Arrived to customers cap dead replaced and left system cooling, washed down outdoor coil

Tech arrived for a tuneup*2. Downstairs system- the capacitor was within specs. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was dirty as well as the blower area. The drain line did not appear to be properly sloped and was backing up and out of the primary drain vent. This is an immediate concern and should be corrected. The drain system has a pan safety but no inline drain safety. The ductwork was dirty. Upstairs system- the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. Arrived for tune up on two systems. Downstairs unit: I evaluated the I door unit found clogged filter and changed it out by one provided by the customer. Drain pan had water present. I examined the drain and found it clogged. Blower motor was working appropriately. Blower wheel is very dirty and advised customer of the issues. All electrical wiring was tight inside control panel. I examined the furnace and found igniter and flame sensor both corroded and needing to be replaced. I examined the outdoor unit and found compressor and condenser fan motor was operating appropriately within data specs. Refigerant levels were off indicating improper Refigerant flow. Upon further examination the TXV for indoor unit is not working properly. Dual capacitor was outside of manufacturers specd and meeds to be replaced. Outdoor unit contactor is chattering and carbon was found present in contactor pads. I advised customer of the issues with the Downstairs unit. Upstairs unit: I evaluated the upstair
