customer will hold off atm

I Located issue and performed temporary fix, whip from outlet to furnace has no ground, control board sending fault code for bad ground The temporary fix is is not the correct fix, new circuit for ground needs to be run Flue pipe is not up to code and is not performing correctly, going to eventually ruin the furnace, or allow combustion air leak.

Move washer and dryer and waterheater Cut floor and moved water lines and drains will have to return tomorrow to finish water lines and gas line

3/13/24 Reschedule with Mark W & Derek B to come out Thursday morning the 14th

Tech Cody arrived to customers home. I went to the indoor closet furnace and did a diagnostic of system startup. All the safeties functioned as they should and furnace started up with no issue at all. Inducer fan motor pulling point three amps was below the manufacturer specifications. Customer had air scrubber and UV light installed on system. I replaced the filter for the customer. Once I took a look into the attic and saw the insulation I noticed that it was very low and I notified the homeowner that they need to be getting some insulation soon.

I came back today to install the uv system.

On this job I'm coming back on wednesday between 10 and 12 to install a germ light in the return. The system is 3 years old and has no issues.

I arrived and replaced the capicator on the left side of the houses outdoor unit. Customer did not answer door. Unit was running and heating when I left.
