Came to job for electrical inspection everything looked good like it did last time and also brought two customers attention again about the surge protector and panel and it not being up to code and not being able to see the lights if it ever goes out gave her a price to move it to the outside but customer did not want to do it at this time
Arrived onsite customer had a disposer jammed was not draining or running properly. Unjammed disposer and pulled rocks and chicken bone out of disposer.
3/26/25 Arrived to home wife let me in home the. Took me to husband I asked to speak to him about descaling his tankless. Mr said we are here too late come back another day.
On arrival system running and cooling producing and adequate delta. Drain lines flowed when flushed. With customers permission I replaced April aire filter. Indoor unit clean, found beginning stage bacterial growth in supply plenum. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but the compressor pulled 5 amps over the manufacturers red line on start up. Recommended some form of start kit to address this. I also recommend a dynamic aqs indoor air quality germicidal system. This will eliminate all viruses, germs, mold and mildew in airflow before it enters the air we breathe. System cooling as I left. Will follow up Friday at noon to discuss recommendations further.
