I Located issue and performed temporary fix, whip from outlet to furnace has no ground, control board sending fault code for bad ground The temporary fix is is not the correct fix, new circuit for ground needs to be run Flue pipe is not up to code and is not performing correctly, going to eventually ruin the furnace, or allow combustion air leak.

Move washer and dryer and waterheater Cut floor and moved water lines and drains will have to return tomorrow to finish water lines and gas line

2021 Daikin airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range 2021 Daikin Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Cleared debris from bottom of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended compressor saver and condensate pan treatment

3/13/24 Reschedule with Mark W & Derek B to come out Thursday morning the 14th

Tech Cody arrived to customers home. I went to the indoor closet furnace and did a diagnostic of system startup. All the safeties functioned as they should and furnace started up with no issue at all. Inducer fan motor pulling point three amps was below the manufacturer specifications. Customer had air scrubber and UV light installed on system. I replaced the filter for the customer. Once I took a look into the attic and saw the insulation I noticed that it was very low and I notified the homeowner that they need to be getting some insulation soon.

I came back today to install the uv system.

On this job I'm coming back on wednesday between 10 and 12 to install a germ light in the return. The system is 3 years old and has no issues.

I arrived and replaced the capicator on the left side of the houses outdoor unit. Customer did not answer door. Unit was running and heating when I left.

On arrival both systems were running and heating producing 20 degree deltas. The indoor units had clean blowers and coils and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Both outdoor units had weak capicators and one outdoor unit was overamping on start up. I added a capicator and compressor saver kit but need to return to add the other capicator. Please schedule me to return Thursday with the capicator.

2011 Trane gas furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filter Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Ignition system was functional All safeties are functional 2011 Trane Straight electric Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Customer stated there were 2 rooms that don't keep temperature as she would like. looked at insulation in attic, insulation above the 2 rooms and in other areas of attic were very bare could see drywall in multiple spots. Talked with customer about adding insulation to attic. Customer stated she will do research.

During tune up found primary electrical control compromised Also found lots of bilogical growth in duct work, recommended duct cleaning. Cust states he want to wait till the first of the year. Need to follow up January 1st

10/19/23 Will return with (2) IAQ200 ordering parts

On arrival both units were running and cooling and producing a 20 degree delta. Both units drain lines flowed when flushed. Both units had clean blowers and coils. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing. With the customers permission I installed 2 compressor saver kits and one pan strip to help the unit perform better and prevent future problems. As I left Both units were running and cooling.

Outdoor unit is operating, refrigerant levels are good at this time, coil is serverly dirty recommend coil deep clean,indoor unit operating, drain line is flowing but is flowing slowly, recomended customer clear drain line said they will blow out with a air compressor ,left system cooling

Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is running strong. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. Dual run capacitor and primary motor start are in tolerance and working as they should. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant and airflow levels are in range. Technician suggests replacing the UV bulb for improving air quality and adding a compressor saver for energy savings and longevity of the system.

Customer didn't answer

Arrived to no cool. Discovered 30/5 dual run cap reading 2.2/4.8. Changed capacitor, performed hard reset on system and was reading 16 degree delta T upon departure.

Arrived to system not cooling ,upon inspection of system I found that the refrigerant were low ,customer didn't have time for me to perform a leak search so I topped off system with free pound of refrigerant as promotion says, and left system cooling

Completed my thorough inspection, both attic units were inspected, UV systems are now working properly, coils were inspected, drain was checked and would advise pouring bleach once a month during the summer to maintain clear drains. Both outdoor unit were cleaned and both capacitors are within rating. I'd advise installing compressor saver for both your outdoor units to lower the starting amps giving your compressors an easy start while prolonging the life of your compressors. Treatment strips

Performed Stu, system operation is normal, cleaned condenser, changed filter, system components in tolerance. Uv bulbs are out of effective age and need to be replaced. Talked to customer about solar #solar
