Frustrated, your team was out 3 weeks ago … and Friday our system was not Cooling …we needed over 2 pounds of coolant when three weeks earlier —- the coolant level was fine. Also, how did we get a blocked drain pipe in that same time frame and that it wasn’t found with the tune up?

Upon arrival secondary drain was draining on outside of house, main drain clogged, cleared drain and poured 2 gallons of water down drain. Drain is now clear and draining

Coleman heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. Coleman inverter heat pump is running strong. All electrical connections are tight and motors are running strong. Refrigerant levels are in range.

Upon arrival system was on. Indoor unit was on but outdoor unit only fan was on. Capacitor was out. Brought up to client and replaced capacitor. Left system in working condition.

Arrived to no cool. Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2015. Discovered failed 40/7.5 dual run capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system started up. Performed function check. System running in cool upon departure.

Elderly man was concerned about his UV light, ballast had tripped after a power surge on Tuesday past. I reset the ballast and added a 3amp fuse between the power from ballast to 24v transformer.

On arrival the downstairs unit was not running and the upstairs unit was. We started on the outside units and found that the downstairs units capicator was completely open and the upstairs units capicator was severely out of tolerance. We replaced both and added two compressor saver kits and both systems began running and cooling as intended. The attic units both had clear drain lines, clean blowers, and clean coils. They both produced a 20 degree delta. I recommended drain switches as there are currently no water safetys. As I left I ensured that both units were running and cooling. On arrival the outdoor unit was not turning on. I quickly determined that the start capicator was open and needed to be replaced. We replaced it under warranty. Additionally we gave the outdoor unit a quick cleaning. When we were done the unit turned on and began cooling as intended. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Filter was changed by client. Drain lines are clear and flowing. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor is out of tolerance and very low. Recommended a replacing the capacitor but client needs to talk with husband first. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. The drain was backed up causing the float. Switch to trip and turn the system on and off every 20 minutes. Clear the drain and tested with a gallon of water, system was showing low freon levels. Put 21 oz of 410 a into the system period left the system in cooling and customer verified everything was functional. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts

Upon arrival for service tune up system on and not cooling. Inspected outdoor unit and found capacitor out. Replaced capacitor. System came on and cooled properly. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications. Refrigerant pressure good. Inspected indoor unit. Blowers and coils clean. Drain lines clear. Recommended renewal of membership. Customer agreed left system on and cooling.

Arrived to no cool. Discovered that thermostat had no power going to it. Checked drain switch in attic to find that it had been tripped. Cleared primary drain, poured bleach down primary drain and reset drain switch. System running in cool upon departure.

Tyler l completed diagnostic found that one of the plugs had a different source of power that was not sending correct voltage check the breaker I recommended that the breaker be replaced but it was fixed by turning off and on again and then rewired the plugs to make them work independently of the bathroom light

On arrival the system was running but not cooling efficiently. We inspected the indoor unit and found a 22 degree delta, we checked for air leaks and also inspected the drain lines and ducts. On the outside unit we got our sub cool and super heat. We removed a dead frog from the capacitor that possibly caused shorting issues. As we left the temp at the thermostat had dropped 4 degrees and the system was cooling efficiently. Customer will monitor and let us know.
