Where do I begin on Leo’s professionalism, kindness and expertise. Leo took the time to assess my A/C Unit that was blowing warm air. He tested for leaks on the outside and inside unit. He tested all the lines. He basically tested everything in order to get a precise diagnosis. Leo kept me in the loop with every test. Upon completion he gave recommendations and now my unit is blowing cold air again. Thank you so much Leo for your dedication to helping me have cold air again.
Did a great job
Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly.
Alex was very informative about explaining all the elements of the installation. Explanation was given in a way it could be easily understood by a customer like me. Also, Alex responded to one of my questions in a manner that gave me some very informative ideas of how to possibly resolve another concern I have. Congrats on a job well done!
Mike was very professional handling the entire process to deal with our heating concern. Also, Mike gave us really good options and suggested what might be the best way to address our concern longterm. Also, Mike was able to identify a separate issue that he's not directly responsible for. Mike notice a plumbing issue that has haunted us for 2 years. He recognized the problem and shared it with me. He suggested bringing in a plumbing expert which I quickly agreed to this advice. Great job Mike!
Alonso was very personable and professional. Took care of all the duties of the scheduled inspection. Pointed out all the good things on the inspection and only one issue and explained clearly what needed to be done to take care of the issue.

no problems both units now working
Wade said my water heater seemed to be in good condition. He took a picture and showed me how to read the info that showed it was made in 3/2015 (I moved in 4/2015). He said that insurance companies will not cover and house damage done by a water heater if it leaks and does damage. I called State Farm and they said that has never been true.
We liked Justin and he did good work. We did fell that $400.00 for each item that he fixed was a bit strange. After doing some research we do believe that you are high on your pricing.
Technician was knowledgeable and did a good thorough job.

Blake with Comfort Experts was very courteous, professional and thorough in his second opinion he gave. He gave me both a technical and clear explanation of the issue I was having and presented me with several options to consider. Even though I decided to go forward with the other service company he gave me several good reasons why I should consider their membership program. I would recommend Comfort Experts to anyone certainly for looking for a second opinion.
I conducted a thorough evaluation of the system, confirming that both indoor and outdoor units were operational. The filter and drain were in good condition. However, I identified an out-of-tolerance capacitor and a heavily soiled outdoor unit. The system was also nearing its head pressure limit. I cleaned the outdoor unit and replaced the capacitor. After these adjustments, no further issues were detected. I also discussed the benefits of the Comfort Club membership. The system was cooling effectively when I departed.
I began by installing the new parts covered under warranty. Next, I flushed the compressor lines to ensure optimal performance. I then pulled a vacuum on the system to remove any moisture and contaminants. Following this, I installed new flush lines and a filter dryer to enhance efficiency. The system was thoroughly checked for leaks and proper operation. Payment was collected via credit card, and the job was completed to the client's satisfaction.
I reconnected the secondary drain line, which had become disconnected. After further diagnosis, I identified an internal mechanical failure in the compressor. The customer decided to proceed with a replacement. I ensured the system was prepared for the new compressor and will collect the $550 fee for the refrigerant at the job's completion. This process ensures the system operates efficiently and safely.
Upon inspection, the air filter was completely clogged, and the outdoor condenser was also obstructed. I replaced the filter and cleaned the condenser. However, the compressor was not functioning correctly despite turning on. The internal valves had failed, preventing proper pumping for cooling. Although the parts are under warranty, labor costs are not. I provided estimates to the customer.
Upon arrival, I assessed the need to replace the emergency shut-off valve behind the fridge. This required partial removal of the drywall to access the valve. After carefully cutting away the necessary sections, I replaced the faulty valve with a new one. Ensuring precision, I double-checked the installation to confirm it was secure and functional. Once the valve was successfully replaced, I left the area to allow for a 20-minute settling period to ensure there were no leaks. The customer was informed that we do not handle drywall replacement or repairs, but they acknowledged this and were satisfied with the completed work.
