After arrival, the homeowner asked if I can take a look at the 2 water heaters in the attic and give them my professional opinion. The homeowners have an active leak on their waterline, which is spraying onto one water heater and both of the water heater connectors are completely corroded. The home owner had the manufacturing company out here today before I arrived and they told them that they are not under warranty because it was not the tank that malfunction, it was the lack of service repair from the previous install. I gave you home owners Four different estimates, which started in the low seven thousands and ended in the high eleven thousand to replace both water heaters and the attic, as well as replace up to ten foot of new copper.

The system was cycled on and off. This action equalized the pressures. Refrigerant test indicated accurate charge. This may indicate a faulty compressor. The condenser was washed as it was dirty.
