Great service as usual
On 09/22, Joel came to repair my broken AC unit. He thoroughly checked the unit and determined parts needed to be ordered. He hated leaving me without AC, as it was the hottest, first Fall weekend on record. He was considerate, compassionate and did everything in his power to ensure the parts were expedited. He returned on 09/25 and quickly and successfully repaired the unit. Thank you for all you do Joel! Your customer service is a breath of fresh air!

Performed htu, system operation is normal, changed filter. Blower capacitor is testing out of tolerance, 7.5 mfd testing at 6.9, needs to be replaced to prevent damage to blower motor and keep system reliable, no sediment trap installed on gas line, gas flex runs into furnace compartment, needs to redo gas line for safety, and to keep gas valve from getting debris, gas valve is already starting to stick. Customer interested in uv system
Tech arrived for a safety check. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. It was very cold outside. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was clean. The drain system was clear but there was no drain safety. The heating system reached complete ignition. The Delta was at acceptable levels. The customer mentioned that there was air leaking around the attic walk-in door. This area of the attic is above the garage and there is no insulation present. The customer was informed of the benefits behind adding a drain safety, surge protection, and insulation. Customer is interested in whole home surge protection. They plan on adding it on another visit. System was functioning upon departure.