Upon arrival, the system was non-operational. A thorough inspection revealed a blocked drain line, which had activated the safety switch. After bypassing the safety switch, I found no underlying issues with the system. I then cleared the drain line and conducted a comprehensive check to ensure the system was functioning correctly. Post-clearance, I verified that the system was operational and capable of providing cooling. The system was running smoothly when I departed, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the client. Thank you for choosing our services.
I visited the customer's property to provide a complimentary second opinion on installing three fans on their back patio. I presented multiple quotes, including one without a membership and one with a membership, detailing the costs and benefits of each option. I thoroughly explained the pricing structure and the reasons behind the costs. Although our quote without a membership was slightly higher, we offered a more affordable option with the membership. Despite the competitive pricing, the customer was already committed to another service provider's offer and was not interested in our membership at the moment. We discussed the possibility of focusing solely on electrical and plumbing services, but the customer remained unconvinced.
I conducted two comprehensive super tune-ups, focusing primarily on the downstairs unit with an aging furnace and a newer coil from 2017. I thoroughly inspected the system, discussing the current condition and wear with the homeowner. I provided options for refurbishing the unit to extend its life or considering replacement due to its age and condition. The homeowner acknowledged the unit's poor state but cited other expenses as a barrier to replacement. They plan to wait until a major issue arises. I also highlighted a capacitor out of tolerance for the blower, but no immediate actions were committed to. They intend to use their home insurance for minor repairs. Thank you for choosing our services.
I visited the residence to provide a detailed quote for various electrical tasks. The customer requested estimates for replacing fans in the upstairs areas, including the master bathroom, and installing a motion sensor on the side of the house. I provided comprehensive quotes for each task, ensuring the customer had a clear understanding of the costs involved. Additionally, I explained the process of running a switch leg from the attic to connect the motion sensor, ensuring the customer was well-informed about the scope of work required.
As part of the service, I conducted a thorough evaluation of the home's unit, ensuring it met the necessary standards for a recent sale. The inspection included a detailed examination of all refrigerant, electrical, and mechanical components. I verified that each component was functioning within normal specifications, confirming there were no abnormalities. Additionally, I replaced the filter with a clean one and rinsed the coil to maintain optimal performance. This comprehensive inspection aimed to provide the homeowner with peace of mind, knowing the unit was in excellent condition. Thank you for choosing our services; we strive to deliver excellence in every job. Have a great day!
This morning, I was dispatched to a service call where the customer had inadvertently left an item behind before departing for work. Upon arrival, I confirmed the item was indeed left behind as described. I ensured the item was secure and left it in a safe place. I then contacted the customer to inform them of the situation and that I had secured the item. I explained the process for retrieving the item and reassured them it was in good hands. Later in the afternoon, I returned to the location to hand over the item to the customer, who was pleased to have it back. The entire process was handled with care and efficiency, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.
20 x 25. Thank you for choosing our services.
I conducted a thorough plumbing inspection and provided tailored recommendations to the customer. They opted for a new flood stop and advanced flow tech water treatment system. I installed the new components and ensured everything functioned correctly post-repair. The customer paid $1,654.00 upfront via check, while the remaining balance of $2,928.29 was financed through Google Pay. The system is now operating efficiently and effectively.
I began by installing flood protection devices on both water heaters, ensuring they were securely positioned in the upstairs walk-in attic and pull-down downstairs attic. Next, I meticulously rebuilt the laboratory faucets in the master bathroom, ensuring precise alignment and functionality. I then replaced the seal for the flush valve on the toilet in the master bathroom, guaranteeing a watertight seal. Additionally, I replaced the cold supply lines for both water heaters, ensuring they were correctly connected and free from leaks. After completing all repairs, I conducted thorough testing to confirm that everything was functioning properly.
Upon arrival, I assessed the issue with the Roman tub faucet, which was producing a hissing sound when the water was turned on in various areas of the home. The customer pointed out that the Brizo brand faucet was leaking. After a thorough inspection, I confirmed that the stems needed to be replaced. I ordered the necessary replacement stems and informed the customer that I would return once the parts arrived to complete the repair. This proactive approach ensures that the repair process is efficient and that the customer is kept informed throughout.
