$99 Evaluation on no cooling call System installed by Comfort 4 years ago. Upon inspection, system outdoor unit would not turn on. Further investigation showed the duel run capacitor was failed. The capacitor was replaced and the compressor started. Refrigerant levels were checked, ok. Fan and compressor amps, ok. Indoor unit metering device is a TXV. Blower motor is an X13 that seems to run slightly fast causing/pushing too much airflow over the coil or the ducting is slightly small for the system. This is causing a lower delta T with such a high indoor dry bulb temps on the supply side. Delta T was in 14-15 degree range. The indoor primary drain safety T switch was not functioning properly and was replaced with a new one. The old one wasn't hooked up as well. Customer rejoined the Comfort Experts Titanium Membership program for both units. Materials used Saftey T Drain Switch Duel run 45-5 mfd capacitor Install new duel run capacitor and safety t swich
