Very knowledgeable technician
Dennis was very knowledgeable and had our cooling system running in good time! Extremely nice guy and very thorough!
Casey did a great job checking out unit and was so personable and friendly! He checked our units out promptly and gave me a good status with pics! Thank you Casey for arriving quickly when our unit went out and your considerate and kind evaluation of our 15 yo old R22 unit:). What a great rep for this company!
Thoroughly performed a super tune up, found the refrigerant levels really low, low side sat temp 18°, dual run good, inspected the evaporator and found a leak at the top of the coil. Due to the age/condition of the system, recommended speaking with an advisor about upgrading to something more efficient with warranties behind it before 2023 EPA regulations occur. Customer is meeting with an advisor Thursday the 8th at 10am.
Thoroughly inspected the system, found compressor plug off and the common terminal burned, plugged back in and the system is coming on but over amping and low R22 refrigerant, contactor burned up, evaporator coil extremely rusted up, air handler falling apart and no drain safety. Due to the age and condition of the system, highly recommended upgrading to Something more reliable and efficient. Customer is meeting with an advisor tomorrow at 12pm.
2 carrier units installed in 2020. Fan was always running on one side of the house. Reprogrammed thermostat and problem did not return. Will return on Wednesday December 7 to complete rec work.

Blower motor is starting to fail. Bearing is going bad causing wheel to fall out of alignment. Blower housing and blower wheel are rusted. Suggest new blower motor and assembly. Ordering parts under p&l warranty will return when parts arrive
Left jumper wire on
Thoroughly performed a super tune up. Compressor amps are rising, fan amps are fine, condenser coil damaged along with the evaporator coil and the system is low R22. Highly recommended upgrading to something efficient and up to code.
