Since opening our doors in 1962, Comfort Experts has remained committed to serving the members of our community by taking care of their most essential appliances and systems. From upgrading electrical systems to installing new plumbing appliances to repairing HVAC systems, there is no problem too big or too small for our highly trained Grandview technicians to take on.
Reliable Grandview Plumbers
Did you know that the majority of plumbing disasters, such as severely clogged pipes, sewage backflow and sewer line leaks, are preventable? By following just a few of our plumbing protection tips, you can prevent a major plumbing emergency in your home.
Tips To Prevent A Plumbing Emergency:
Never use over-the-counter drain cleaners. Use a mesh drain trap in your shower to keep debris out of your drains. Limit the amount of food waste that goes down your garbage disposal. Only flush toilet paper and human waste down your toilet. Never pour fat, grease or oil down your drains. Schedule professional drain cleaning services at least once a year.
Highly-Qualified Electricians In Grandview
When was the last time your electrical system was inspected by a trained professional? Because much of your electrical system is hidden behind walls, it can be difficult to determine when there is a problem occurring. That’s why routine electrical inspections are so important. Our expert Grandview electricians recommend scheduling an inspection at least once every 3 to 5 years.
Schedule An Electrical Inspection Right Away If:
You're adding on to or remodeling your home. You never have enough outlets. Your electrical bills are consistently high. Your outlets or switches are buzzing. Your bathrooms and kitchen don't have GFCI outlets. You discover frayed or chewed wires. Your home experiences frequent power surges.
Heating Repair & Replacement In Grandview
If your heater isn’t quite working correctly, it can be challenging to determine whether it needs to be repaired or replaced. If your system is young and rarely ever experiences problems, a repair will likely fix the issue. However, if your system is 15 years old or older, your energy bills are through the roof, your system has been repaired multiple times in the last several years or your home is never quite warm enough, it’s time for an upgrade. Luckily, the Grandview furnace repair team at Comfort Experts has access to the highest-performing, most energy-efficient heaters on the market.
Benefits Of A New Heater Include:
Better indoor air quality features. Quieter system operation. Reduced energy consumption. Stronger, more consistent airflow. Lower energy bills. Extended system warranty.
Grandview AC Repair & Replacement
A functioning air conditioner is an absolute must here in Texas. If your system is starting to act up, we recommend having it repaired as soon as possible. Brushing AC problems under the rug can quickly lead to very expensive repairs and even premature system failure.
You Should Schedule AC Repair If:
The unit is blowing weak and/or warm air. Rooms are cooling unevenly. You notice loud banging or rattling noises. The unit turns on and off constantly throughout the day. The evaporator coils are frozen or you notice leaking. There was an unexpected spike in your energy bills. There are burning smells coming your air registers.
Your Comfort Is Our Top Priority
At Comfort Experts, each member of our Grandview team adheres to the highest standards in workmanship, professionalism, and customer care because your comfort matters a great deal to us. You’ll never catch us cutting corners or settling for work that is “good enough." Our team always gets the job done right the first time around. Equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology, no task is too big or too small for Comfort Experts to take on. No matter how severe the problem may be, Comfort Experts has a solution. Tech arrived for a HTU*2. It was cold outside. Upstairs system- The filter was clean. The ductwork, coil, and blower wheel was dirty. There is rust/corrosion on the evaporator coil. There was excessive growth throughout the system including on the blower motor electrical. The filter box was not sealed this was sealed with tape. The capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactor was scorched. The Delta was high. Downstairs system- the filter was clean. The coil, blower wheel, and electrical area was dirty and had excessive growth present. The Delta was low. This can indicate refrigerant problems. The coil was rusted. The drain system has no secondary drain and no safeties. The capacitor tested within specs however there was evidence of possible leakage around it. There was minor scorching on the contactor. The fan motor had rusting. Due to age, condition, and price of repairs; it is recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable
