HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical Services
Simple Answer: We always answer the phone, and come when you call to fix what needs fixed — and we stand behind our word and our work.
Plus you can count on getting a Certified AC Genius, Plumbing Genius, or Electrical Genius. Which means we don’t use “salesmen in disguise” or “selling techs,” like other home service companies. Instead we have our own training center to ensure you always get the honest expertise required to repair your problem right, right then and there.
Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Quick to repair.
Daniel showed up the same day we called. Helped diagnose a blown compressor and provided quotes to replace. Scheduled an appointment for replacement options as well.
Garrett Made another trip to our home after the HVAC stopped working for the third time in less than a year. Garrett researched and discovered that the wrong capacitor was installed last year. He replaced the capacitor and the AC is working fine. Great work by Garrett to dig until he discovered the root cause of the repeated outages.
Jake came to our home after a capacitor failed in less than a year. He checked the circuits and said all was well, but a whole-home surge protector could save all our devices. He didn't have one suitable and had to order it. Jake came back and quickly installed the surge protector without turning the electricity off. I appreciate that because I work from home. I appreciate Jake pointing out that current building code requires all new homes have whole-house surge protectors. We've had UPS backups destroyed by spikes in voltage.
AC capacitor went out — again. Capacitor was replaced and electrician called to check electrical and determine reason capacitor didn't last 1 year. Electrician checked circuits, praised state of electrical box, and recommended whole-house surge protector which will be ordered and installed next week. Both technicians explained findings and got AC working quickly on extremely hot day.

Austin was on time, well mannered and knew exactly what he was doing. I have called many plumbers and never really liked any of them bc they would walk with no shoe cover or leave mess. Austin was respectful, he wore his shoe cover without being asked, and left no mess. He was quick and just nice. I will definitely recommend Austin!!

CTU/ Eval Arrived to double system cooling tune up turned into Eval Upstairs unit has a 17 degree delta representing a good running system Downstairs had a -.7 degree delta with system running, representing a major leak Confirmed it with my gauges, had a – 6.6 degree Low Saturation temperature (40 psi) and a 70 degree saturation temperature on the high side I let customer know and went briefly over options of repair vs replacement, given those two options ultimately They will like a comfort advisor tomorrow 12-3 Got it scheduled Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
For this call I performed a evaluation. Based off the description homeowner gave me I suspect that the unit was having a lockout due to high temperature outside and over amfordjet startup. I installed a compressor shaver kit to mitigate the issue. Startup amperage went from 142 to 86. Pictures of work completed attached to forms. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!
For this job I performed a double cooling tune-up. I noted that both lowers were starting to show moderate to severe dust buildup on them, the ducks inside of the attic all are starting to have air leakage shown with thermal camera, and mild biological growth is starting to form inside of both the supply plenums. I gave homeowner options for sealing the ducks with mastic to prevent air leakage for efficiency purposes, cleaning both of the blowers due to dust buildup for efficiency and longevity of the blower motor, and installing UV systems to treat and prevent biological growth inside of both plenums. Homeowner did not commit to having any work done at the moment but did request an email with all recommendations. No further suggestions were made, thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!

For this job I performed a heating tune-up. I discovered that the unit had low refrigerant and that the dual fuel system was running improperly. Both heat pump and furnace were running at the same time. I explained to homeowner when that happens it overheats the refrigerant and makes it acidic and will lead to compressor failure. Outdoor thermostat recommended to mitigate the issue of running both furnace and heat pump at the same time. I gave homeowner a starting point and diagnostics trying to pinpoint where the leaks are coming from and replace the filter dryer due to acidic refrigerant running in the unit. I offered homeowner a comfort advisor to go and give an estimate for a system replacement due to age and condition of the unit. Homeowner opted to hold off on Comfort advisor for the meanwhile they did request email with the estimates and stated that they would call back in a week or so to have the outdoor thermostat added. Homeowner was made aware that we are not sure if we will
For this call I performed a evaluation. The compressor blew up on itself during inspection. Homeowner contemplating replacement vs repair. CA scheduled for 1/7/25 1-3 for system replacement options.
