Cody did great work installing a new compressor to replace the defective one on our new A/C system which was installed last November, 2025 under warranty. He was on time and went right to work. Would like to have him again if future problems arise. He and James Reeves worked great together. Both rated with five 5 stars.

Cody Boyd was awesome and very knowledgeable and went through all options very satisfied with his service great technician
I was consistently impressed with Alex's technical knowledge, his demand for excellence and his creative mind as he worked rapidly to get two new gas furnaces installed in our home before a rapidly approaching severe winter storm. It was rapidly obvious that Alex is well qualified for his job, and that he is determined to provide excellent service. He was able to explain in layman's terms what was being done, and how each step led to the next task.
Our home had two older Geothermal units that had been down for a number of days and despite a number of contractors and technicians attempting to get the units running, there was no success. Then weather forecasters announce a major winter storm for our area beginning this weekend. We were now racing the clock to get heat before the storm to protect ourselves and our home. I contracted with Comfort Experts to replace the old units. They sent out a team of four technicians to complete the job. Joe's job was to run new gas lines thru out home to fuel two new gas furnaces. He worked tirelessly and with urgency to make sure and get his job completed in order to make sure we had one of the new furnaces up and running at the end of the first day, and both units before the winter storm hit. Joe is friendly, professional and hard working and didn't mind explaining what he was doing .
Awesome
This survey is for service provided on Margie Moore's AC unit on 11/18/24. The unit was not cooling and the temperature was 80 degrees inside the house. Comfort Experts responded in a very timely manner and was able to resolve the issue quickly . The technician was very polite and professional. We are back on the road again and hopefully will not have any more breakdowns.
Very professional showed up on time and worked hard til the job was done. Alex and Daniel are a 5 star team

This young man is very polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job and would have him back to work on the unit if it needed work. I found him to be honest in his answers and opinions. Thanks Jim Looper
Comfort Experts is always professional. Mike did a wonderful job and explain everything to be. He let me know what is needed to get better quality from my unit. I would recommend this company for all your heating and cooling. My a/c and heat is going strong for 7 years now.
Upon inspection, both systems were found to be using R-22 refrigerant. The first system exhibited a subcooling of 2.5 degrees, while the second system had a subcooling of 4.5 degrees. Despite the differing subcooling levels, both systems were experiencing significant issues. The primary system was freezing up, leading to water damage on the ceiling. Given the homeowner's current financial constraints, we advised on the necessary repairs but agreed to revisit the situation when she is ready. We ensured she understood the urgency of addressing these issues to prevent further damage.
I conducted a Super Tune-Up on a heat pump system. Starting with the outdoor unit, I checked refrigerant pressures, which were out of tolerance. I recommended cleaning the condenser coil but couldn't proceed due to an insufficient hose. I also found the capacitor out of tolerance and advised replacement, though the customer declined. At the indoor unit, I replaced one air filter and checked the drain line and electrical components. The evaporator coil and blower wheel were heavily soiled, impacting airflow. I provided estimates for cleaning services and noted a 10°F temperature split, below the expected range.
I successfully installed a new warranty coil set charge unit, ensuring it was fully operational and met all safety standards. The installation was completed efficiently, and I conducted a thorough inspection to confirm everything was functioning correctly. Additionally, I enrolled the customer in our new Comfort Care Plan, explaining the benefits and coverage details. I also processed the payment using a credit card, providing the customer with a receipt and all necessary documentation. Throughout the process, I maintained clear communication and ensured the customer was satisfied with the service provided.
Upon inspection, the dual run capacitor was identified as faulty. Additionally, a leak was detected at the evaporator coil. The unit is covered under both parts and labor warranty. An order for a new evaporator coil with a TXV has been placed, with all necessary information documented in the materials section. A payment of 550 was collected for the freon replacement, processed via check. The system is now functioning correctly, and the customer is satisfied with the resolution.
