Did a Cooling Tune-up on 10 year old Amana heat pump, tested capacitor, checked filter, drain is good, recommended replacing system due to age, upgrade to IAQ200,coil clean and blower wheel cleaning, refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving

Two Trane heat pumps with air handlers in stalled in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Both ECM blower motors are acceptable. Both blower wheels are clean. Both evap coils are clean. condensing unit capacitors and contactors are acceptable. Both compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Refrigerant and air flow levels are acceptable.

32x74 pan needs replacement. Blocked drain and non functional drain switch caused water to leak onto ceiling. Cleared drain, added slow release drain treatment and installed functioning drain switch. Customer would like a receipt emailed to him.

Customer needs to share estimates with the trust who owns the home. Rheem heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are in range. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. Drain switch is faulty and customer needs new one. Dual run capacitor and contactor are acceptable. Compressor is acceptable but condenser fan motor is leaking oil and will fail. Refrigerant levels and airflow are acceptable. Estimates have been sent to customer via email so he can get approval from the trust.
