Daniel came to my house to install a new filter into my equipment and show me how to do it in the future. As we talked about the types of filters I would like due to my asthma and the pets I have, he suggested a IAQ 200 UVC Germicidal Unit to add into the new HVAC system they had installed last October to increase the air quality/safety in my home. Bottom line......I was surprised that he could do it right away so I made the decision to go ahead. He had installed and up and running in about 45 minutes and I couldn't be happier. Great job!!!!

Colby is an outstanding technician. When he arrived it was 63 degrees in our home because the heating had been out for 12 hours within 90 minutes he determined and resolved the issue. And thanks to his advise to purchased the monthly plan during our annual tune-up the service call was covered at no additional cost!!! Fast with great customer service. we were his last service call for the night (12 degrees night). Life and pipe saver!!

Initially customer wanted estimate on duct replacement but after visiting about a whole system replacement plus duct replacement he wants to talk to his son which is co-owner of this property. I want to follow up tonight with this customer.

Arrived onsite went ahead and replaced the 50 gallon water heater located in the garage. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. I discovered a number of issues with number one being that the customer only had a 13° Delta from return to supply indicating there is a leak within the system. We came out in 2022 and added refrigerant to the system and today my superheat was 42⁰ with a target of 20⁰. Additionally the customer only has an R-value of 23 and a recommended R-38. Tue compressor is staring loudly and hard, and is in need of a hard start kit to keep those amp draws low on startup. Lastly the Defrost control board and contactor are both at risk of failing. The DRCB has hot spots and the contactor is buzzing and pitted and those are both signs of potential failure in the future.
Came to job to change out breakers that Tyler had given a price to this guy a while back and just changed out the breakers
Today i added 1lb for 410a to his heat pump. This should be enough to improve efficiency.

Arrived onsite customer had a gas line behind stove needing to be capped off. Went ahead and capped off gas line for customer. Tested after repair was made everything working properly
On arrival system running and cooling. Indoor unit has a dusty blower and coil due to previous filter bypassing dust. This is affecting the efficiency of the system. Tested refridgerant and found a subcool of 1 when the typical range is 6-8. This shows that refridgerant is actively leaking from the system. Leak searched condenser and found no leaks. Because the system is out of warranty the customer would like to consider replacement of the system. He will speak with his husband and call us back.
Arrived onsite customer had an outside hose bibb leaking. Went ahead and replaced the hose bibb in front yard. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
Customer had tub faucet that was not getting hot enough. After adjusting the cartridge the water is steaming hot.
Looked at upstairs Toliet. Turned on stop and toilet is working as it should at this time. Gave estimate to repair toilet. Customer wants to repair himself. No warranty on toilet or stop. No work done at this time
Arrived onsite customer had a water heater the pilot light went out. Went ahead and and relit water heater in garage. Water heater fired up and stayed lit. Wrote up some options for customer she wants to wait see how if it stays lit will let us know.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit clean. Filter provided by company is not correct so I was unable to change filter. Outdoor unit was very dirty. Cleaned coils front and back, once cleaned condenser passed all electrical run testing. Compressor was overamping on start up.

We have talked about and discussed the brand of breaker that he has is very well known for nuisance tripping and I am positive that this is what is happening right now I gave him the phone number call the brand so that they can replace his breakers for free and told him to give us a call if you needed anything else
Today I performed a super tune-up on two gas furnace units one under warranty and one not under warranty checked everything inside and outside in heat mode and in cool mode flushed the drain lines with white vinegar changed the air filters on both units advised homeowner that the downstairs system using a 1 in filter needs to be replaced monthly and the upstairs system under warranty has an April air filter that can get her up to one year until her next service all components tested within specs other than the downstairs unit outside condensing unit is drawing too many amps upon startup recommended a soft start kit for this compressor to ensure that it can get through the summer months to come also discussed replacement of the 10-year-old water heater and homeowner expressed concerns about a couple of light fixtures that she would like replaced I provided estimates and none of them were taken today no repairs were made customer is aware that both the water heater and downstairs air con