During the inspection, I identified a severely burnt jumper common wire connected to the capacitor and a malfunctioning capacitor. These issues are critical for the system's proper operation. To resolve this, the jumper wire needs replacement, and the capacitor must be replaced as well. Additionally, installing a soft start component is recommended to prevent future occurrences. The homeowner plans to schedule the repairs once she has the necessary funds.
Upon arrival, I conducted an evaluation of the mini split system, which was found to be functioning properly. However, I noticed that the filters and outdoor unit required cleaning. I thoroughly cleaned both components to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, I drained the water heater, which had not been maintained for over a year. I took the opportunity to discuss the importance of regular maintenance with the customer, who then opted to sign up for our Comfort Care Club Membership. The system was fully operational by the end of the appointment. Thank you for choosing our services.
We replaced the existing toilet with a customer-supplied American Standard model and upgraded the shut-off valve to a 1/4 turn type. Upon removal, the flange was found to be damaged and was replaced at an additional cost. The new toilet was installed, filled with water, and flushed four times, then left to sit for 30 minutes to check for leaks. The customer opted for the Comfort Care Club and provided their card ending in 0596 for the monthly plan.
Upon arrival, I found two units were not functioning. The upstairs unit had a faulty capacitor, which I replaced under the parts and labor warranty. The downstairs unit was experiencing frequent on-off cycling due to a clog that caused water to back up into the drain switch. After the customer approved, I unclogged the drain line. Both units were left running in cooling mode for optimal performance. I also recommended duct cleaning for both units due to high dust levels and cleaning the outside condenser coil to maintain efficiency. These preventive measures will help avoid future issues. Thank you for choosing our services. Have a great night!
Upon inspection, the dual run capacitor and compressor saver were found to be faulty, causing operational issues. I replaced both components with high-quality parts. The dual run capacitor ensures efficient motor operation, while the compressor saver protects the system from voltage spikes. After the replacement, the unit is now functioning optimally. Both new parts come with a lifetime warranty, providing peace of mind for future use.
I recently completed a comprehensive redesign of a 48,000 BTU duct system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The project involved a thorough assessment of the existing setup, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing a new design that enhances airflow and reduces energy consumption. I meticulously measured and calculated the required duct sizes, selected high-quality materials, and precisely fabricated and installed each component. The new system features improved insulation, strategically placed vents, and balanced airflow distribution, resulting in a more comfortable and energy-efficient environment.
I arrived at the site to replace a pre-assembled fan provided by the customer with another one that had an issue with the blade not spinning. The existing fan was already mounted and ready for installation, which made the process quick and straightforward. After removing the faulty fan, I installed the new one in just a few moments. Additionally, I discussed the possibility of extending power to a shed with the customer. However, I needed to consult with Brian to determine the best approach and gather more information before providing a precise quote. This consultation will help us explore different options and ensure the most effective solution.
Upon arrival, I assessed the situation and identified a failed condensate line that had led to a sudden loss of water, resulting in structural damage. I promptly addressed the issue by repairing the condensate pipe. Following the repair, I conducted a thorough test of the AC unit to ensure everything was functioning correctly. The system was operational, and the condensate line was securely fixed, preventing any further water loss. The structural damage was mitigated, and the AC unit was restored to optimal performance.
Recently, I successfully completed a comprehensive repair and replacement task for a condenser fan motor. The job involved meticulous removal of the old condenser fan motor and blade, followed by the installation of a new, high-efficiency motor and blade. Throughout the process, I ensured all connections were secure and that the new components were properly aligned. This upgrade significantly enhances the system's performance and reliability. I took detailed photographs of the work performed, which are attached to the job forms for your records. Thank you for entrusting this task to us. We strive to deliver top-notch service and ensure your comfort. Have a great day!

