Came to job to look at light flickering on porch show customer why it was flickering and that it being an LED and everything probably couldn't be replaced so pulled The top off to show him and quoted customer to swap them out with newer ones but customer wanted to look to see if he can find the led piece and do it himself and if not he will call us to swap them to new ones

Today I showed up for an evaluation on the downstairs gas furnace system the AC was not running upon arrival this was due to the float switch being tripped by a clogged drain line cleared the drain line using a shop back down below and nitrogen up in the attic did not cut any pipe installed an antimicrobial pan strip to treat the drain line through the next coming season tested drain line with 5 gallons of hot water after treating with bleach everything is flowing as it should and AC turned back on thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Customer is going to get water heater and call us to replace once he has water heater

Today we showed up for a plumbing estimate. Upon arrival the powder bath toilet would steadily get clogged, with or without toilet paper. We grabbed a closet auger and ran it to the toilet eight different times, and was able to clear the clog. Flush with toilet paper after and everything was working well when I left. There are a couple sinks in the house at or slow to drain, but the homeowner advised that they will take care of it themselves. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this job, I did a super tuneup. Delta was good. Homeowner had replacement filter for me. Drain line Tested clear. Added bleach to drain line. Heat strips amp draw good. Noticed significant biological growth scheduled IAQ. At the outdoor running amps were good. Capacitor was good. Washed out coil. System running and cooling.

On this job I replaced a 45 5. He also signed up for a membership plan. System is back online and ready for cooling.

Went to house for electrical evaluation House looked good customer did his own electrical under panel and tubing is not allowed to be outside of wall so we'll fail inspection but customers that he will take it down when time comes other than that talk to customer about search protection but homeowners didn't want that

Evaporator coil leaking, needs to be replaced Refrigerant so low that it caused it to freeze up Replacement is only option

for this job, I did an evaluation. When I arrived, the unit was not running and the upstairs temperature was 85. Removing the door turned the system off, and when I pressed the door switch to check for 24 V. The system came back on. Delta was good. Left system running for 20 minutes to see if issue would reoccur.

for this job, I did a super tuneup. Delta was good. Drain line tested good. Inducer pulling proper amps. Replaced filter. At the outdoor unit ref refrigerant levels were good. Capacitor was in tolerance. Running amps were good. Vacuumed and cleaned out coil. In rush high, suggesting hard or soft start.

On arrival condenser was overheated. Found contactor damaged with burnt high voltage wires running to it and a blown dual run capicator. Replaced dual run to allow system to function for now. Comfort advisor visit is set for 10-12 Wednesday to discuss replacement. If system is not replaced the contactor will need to be replaced and likely the condenser fan motor.

Arrived onsite gave spoke to customer about options to install his filtration system. Said he did not need an estimate written up thanks for coming out though.

Replaced main line from house to riser for main line tie in about 7ft in depth on riser. Removed the belly in sewer line dropped main line to correct fall and tied back in to riser. Also replaced double cleanouts at front of home. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.

Came to house for electrical inspection House is pretty old and panel is a QO but it is really old and needs to be updated has a bunch of tripled up neutrals and grounds and doesn't have a main grounding so I talked to customer about a panel change and redoing all of that but customer isn't interested in it because everything has been fine and hasn't had any issues before also talked about GFCI protection everywhere in the house but customer also didn't care for any of that her son's are also electricians and a plumber and no have to do that stuff is what she said
