We just had a new HVAC installed by Comfort Experts. One crew cleaned our duct work then Alex and Daniel in stalled the HVAC system. They were very professional and efficient. Near the end of the install a tiny bird flew in the open door. It flew up to my skylight. They went above and beyond to capture the tiny bird and release it safely. Kudos to Alex and Daniel!!!!
What an amazing young gentleman. He went above and beyond informing us of what he was doing. He offered some suggestions that were helpful for us. He needs more STARS!!!!!
Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.

We successfully completed the replacement of the TMP valve for the water heater, ensuring it is now fully functional and leak-free. The old valve was carefully removed, and a new one was installed, along with the necessary piping. Additionally, we repiped the TMP drain, ensuring it is correctly tied into the existing drainage system that exits the home. This meticulous work guarantees efficient water flow and prevents any future leaks. All materials and labor for the installation were included in the estimate. The main shut-off valve at the street was checked and found to be operational, though it was noted to be difficult to turn. The customer opted not to replace the water heater's main shut-off valve at this time.
Upon arrival, I assessed the issue with the hose bibb, which was not functioning correctly. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the hose bibb needed to be replaced. I proceeded to carefully remove the faulty hose bibb, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area. Following this, I installed a new hose bibb, making sure all connections were secure and properly sealed to prevent any future leaks. Once the installation was complete, I conducted a series of tests to ensure that the new hose bibb was functioning as intended. The water flow was checked for consistency, and there were no signs of leaks or malfunctions. The customer was informed of the successful repair, and they confirmed that everything was working properly.
Upon inspection, I identified loose connections at the disconnect box associated with the P&L unit. After carefully examining the connections, I proceeded to fix each loose connection, ensuring they were secure and properly aligned. Recognizing the potential for further issues, I replaced the disconnect box to prevent any future complications. Following these steps, I conducted a thorough test of the unit to confirm that all issues had been resolved. The P&L unit is now operating efficiently and reliably, with all connections securely in place and the new disconnect box functioning as intended.

Upon evaluation, I identified a dual run capacitor that was out of tolerance. I replaced the faulty component, which restored proper function. Following the replacement, I checked the refrigerant levels and found them to be within normal parameters. The unit now operates efficiently, achieving a 22° temperature split. This meticulous attention to detail ensures optimal performance and reliability. Thank you for choosing our expert services.
Upon arrival, I identified out-of-tolerance capacitors and replaced them. I informed the customer about the factory-installed hard start kits on new Amana systems, but they opted for additional installation. I adjusted the refrigerant charge on the main unit, ensuring subcooling met manufacturer specs. Both systems operated correctly, with an 18°F temperature split. I confirmed proper drainage by pouring water down the primary drain line. Both systems are now fully functional.
We conducted a thorough cable line inspection and successfully cleared the line through a clean-out process. During the camera inspection, we identified root intrusion at two distinct fittings. The presence of these roots in the line prevents us from providing a warranty against future stoppages. Consequently, we recommended either repairing or replacing the affected fittings. Additionally, we discussed the benefits of a CCC membership with the customer, who expressed interest and requested time to consider the membership option.
Upon arrival, the system was operational but exhibited an inconsistent performance. I verified refrigerant levels, finding them adequate. The subcooling was 13 degrees, and superheat was 6 degrees. The electrical capacitor was significantly out of tolerance, causing intermittent operation. I replaced it with a new capacitor under lifetime warranty. The system is now stable and functioning correctly, with no anticipated issues in the near future. Thank you for choosing our services.
Upon inspection, I identified that the dual run capacitor and start kit were faulty. I replaced these components with new parts. Following the replacement, the unit is now functioning correctly. I ensured the levels were balanced and verified the unit's performance. The system is now operating smoothly and efficiently, meeting all expected standards.
During the plumbing tune-up, I identified that the kitchen faucet lacked pressure on the cold side. After a thorough inspection, I recommended removing and checking the faucet for debris and potentially replacing the cartridge. The homeowners, who work night shifts, opted not to proceed with repairs at this time. I provided detailed estimates for the necessary repairs.
Upon arrival, I assessed the air conditioning system that was not functioning properly. After a thorough inspection, I identified that the system was low on refrigerant. I initiated a detailed leak search, meticulously examining both the indoor and outdoor components of the unit. The leak was traced to the top line connected to the compressor on the outside condenser. I informed the customer about the identified issue and assured them that we would return the next day to repair the leak and restore full functionality to the system. Thank you for choosing our services; we appreciate your trust in us.
During the plumbing inspection, I identified several issues that require attention. I provided detailed estimates for the necessary repairs. The customer reported low pressure at the back frost-free hydrant. Upon inspection, I found that the hydrant had good pressure when the hose was unattached. I also checked other plumbing components and identified areas that need repair. Although no repairs were made during this visit, I ensured the customer understood the issues and the estimated costs for the required work. No warranty applies as no repairs were performed at this time.
I arrived to address issues with non-functioning plugs and lights. Upon inspection, I identified a tripped GFCI and resolved it. The customer also requested a complete replacement of the garage light bulbs. I provided a detailed quote, which was accepted, and completed the task. Additionally, I ensured all electrical systems were functioning correctly. The customer expressed satisfaction and mentioned plans to schedule a plumber for a water filter swap and other minor tasks.