Upon arrival, I identified a clogged AC drain as the primary issue. I began by running a 25-foot cable through the system to clear the obstruction. After successfully dislodging the clog, I conducted a thorough inspection to ensure the drain was fully cleared. I then demonstrated to the customer how to recognize signs of a clogged drain in the future, emphasizing the importance of regular maintenance. The AC system was functioning optimally post-service, and I provided detailed guidance on preventive measures to avoid future clogs.
Upon inspection, the primary drain was obstructed at the junction where the air conditioning drainage connects. I administered a chemical treatment to dissolve the blockage, but the customer requested a plumber's visit for further evaluation. I ensured the area was left clean and safe before departing. The customer was informed about the next steps and potential solutions.
I conducted a thorough inspection and maintenance of the electrical components, ensuring all amperage draws were within acceptable limits. The refrigerant levels were verified to be optimal, and the temperature split between the evaporator and condenser coils was within the recommended range. The system's drainage was checked and found to be clear and unobstructed, ensuring efficient water removal. The condenser coils were meticulously cleaned, and the air filter was replaced to maintain optimal airflow. All gas safety mechanisms were tested and confirmed to be functioning correctly. The equipment was thoroughly inspected, and all components were found to be operating efficiently and reliably.
Upon arrival, I identified that the condenser fan motor had failed. I replaced the faulty fan motor, but the condenser began to shake excessively. After further inspection, it became clear that the fan blade was the root cause of the shaking. The customer agreed to cover the costs of the work completed thus far. I will need to order a new fan blade to resolve the issue. Once the new blade arrives, I will return to complete the repair.
During the visit, I assessed the current fan motor and recommended a replacement to improve efficiency. The client, however, was more interested in discussing a complete system replacement. We scheduled a follow-up meeting for tomorrow between 10 and 12 am to explore this option in detail, ensuring all aspects of the new system are thoroughly considered.
Upon inspection, the contactor unit was identified as the source of the malfunction. The unit exhibited signs of wear and tear, including burnt contacts and a malfunctioning coil. After confirming the diagnosis, the old contactor unit was carefully removed. A new, high-quality contactor unit was installed, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Post-installation testing confirmed that the system was now functioning correctly. The customer is satisfied with the restored functionality, and the unit is now under proper load and line conditions.
Upon arrival, I inspected the breaker panel and identified a faulty breaker that was preventing power from reaching the condenser. The homeowner mentioned that they had their own electrician, but I proceeded with a thorough examination. After confirming the faulty breaker, I explained the issue and the necessary steps to resolve it. I ensured the homeowner understood the situation and provided guidance on how to proceed with their electrician. My goal was to deliver clear and concise information to facilitate a smooth resolution.
I successfully installed a new condenser unit, ensuring it was properly aligned and securely mounted. Following installation, I performed a thorough vacuum pull to remove any air and moisture from the system. After confirming the system was free of contaminants, I charged it with the appropriate refrigerant. The unit was then tested to ensure it was functioning correctly, with all components operating as expected. The new condenser is now fully operational, providing efficient cooling performance.
Upon inspection, it was determined that the control board in the materials unit was malfunctioning. The control board is a critical component responsible for regulating the system's operations. After confirming the issue, I replaced the faulty control board with a new one, ensuring that all connections were properly secured and the unit was functioning as intended. The new control board was installed under the specified pressure and load conditions, as outlined in the technical manual. Following the replacement, I conducted a thorough test to verify that the system was operating correctly and efficiently. The replacement was completed successfully, and the system is now fully operational.
During the recent cooling tune-up, I thoroughly inspected all electrical components, finding them to be in good working order with appropriate amp draws. The Freon levels were slightly low, attributed to a dirty and clogged evaporator coil. Additionally, the blower wheel was found to be clogged with heavy debris. I recommend cleaning both the evaporator coil and blower wheel to restore efficiency. The condenser was also cleaned, and the filter was replaced. The temperature split is now optimal. I am preparing estimates for the homeowner, including one for cleaning the coil and blower motor and another for replacing the evaporator coil before the parts warranty expires on 8/5/26. I look forward to discussing these options further.
