I waited for two days for someone to come out after explaining in detail the problem that I needed resolved, which was a clogged shower drain and when the person arrived, they asked for almost $400 to clean a line. The most expensive company Ive ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to others.

Job Locations

Bedroom unit is an Amana air handler with heat pump installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Some slight buildups starting to form on the blower wheel and the evaporator coil. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. 35/5 dual run capacitor was changed under warranty on this visit. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Main unit is a Coleman heat pump with air handler installed in 2016. X13 blower motor is not working properly. It is turning on and shutting down after about 10 seconds on run time. Motor is getting hot and shutting down on a limit switch. Motor needs to be replaced under P&L warranty. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.

2019 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Filter was acceptable Drain was clear and draining UV system is functional, UV lamp needs replacement Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable 2019 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended uv lamp replacement or upgrade

Unstoppable main line flush to ensure stoppage clear job complete

Upon arrival Customer stated system was blowing cold air when system is set to heat. During evaluation found that the heatpump was tripped on high pressure. Found that the filter was heavily compacted with dust causing pressure to rise when running. Removed filter and pressure normalized. Recommended replacement of filter as soon as possible

Heating tune-up completed during inspection I found that the customers UV light was no longer operational, recommended replacement of the UV bulb due to them only lasting 2 years customer agreed bulb swapped. System is operating efficiently all all electrical components are operating properly and safely, electrical connections tight and secure throughout. Refrigerant levels acceptable airflow acceptable During my visit customer expressed a couple of concerns to me One of them being one room had seemed to be be colder or hotter than the rest of the house, when inspecting duct and vent I found that the event for this room was actually just blowing into the hallway, flipped vent around for customer to see if this will change anything room has a giant window and does have a small difference in temperature. Cuz we're also explained to me that they are not happy with the dust levels in the home seem to have a lot of build up, my recommendation for fixing this is a air cleaner upgrade which

Technician talked to homeowner and headed to air handler where a technician found some biological growth. There is some rest on the evaporator coil. Technician did tell homeowner after technician was done with air handler. Technician moved to condenser wire. Technician found that the inrush amps was at 45. This unit does have a compressor saver on it. The system is working perfectly fine at this time. Technician does suggest a UV system as well as surge protection.

Super tune up performed today on a two year old Amana gas furnace with a straight cool condenser. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Gas pressure, igniter, burners and heat exchanger are all in good working order. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. System running and heating the home upon departure.

Came to house to do electrical inspection and end it up.Talking about adding a ground rod and also doing a surge protector under the panel


Removed failed X-13 Blower motor and installed new. Ran system check, system is functioning properly

Upon arrival Customer stated the system was not heating. During evaluation found that the heat pump would run but the air handler would not. Checked voltage to X-13 Blower motor and found all voltage to within range. Blower would try to start but never would. Turned all breakers and disconnect off to prevent any damage to other components system is down X-13 BLOWER MOTOR needs to be ordered MODEL - ASPT47C14AA SERIAL - 1602348757

Gave estimates for repair or replacement of water service. Customer wants to think about it and call back

Stu completed, furnace is operating efficiently and safely Heat exchanger, electrical components, and blower acceptable. Condenser was dirty cleaned coils and waxed system. During inspection I found lots of build up in the duct work, recommend cleaning. System is on and operating efficiently

Super tune up performed on the bedroom unit today. It is a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Performed a safety check in the main unit as well. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Refrigerant levels are in range. All amp draws are within tolerance. Air filters were changed on both units. The UV bulb was changed on the main system. Highly recommend adding a UV system in the smaller bedroom unit to prevent biological growth and help improve the air quality. Also recommend adding a compressor saver to each outdoor unit to help with the efficiency and reliability of the systems.

Tech found water heater leaking at top as well as variable speed motor wobbling causing it to go out it is still running at this time technician highly recommended replacing that and the water heater technician also found UV lamp out and recommended replacing that homeowner would like to replace variable speed motor at this time technician is pausing job until variable speed comes in for technician to replace

X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. UV system is working properly. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Technician recommends adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help with the efficiency and reliability of the system. Technician also recommends adding attic insulation to help with improving the efficiency of the home.

Stu completed furnances are operating efficiently, recommend cleaning of trane furnace and replacement of leaking hose bib outside. Cst doesnt want repairs at this time

Check on company credit for the homeowner, she said a gal in the office mentioned it to her. Also please check on the status of making there two memberships into one H&BPP. They have the old memberships and are looking for the new membership. I would have gotten them on the new membership but due to the conversations homeowners had with the office I find it best to have a customer service rep call on Friday 11/29/24 to discuss the proper transition. FILTER ISSUE NEEDS RESOLVE ASAP - homeowners upgraded to Aprilaire 310 in February of 2024. When ordering new filters, filter fetch sent them the old style. Homeowner does not want to be charged extra for this clerical error. I spoke to Jennifer in dispatch and she is tracking the issue. I delivered the filter fetch box to the greenwood office for return. It would be ideal to have TWO Aprilaire 310 filters BEFORE duct cleaning sc

Clean ducting and decontaminate indoor cabins with microbial misting

Upon arrival Customer stated the system would not heat. During evaluation found that low voltage fuse was blown. Found high pressure wire in Condenser touching copper line. Repaired issue and ran system in heat.

Customer had concerns about air temperature coming out of vents when system is in heat mode customer also stated tstat is set to 70 and and system reaches 70 and never drops below. Ran system check and found no issues, system is running properly. Educated customer on how heatpumps operate.

During inspection I found that the system had loose electrical connections, burnt electrical components. Defrost control board was making constant zapping sound, cst doesn't want to change part at this time. System is on and operating


2013 5t gas closet upflow. Expired manufacturers warranty. Filter is replaced regularly. Drain clear. Heating components inspected. Refrigerant components inspected. Blower motor 15mfd capacitor is below manufacturers tolerance. Compressor inrush amps exceed manufacturers LRA specifications. Husband was not home e and wife did not want to make any decisions without him. Emailed estimates for Blower capacitor and Compressor saved. Declined work at this time.
