Daniel came to my house to install a new filter into my equipment and show me how to do it in the future. As we talked about the types of filters I would like due to my asthma and the pets I have, he suggested a IAQ 200 UVC Germicidal Unit to add into the new HVAC system they had installed last October to increase the air quality/safety in my home. Bottom line……I was surprised that he could do it right away so I made the decision to go ahead. He had installed and up and running in about 45 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Great job!!!!

Colby is an outstanding technician. When he arrived it was 63 degrees in our home because the heating had been out for 12 hours within 90 minutes he determined and resolved the issue. And thanks to his advise to purchased the monthly plan during our annual tune-up the service call was covered at no additional cost!!! Fast with great customer service. we were his last service call for the night (12 degrees night). Life and pipe saver!!

For this job I performed a cooling tune up. All refrigerant and electrical components were running with the normal spec limits at the time of inspection. I did recommend installing a pan strip to prevent drain clogs and also a drain switch to prevent potential water damage if there is a drain clog. 4-13-2026 Eval- arrived to a Trane heat pump giving me 5 red flashes, indicating a lock out, after resetting it the low pressure cutoff was triggered automatically indicating a restriction, ultimately the customer would like to get rid of the lemon of the heat pump that it has been I told her I could replace the filter drier but ultimately she decided that she would rather start fresh with a new heat pump Doing a warranty swap out of the condenser, and installing new line drier Collected 30% of the work project Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day

I took a look at the both sides of the system that works. The system tested in positive tolerance all the way around. Delta is 20° System is clean and filter is new. System is ready for work.. The down stairs system is low on 410@. The system needs a recharge and she does not have the money to replace.
For this job, I completed a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and check for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed completely. Insulation upgrade was recommended to customers, customers mentioned that they will talk about it and make a decision later on. A UV bulb replacement was also offered since the UV bulb had not been replaced in 5 years, customers approved for job to be done. It's a special type of bulb, so it has to be ordered, picture will be sent to parts chat team and it is also available in miscellaneous pictures. Came to house to give quote on taking down fixture in bathroom and changing it to 4 pendAnt lights and adding a plug in the bathroom and customer wanted to do it so we did it and customer loves it
12 kw generator only 1 year part and labor warranty
Got here for stuff in house not working randomly one night and couldn't find any breakers trip but slid my hand down the breakers and lightly tapped them to the off position and found one breaker that was tripped but didn't look trip and turned it back on and everything came on talk to customer about it but breaker is working fine and reset perfectly so we'll just see if it happens again and she will reach back out to us if it does
Came out for a warranty super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and cool mode I found the Dual run capacitor for the condensing unit outside to be just out of range of manufacturer specifications I also found a loose connection leading to that dual run capacitor that is likely the reason that it was slipping out of range this was replaced and tightened today under warranty at no charge to the customer my only other point of concern is the indoor air quality we have made several recommendations in the past unfortunately this is something that the homeowner is unable to afford at this time
