In most of Fort Worth, we offer same-day appointments and 24/7 emergency service, including nights and weekends — with no overtime charges. Yes. We know a new AC system, furnace, or panel upgrade is a big expense, so we offer financing options to fit your budget. We also quote honest, upfront pricing before any work starts – you’ll never see a surprise on the bill. Ask your technician about current Fort Worth financing plans.

First, check your thermostat is set to “cool” and the temperature is below room temp. Second, look at your air filter – a clogged filter chokes airflow fast in our dusty summers. Third, check the outdoor unit for debris or a tripped breaker. If it’s still warm, call us and we’ll come diagnose it.

Great Work
Jake did a great job getting our exterior floodlights working after being out of commission for many years. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
JosephFort Worth, TX 76179
A total rip off
The gentleman used a sheet metal screw to remove a protective red cap on the refrigerant line instead of a special key. He checked the motor capacitor and quoted a price to replace it which is at least 10 times the Amazon equipment price which I accepted and honored. He checked the refrigerant pressure and had to call the office because he did not understand the values. He wanted to check the air filter, wanted to know when it was installed (May 2026) he wanted to install a new air filter. I insisted that an air filter could not be the problem. He added some refrigerant and got better pressure readings but not adequate. He quoted a price of about $800 for a leak test. At that, I asked the gentleman to leave and paid what I owed. Previously, the problem was a valve at the evaporator coil and it had to be replaced several times over the years. He did not act on this information but wanted to do a leak test. This firm appears to charge an excessive amount for their services. I will not use this firm again.

Ian was a true blessing today! Im a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angies list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. In speaking to him I found out he was a Veteran which further explains why I absolutely love this guy! Ian you ROCK and I really appreciate you!

We successfully installed a comprehensive heating and cooling system tailored to meet the specific needs of the residence. The upstairs main area was equipped with an Amana 2-speed 60k upflow heat pump, ensuring efficient and effective heating and cooling. For the upstairs bedrooms, we installed a 30k upflow heat pump, providing optimal comfort in these spaces. Downstairs, a 24k upflow heat pump was installed to maintain consistent temperatures throughout the lower level. Each unit was paired with high-efficiency filtration systems to enhance indoor air quality. Additionally, UV systems with oxidation were integrated to purify the air further. Code kits were also installed to ensure all systems comply with the latest regulations, completing a thorough and professional installation.

During today's visit, I examined both systems. The downstairs system stood out with a superheat of 20 and a subcooling of 0. While it functions adequately, I anticipate challenges during extended periods of high heat loads. Reviewing previous notes, another technician added gas last year, which will continue unless a leak is detected and repaired. This highlights the need for ongoing monitoring and potential adjustments.

Upon arrival, I assessed the air conditioning unit and identified a refrigerant leak as the cause of its malfunction. I carefully refilled the unit with the appropriate amount of freon, ensuring the system was properly charged. After the refill, I tested the unit to confirm that it was functioning correctly and producing cool air. The system was operational, and I explained the process and findings to the customer. Payment was collected via credit card for the service provided.

On August 28, I arrived to complete the requested repair work. After a thorough assessment, I identified the necessary repairs and proceeded to execute them efficiently. The work involved diagnosing the issue, replacing faulty components, and ensuring everything was functioning correctly. Throughout the process, I maintained clear communication with the customer, explaining each step and addressing any concerns. Upon completion, the customer expressed satisfaction with the results. Additionally, we discussed another quote, and it was agreed that we would return on Monday morning if possible, or at any time during the day if that is more convenient.

Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough evaluation of the A/C system. The inspection revealed that the compressor saver was out of tolerance. The customer chose to replace the saver, which was successfully completed, and the system started functioning. However, further evaluation indicated that the system was critically low on refrigerant, suggesting a leak. I adjusted the refrigerant levels to enable some cooling, but the system remained ineffective due to the low refrigerant. I recommended a leak search and proper refrigerant refill, which the customer declined. The system was operational but not cooling effectively. The customer was unsatisfied and did not sign the completion paperwork, so a DOT was placed to close the job.

Upon inspection, the fan control board was identified as the issue, exhibiting intermittent shutdowns after a week of operation. This problem was covered under warranty, and as part of a recall, the replacement was provided at no charge. The faulty board was carefully removed and replaced with a new one, ensuring the fan operates smoothly. Post-replacement, the system was tested to confirm the resolution of the issue, and the fan was restored to full functionality.

Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough plumbing inspection, focusing on the master bathroom. I identified a waterline leak on the cold side, specifically at the right-hand sink. After careful examination, I determined that the leak was originating from within the wall. I proceeded to make the necessary repairs, ensuring all components were correctly reassembled and secured. Post-repair, I conducted a series of tests to confirm the integrity of the fix. The water flow was checked for leaks, and the sink operated smoothly without any issues. The repair was successful, and all plumbing functions are now operating as intended.

Today, I successfully completed a job involving the replacement of an air conditioning unit. The unit was experiencing issues due to a freon leak, which was affecting its cooling efficiency. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the best course of action was to replace the entire unit. I coordinated with the client to schedule a consultation at 3 PM to discuss the replacement options and ensure they understood the benefits of the new equipment. The new unit was installed efficiently, and the client was pleased with the improved performance and energy savings.

During the evaluation, I identified issues with the compressor saver kit and dual run capacitor, both out of tolerance. I recommended either replacing these components or upgrading to a soft start. The homeowner chose the upgrade. After installing the soft start and replacing the capacitor, the unit operated within normal parameters. No further issues were detected. Thank you for choosing our services.