Upon arrival, I assessed a non-operational system and discovered it was critically low on refrigerant. I recommended installing a soft start kit to mitigate compressor inrush amperage. After obtaining the necessary refrigerant and adapter, I adjusted the system to the correct charge. The system resumed normal operation, cooling effectively. Throughout the process, I ensured the customer was informed and approved of each step. The system was fully functional and operating as designed by the time I left.
Upon arrival, I assessed the situation and identified a leaking water heater that required immediate attention. The customer had a TMP line that needed replacement, along with a faulty valve. I conducted a thorough evaluation and provided a detailed estimate for the replacement of both the TMP line and the valve. I explained the importance of these repairs to ensure the water heater's proper functioning and prevent further damage. The customer appreciated the information and decided to save up for the necessary repairs.
I performed a comprehensive cooling tune-up on the gas furnace system, meticulously inspecting all mechanical and electrical components to ensure optimal efficiency. The air filter was replaced to enhance airflow and improve indoor air quality. Additionally, the outside condenser unit was thoroughly cleaned to remove any accumulated dirt and debris, ensuring it operates at peak performance. I also assessed the system for potential issues and offered the customer a UV system to combat biological growth and a pan strip to prevent clogs. Although the customer declined these additional services at this time, they expressed interest in considering them in the future. Thank you for choosing our services; we appreciate your trust in us.
Upon arrival, I conducted an evaluation of the upstairs system, which was not operational. Upon inspection, I identified a faulty capacitor as the root cause. Since the customer had already purchased the replacement part, I replaced the bad capacitor at no additional charge. Additionally, I examined the downstairs unit and discovered that its capacitor was also significantly depleted. After discussing the issue with the customer, I replaced the capacitor in the downstairs unit, which the customer approved. Both units were left running to ensure proper cooling. Thank you for choosing our services.
During the evaluation, I found the indoor system was operational, but the outdoor unit was not. The evaporator coil and blower assembly were heavily soiled, and there was significant biological growth in the air handler. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance, and the system lacked water safety. The drain line was improperly vented and not P-trapped. The outdoor unit's heat transfer fins were damaged, and the capacitor had failed. Despite refrigerant levels being adequate, the system's age and condition warranted a replacement discussion. Homeowners opted for repair and signed up for Comfort Club. The system was cooling upon departure.
Upon arrival, I assessed the unit and found it operating at maximum capacity. To optimize performance, I adjusted the freon charge slightly, which helped improve efficiency. However, the thermostat was installed on an outside wall, causing it to read external temperatures inaccurately. I relocated the thermostat to an interior wall to ensure accurate temperature readings. After the adjustment, all interior temperature readings were within the desired range. The service call is now complete, and payment collection is required.
I performed a comprehensive cooling tune-up on the gas furnace system, meticulously inspecting all mechanical and electrical components to ensure maximum efficiency. The air filter was replaced, and the outside condenser was thoroughly cleaned. I examined the refrigerant levels and all system components, finding them to be in optimal condition. During the inspection, I noticed biological growth in the supply plenum and discussed potential solutions with the customer. Given her current commitments, she opted to schedule the additional service at a later time. Additionally, I informed the customer about our new membership program, explaining its benefits, which she approved for conversion. Thank you for choosing our services.
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough evaluation and identified an electrical shortage and a dual capacitor that was out of tolerance. Addressing these issues promptly, I repaired the electrical shortage and replaced the faulty capacitor. The homeowner opted for our membership program, which offers various benefits and discounts. Additionally, the replaced capacitor comes with a lifetime warranty, provided the membership remains active. Post-repair, I logged a 20-degree temperature differential, ensuring optimal system performance. The homeowner is now equipped with a more efficient and reliable system. Thank you for choosing our services; have a great day!
Upon inspection, the system compressor was found to be improperly grounded, which was preventing it from starting. Despite the grounding issue, the compressor showed no signs of internal damage or wear. After ensuring the grounding was properly established, the compressor was tested and successfully started. However, the customer expressed interest in a complete system replacement. We scheduled a consultation for tomorrow at 10 am to discuss the replacement options and proceed with the necessary arrangements.
Upon arrival, I assessed the thermostat and confirmed that the touch screen functions had ceased, preventing any changes to settings or temperature. The thermostat was fixed at 62°, and while the unit operated normally when mounted, it continued running until the desired temperature was reached or the thermostat was removed from the wall. I explained the issue to the homeowner and suggested ordering a replacement thermostat if the homeowner couldn't find one. For now, the system remains operational as is, pending the homeowner's decision. Thank you for the opportunity to assist.
Upon arrival, the homeowner reported that the systems were functioning well, but the drains were clogged, causing water to flow through the emergency line outside. The thermostats were set at 50°, while the house temperature was 67°. I replaced all air filters and conducted a thorough inspection of both systems. The 3-ton condenser had a capacitor out of tolerance and was slightly low on charge, so I recommended replacing the capacitor to prevent future system failure. Both units had minor air leaks in the attic. The drains lacked safety switches and were poorly routed, leading to frequent clogs. I cleared the drains, tested them, and they are now draining correctly. The rest of the systems were left running as is. A plumber visit is scheduled for next Wednesday to check outdoor water pressure and clean the condensers.
I visited to address an issue with a plug that needed rewiring. Upon inspection, it was clear that the plug required professional attention to ensure safety and functionality. The customer, Ho, expressed dissatisfaction with the initial quote provided, feeling misled about the membership benefits. I took the time to explain the scope of the work and the associated costs, ensuring transparency. After a detailed discussion, we agreed on a fair price, and I proceeded to safely rewire the plug, restoring its proper function.
