William was very helpful to recommend what was best for what we wanted and needed. He also was patient with our many questions and worked up multiple quotes for us which I was appreciative for.

Attic system electricals have biological growth growing around. Entire inside unit is covered with dirt and growth. Blower is covered with dirt and growth. Ducts need to be cleaned. Outside unit capacitor is out of tolerance. Amp draws are a little high, but in range. Closet unit is covered in growth. Electricals are sound. Outside unit is doing well. Amp draws are in range. Both systems left in working order

Completed tune up. Both outdoor units capacitor in tolerance. Refrigerant levels good. Fan and compressor pulling normal amps. On indoor units, closet unit has fairly heavy corrosion on coil housing. Blower capacitor in tolerance. Poured water down drain to verify operation. Attic unit had a drainage issues, homeowner did repairs themselves. Existing damage to ceiling on arrival. Poured water down drain, operating correctly. No other issues found with system function. Changed filter on closet unit. Aprilaire 201. Filter that was sent for attic unit was the wrong size. Sent Aprilaire 401 instead of 201. Could not change filter.

Thoroughly performed a super tune up, tightened electrical connections and checked all components. System is around a pound low r22, condenser fan leaking a substantial amount of oil, evaporator extremely rusted, blower motor leaking oil, gas valve not releasing gas correctly, causing it where you have to run the system multiple times to light and no drain safety or sediment trap. Due to the age and condition of the system, highly recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about upgrading to something reliable with warranties behind it. Customer is trying to get pre approved and meet Monday the 7th.
