Adam had a very difficult problem to resolve regarding hot water pressure on the hot water master shower. He stayed and continued working until we received very high pressure. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone. He was very courteous and explained the problem in simple terms. He is one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.
There not enough adjectives to describe how great Michael was in his visit. He explained things on our level and was patient as we asked lots of questions.

For this job I perform two super tune-ups. Informed me upon arrival that she feels like there are temperature differences in between certain rooms that may not be normal and she feels that one of her dampers was closed for her main office room. During inspection I did note that the damper for her room was almost fully closed I reopened it and reopened other partially closed dampers. I noted that none of the ducts within either units had been properly sealed. I used thermal imaging to show air leakage. Large amount of biological growth has started to grow in the main unit of the home. I recommended sealing all the ducts being that the ducts allowing air to leave and come in the supply plenum may have been the cause of the biological growth, I recommend installing a UV system to main home unit to kill and prevent biological growth, and lastly added estimates for April air filtration upgrades. For this job, I arrived for a nest thermostat being faulty. After completing differents tests, customer was notified that it needed to be replaced. Came here for electrical inspection and started inspecting house and panel looked good except could use a surge protector customer also talk to me about light dimming down when vacuum is plugged in so took a look at the issue and gave quote to do that and then customer also had another issue as you want me to take a look at was he switches in bathroom not having any power to feed her bathroom light and took them look at that and there is an issue and it's not getting power so talk to her about running a new line from the plug next to it up to the switch box but we'll have to cut a hole so talk to her about that and send her the quote for that as well customer really like the price and will be reaching back out to us in the next few days after dealing with family issues to get scheduled and done
For this job, I worked on a super tune up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system. Customer stated that she told csr that the leak was coming from swimming pool when it gets to a certain level I informed her we do not work on pools and offered membership customer stated she's on ss and it was not an option financially

Came out for a plumbing evaluation customer had a old oval turn gate valve angle stop for the toilet in the hall bathroom that was leaking and would not shut off the toilet tank components were also rotted away and would not allow the toilet to function presented him with some options homeowner chose to replace the toilet with us today as well as the angle stop upgraded to a steel quarter turn ball valve spoke with the grandson over the phone and made sure someone is aware of who did the service today and that he has a warranty on our work left him with some business cards and membership information recommended replacing his AC filter as soon as possible thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Gave customer a quote for a 22k generator for home
12/12/25 Another appointment needed for tomorrow. 1-2 pm to be able to complete the job before husbands leaves. Tech that arrived has to ring the doorbell and wife will respond and given instructions. Manager is aware of situation. System was left off.
For this job I performed a heating tune up. The unit had a UV bulb out of tolerance. I successfully replaced the UV bulb with homeowners consent. All heating aspects of the unit functioning within normal spec limits. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Today I replaced a contactor for the 2 main heat strips. System is now back online and ready for work

11/17/25 For this call I performed a evaluation. The unit was low on refrigerant and was leaking at the condenser unit. Homeowner asked for call to be paused and further leak detect tomorrow. Office to call homeowner to schedule. For pinpoint leak detection and repair. 11/18/25 Done for now. Ordering new condenser coil under warranty. Unable to pinpoint leak. 11/21/25 Leak detected in compressor not the condenser coil. Ordering new compressor, refilled refrigerant
On this job I replaced a cap under warrenty. System back online.
9/23/25 Need a second meeting set with customer for Monday or Tuesday so Joe Rob and I can come back to discuss options
Came to job to look at adding plugs for govi lights in soffets and also quoted to add switch and plug in bathroom spot and hang light with box customers that he does want to get it done by us to talk to the wife first customer said he did want to get a few quotes before proceeding with the work
During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling. I'm happy to report that the system test in tolerance on all sides and areas. TD is 20° Subcool 10° The system could benifit from an easy start to help better manage the inrush amps. Filter is dirty but he's getting a new one tomorrow
We came out to customer's house to look at covers in a garage because inspector was out here and said covers were too small and that there was a broke cover and they needed to be sized and secured down and that there was something wrong with the GFCI and the switches as well as the covers for them but there was nothing wrong with any of it everything was wired correctly everything is working GFCI in garage controls all the plugs in the garage I came and we replaced the cover that was chipped and broken with the new one and also replaced the screws on one of the covers that were rusting other than that everything is working and is fine. Covers are fine and nothing wrong with the size