Upon inspection, the downstairs unit was found to be completely devoid of freon, indicating a significant refrigerant leak. I thoroughly examined the system to identify the source of the leak and assessed the overall condition of the equipment. After determining the extent of the damage, I provided the customer with detailed estimates for the necessary repairs, which included replacing the affected components. I explained the potential causes of the leak and the importance of addressing it promptly to prevent further damage. The customer opted to wait before making a decision on the repairs, but I left them with comprehensive estimates to facilitate their decision-making process.

I thoroughly examined the zone system today, ensuring all components were functioning correctly. Each zone was tested individually to confirm proper operation. I provided detailed guidance on how to recognize potential issues, including signs of malfunction and troubleshooting steps. This will enable the homeowner to address any problems independently as they arise. Additionally, I reviewed the system's settings and made minor adjustments to optimize performance. The homeowner now has a better understanding of their zone system and can confidently manage it.

Upon arrival, I found the indoor unit operational but the outdoor unit unresponsive. I verified 240v power and confirmed the absence of 24v. Upon inspecting the attic, I identified a call for the compressor but noticed a loss of signal outside. After thorough examination, I discovered a cut common thermostat wire. I promptly swapped the wires in both the indoor and outdoor units, restoring normal operation. I checked the refrigerant levels, which appeared adequate. The issue stemmed from a previous company's attempt to patch a hole, which inadvertently damaged the wire. The problem was successfully resolved. Thank you for choosing our services.

I successfully installed a high-efficiency 48 Hz gas furnace upstairs, equipped with advanced filtration and a UV system for superior air quality. The filtration system includes high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters and an oxidation process to eliminate contaminants. I also installed a code kit to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, I doubled the size of the return air duct to enhance system efficiency. To provide cooling for the pool house, I added a 24k mini-split system with built-in Wi-Fi capabilities for remote control and monitoring. This comprehensive upgrade ensures optimal performance and comfort throughout the entire property.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the customer had not scheduled the cooling tune-up and did not require the service. Consequently, I was unable to inspect the unit or perform any work. I explained the benefits of our Comfort Club and left the necessary information for future reference. Later, I returned for the scheduled tune-up, changed the filter, and confirmed that the system's delta and drain were in good condition. The refrigerant levels were optimal, and the capillary tube was within tolerance. I also discussed the need for a start kit to enhance the compressor's longevity. The homeowner requested an electrician for an estimate on replacing the main breaker panel and extending power to the shed/garage. I scheduled the electrician for the same day.

I conducted a thorough evaluation of the outdoor system, which had been partially installed by a friend of the customer. Without proper gauges, the friend was unable to check refrigerant pressures. Upon attaching my gauges, I discovered that the system was critically low on R-22 refrigerant. I informed the customer about the issue and advised them to contact their friend for a complete installation. The customer plans to reach out to his friend for further assistance.

Upon arrival, the system was found to be frozen. We powered it on for approximately 45 minutes to thaw out the ice, allowing us to accurately assess the refrigerant pressures. The evaluation revealed that the refrigerant levels were critically low, indicating leaks in both the condenser coil and the evaporator coil. After thoroughly explaining these issues and showing the customer relevant videos, they opted to consult a comfort advisor immediately for custom system upgrades. The customer, having recently moved in, was aware of the system's age and expressed a desire to replace it as soon as possible.

I responded to a service request from a customer who had experienced issues following a nearby lightning strike. The customer wanted an electrician to assess the damage and discuss surge protection options. We discussed a Meg test to evaluate the integrity of all 24 circuits in the house. I provided the customer with multiple quotes for the work required, including fixing a faulty ballast and a non-functioning plug on the back porch. I sourced a GFCI and a ballast, successfully repaired the customer's closet light. The customer was satisfied with the immediate fixes and expressed interest in scheduling the Meg test at a later date. I assured the customer to reach out when they were ready to proceed with the testing.

During the visit, I examined three systems. The first, a 2-ton R22 system, is 41 years old and currently experiencing liquid consumption issues, indicating a significant underlying problem that will require extensive work to resolve. The second system, a 5-ton unit, has a superheat of 54 but a subcooling of only 8, suggesting that the TXV is not adequately feeding the evaporator coil and needs replacement. The third system, a 2.5-ton R22 unit, lacks sufficient refrigerant and serves three bedrooms. The client prefers to discuss a potential system replacement rather than making repairs and has scheduled a meeting for tomorrow at 10 am.

Upon arrival, I assessed the system and identified several critical issues. The refrigerant level was significantly low, indicating a leak that needed immediate attention. Additionally, the capacitor was showing signs of failure, which could lead to further complications if not addressed. The blower wheel was excessively dirty, affecting the system's efficiency and performance. The drain line was completely clogged, obstructing proper drainage and potentially causing water damage. I cleared the drain line and explained the importance of addressing the other issues to prevent system failure. The customer opted to have the remaining work done at a later time, but I emphasized the necessity of resolving these problems to avoid having to replace the entire system due to its age.

On August 25, I visited the site to perform the scheduled service. Unfortunately, there was no answer at the door, so I left a detailed message explaining the work to be done and the importance of timely communication. The customer informed me that they are currently waiting until next week to order the necessary coil and proceed with the work due to financial constraints. I provided them with all relevant details and emphasized the urgency of their decision to ensure the job is completed efficiently and effectively. I look forward to their call to schedule the service.
