9/18/23 Unable to install new part, I had a weld in high pressure safety instead of an external screw on. The part will be picked up this week, pausing to reschedule for later in the week.

On arrival the system was running and cooling. I removed the external high pressure safety for the time being, we are looking into ordering a safety that cuts off at a higher pressure.

On arrival the outdoor and indoor unit was not coming on. I checked the drain lines and found the primary drain line clogged. I disassembled it under the sink and cleaned out the p trap and the primary drain line. After reassembling the drain line I poured a gallon of water through it and it went straight down the sink p trap confirming that the clog was cleared. As I left the system was back on and cooling effectively. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival outdoor unit not running. Unit had tripped on high pressure cut out manual reset. I reset switch unit runs. Refrigerant pressures 350/134 9 deg sc. Rechecked capacitor it's within specs. Recleaned condensing coils. Showed customer how to reset switch in case it happens again. Ask tenant to call if he has to reset so we can determine course of action.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon arrival the thermostat read 75 when set to 75. Capacitor at was within specs. The refrigerant was tested and the TXV didn't appear to be functioning. The system was a little low on refrigerant. There was possible oil in the pan. The drain line has visible buildup. The Delta was low. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer would like a phone call from a Comfort Advisor. Rob G was contacted and will give him a call. The system was left on upon departure.
