Came to job to quote doing a panel change from a zinsco panel to a new square d Homeland 200 amp panel in the garage which we would then have to add a disconnect on the outside as well as adding two new ground rods and a surge protector and would be pulling a permit to do all of it I talked to customer about price of it and customer was going to get a few other prices no matter what before he decides just to see what's going on but after the other people give him the quotes he will call back if he decides to go with us but did explain to him with our membership and without our membership with the quotes would be and he will reach back whenever he is ready

On this job I I looked at the cooling and heating side of the system. The system tested in tolerance all the way around. Some concerns about insulation. I'm seeing bare bones. A well insulated house is the 1st line of defense against turning your system on. She wants to finance the system and is on the phone with Jennifer to finalize payment. Pausing the call so the office can collect payment

For call I performed a evaluation on both units. I noted no high voltage going to either one of the two units. I traced the high voltage back to the main home electrical panel. I noted there was not proper voltage going to the main home panel. I advised homeowner calling encore being that I noticed no other AC units within the same street or running and one of their neighbors was outside claiming to have the same issue of the condensers outside not turning on.
