I waited for two days for someone to come out after explaining in detail the problem that I needed resolved, which was a clogged shower drain and when the person arrived, they asked for almost $400 to clean a line. The most expensive company Ive ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to others.

2008 2.5t r410a hp closet upflow. Expired manufacturer warranty. Sediments in drain line. Biological growth present inside indoor unit. Evaporator coil has detected refrigerant molecules entering into breathable air, oils stains and rust present. Blower wheel is heavy with buildup. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturer specifications. History of capacitor replacements. Refrigerant charge is below manufacturer specifications confirming evaporator coil inspection issues. Homeowner was over my shoulder at all times and wanted me perform all of my duties. Once the information became apparent I offered solutions that expressed system age, parts availability, warranty etc… but were declined. I explained that because we did not come to a viable solution for him that the decline work tab is to protect all parties in the event that we are called out again within 45 days and that a service fee will be applied. Upon arrival customer stated almost a year ago he had a friend work on his system. The friend changed out the Airhandler coil with a stand alone coil. Talked with customer about getting correct coil. Upon arrival techtbtalked to home owner to see what was going on tech found Is that two other companies have been out and given estimates for float switch tech talked to homeowner and installed float switch tech made sure system was running properly before leaving

Upon arrival tech started with the air handler tech found that the insulation inside the supply plenum is falling apart tech recommends replacing the plenum tech headed out side where tech found everything to be working properly and up to standards. Inrush amperage is still high, almost 100amps on startup. Diminished due to a compressor saver. Refrigerant charge is below manufacturers specifications. Contactor is buzzing. Shared with homeowner all photos and video evidences, educated on system performance and saftey. We discussed all options including repair vs replacement. X13 blower motor replaced under warranty. Performed function check. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Bedroom unit is an Amana air handler with heat pump installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Some slight buildups starting to form on the blower wheel and the evaporator coil. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. 35/5 dual run capacitor was changed under warranty on this visit. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Main unit is a Coleman heat pump with air handler installed in 2016. X13 blower motor is not working properly. It is turning on and shutting down after about 10 seconds on run time. Motor is getting hot and shutting down on a limit switch. Motor needs to be replaced under P&L warranty. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

Upon arrival Customer stated system was blowing cold air when system is set to heat. During evaluation found that the heatpump was tripped on high pressure. Found that the filter was heavily compacted with dust causing pressure to rise when running. Removed filter and pressure normalized. Recommended replacement of filter as soon as possible
Heating tune-up completed during inspection I found that the customers UV light was no longer operational, recommended replacement of the UV bulb due to them only lasting 2 years customer agreed bulb swapped. System is operating efficiently all all electrical components are operating properly and safely, electrical connections tight and secure throughout. Refrigerant levels acceptable airflow acceptable During my visit customer expressed a couple of concerns to me One of them being one room had seemed to be be colder or hotter than the rest of the house, when inspecting duct and vent I found that the event for this room was actually just blowing into the hallway, flipped vent around for customer to see if this will change anything room has a giant window and does have a small difference in temperature. Cuz we're also explained to me that they are not happy with the dust levels in the home seem to have a lot of build up, my recommendation for fixing this is a air cleaner upgrade which
Technician talked to homeowner and headed to air handler where a technician found some biological growth. There is some rest on the evaporator coil. Technician did tell homeowner after technician was done with air handler. Technician moved to condenser wire. Technician found that the inrush amps was at 45. This unit does have a compressor saver on it. The system is working perfectly fine at this time. Technician does suggest a UV system as well as surge protection.
Super tune up performed today on a two year old Amana gas furnace with a straight cool condenser. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Gas pressure, igniter, burners and heat exchanger are all in good working order. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. System running and heating the home upon departure.

Removed failed X-13 Blower motor and installed new. Ran system check, system is functioning properly
Upon arrival Customer stated the system was not heating. During evaluation found that the heat pump would run but the air handler would not. Checked voltage to X-13 Blower motor and found all voltage to within range. Blower would try to start but never would.