I recently completed a comprehensive home service project, including the rebuild of lavatory faucets in the master bathroom, repair of all toilets, and installation of flood protection for both water heaters and the upstairs area. Additionally, I installed a Flowtech water treatment system and treated the entire water system. An electrician was also engaged to address multiple electrical items. The customer paid a $1,000 deposit and requested the installation date be set for the 22nd of this month.
I performed a comprehensive Super Tune-Up on three gas furnace systems. Starting with the indoor equipment, I meticulously inspected for biological growth, finding none. Each primary drain line was flushed with about two gallons of water to ensure proper drainage and flow. Necessary filters were replaced, and all indoor electrical components were inspected. Blower motor amperage readings were within manufacturer specifications, and temperature splits were verified, maintaining at least a 15-degree differential. I identified improperly sealed ductwork and informed the customer, providing an estimate for repairs. The customer opted to handle the sealing themselves. Moving to the outdoor equipment, I cleaned all condenser coils and checked refrigerant pressures, which were within acceptable ranges. One capacitor was out of tolerance, but the customer declined replacement. All systems were operational and functioning as designed.
I conducted a comprehensive super tune-up on the gas furnace system, meticulously inspecting all mechanical and electrical components to ensure maximum efficiency. The air filter was clean, and the outside condenser was thoroughly washed. I identified air leaks in the ducts and at the plenum connection, offering mastic sealing which the customer approved. I also noted the capacitor was out of tolerance and explained the benefits of a replacement, including a lifetime warranty. Additionally, I informed the customer about high compressor amping and recommended a micro air soft start, which they approved and even downloaded the app to monitor.
We assessed the shower valve and estimated the cost to rebuild it, including the removal of the existing cartridge and installation of a new one. The customer was informed that a new shower trim would be required, which was not included in the service. We proceeded with the repair, carefully removing the old cartridge and installing a new one. After completing the work, we conducted thorough testing to ensure everything was functioning properly. The shower valve was successfully repaired, and the customer was satisfied with the outcome.
Upon arrival, I assessed the customer's concerns regarding their malfunctioning kitchen appliance. After a thorough inspection, I identified the root cause of the issue. I explained the problem and potential solutions to the customer and their husband, ensuring they understood each step. I then proceeded to repair the appliance, using high-quality parts and following industry best practices. Once the repair was complete, I demonstrated the proper usage and maintenance of the appliance to the customer. Both the customer and their husband expressed satisfaction with the service provided.
During the evaluation, I confirmed that the indoor unit was receiving power, but the outdoor unit was not. Upon inspection, I found that the home breaker was in the "ON" position but not transmitting voltage. I reset the breaker, restoring power to the outdoor unit. We then discussed whole home surge protection, and while examining the panel, we accidentally shut off power to the entire home. Mistakingly believing the surge protector had failed, we sold a new one. I recommend a refund for the surge protector. The homeowner plans to replace the faulty breaker himself. After turning the power back on, I allowed the system to run and found no further issues.
I performed a comprehensive cooling tune-up on the system. First, I replaced the air filter to ensure optimal airflow. The drain was checked and found to be clear, preventing any potential water buildup. All electrical connections were tightened to ensure reliable performance and safety. The UV bulb was found to be non-functional, and the homeowner opted to replace it. I verified that the refrigerant levels were adequate and confirmed that all electrical components were within tolerance. Finally, I cleaned the unit to remove any accumulated dust and debris. The system is now fully prepared for the upcoming summer season and should provide efficient cooling. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts.
I conducted a comprehensive super tune-up on the brand new system, meticulously examining all mechanical and electrical components to ensure maximum efficiency. The air filter was found to be clean, and the outside condenser was thoroughly washed. Every test performed on the unit passed successfully, and it was left operational in cooling mode. Additionally, I presented the customer with our new home and budget membership options for both units. I explained the benefits of these memberships in detail, and the customer approved both. They will now be enrolled in the memberships effective immediately. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts. Have a great day!
