Totally satisfied with Zack S
He worked hard, alone, and fixed my air conditioner
Good service and attitude
Great attitude and great job
Justin found the problem, but had to order a part. Now awaiting delivery and installation of part.
Great job, I spent 3 months in hospital, came home and found lightning had damaged my unit. Got it fixed today. Thank you.
Ac problem diagnosed quickly & repaired Very well mannered tech I highly recommend
Tyler called me, tried to talk me out of making the repairs that I have already arranged to pay for, explained why I should not make the repairs, tried to convince me to get a whole new system, and I specifically told him to make the repairs that were previously diagnosed anyway, and Tyler decided not to make the repairs. In a subsequent conversation, Tyler claimed he did not hear me when I told him to make the repairs. In reality he either could not make the repairs or decided he did not want to and uses the false excuse that he could not me tell him to make the repairs. This is dishonest and could qualify fraud because I have already paid for the repair in advance. I have asked to speak to his supervisor and as of now the supervisor, Preston. has not called me.
Mark was friendly, polite, and professional. He listened and followed up on a concern I had. The system is working very well now. Thank you.
Great service. Needed Fall service of unit. Tech was dispatched and got it done. Filter was shipped out ahead; was installed and heating unit tested. Tech showed owner how to activate emergency heating. Have used this company since 1978 in 3 different houses.
Tech arrived as scheduled. Unit was not switching to emergency heat. Tech adjusted unit to start heat cycle. My household of young cat and my self really appreciated the help.
Upon arrival, the system was not cooling. The outdoor unit displayed a high pressure switch tripped code. I checked the refrigerant levels and found them slightly elevated. I recovered 8 ounces of R410A refrigerant to address the issue. Despite thorough inspection, no other causes for the high pressure switch trip were identified. The system was restored to normal operation after the refrigerant adjustment.
Upon arrival, the system was not providing any cooling. The blower motor was activating prematurely, before the expected 5-minute delay, while the outdoor unit remained inactive. Upon inspection, it was determined that the thermostat was failing to transmit power to the outdoor unit. I replaced the faulty thermostat with a new one and conducted a thorough function check. Post-replacement, the system was operational, and the cooling function was restored, ensuring the system was running efficiently upon my departure.
I replaced the indoor liquid line thermistor under warranty, ensuring all connections were secure and properly insulated. After installation, I conducted a thorough function check to confirm the thermistor was operating correctly. I tested the system to verify it was cooling efficiently. Upon completion, I ensured the system was running smoothly and the cooling was effective before leaving the site.
This job involved the installation of a new toilet as per the customer's request. The existing plumbing under the toilet was not to be repaired, and the new toilet would be installed in the same manner as the old one. We explicitly stated that we would not be responsible for any leaks caused by the original plumbing. If the new toilet could not be installed due to issues with the existing plumbing, additional charges would apply for necessary repairs. We collected half of the payment upfront and enrolled the customer in our Comfort Care Club. The customer plans to purchase a new toilet within the next week and will contact us to schedule the installation.
I visited to provide a quote for the replacement of an existing ceiling fan. The customer, who currently does not have the new fan, wanted to secure a price for the job in advance. During the visit, I assessed the current fan and its installation, took precise measurements, and discussed the specifications of the new fan. I explained the process, including the removal of the old fan and the installation of the new one, ensuring the customer understood the scope of work. I also provided a detailed quote, including parts and labor, and addressed any questions the customer had regarding the timeline and any potential challenges.
I arrived to address a cooling issue with a Daikin mini split system, model FTX12AXVJU, serial number K025343. The system displayed a C4 code, indicating a fault in the indoor liquid line thermistor. After testing, it was confirmed that the thermistor had failed. I ordered the replacement part and informed the customer that I would return once it arrived. Additionally, the electrician and plumber were scheduled to come on Thursday to install a new ceiling fan, and the customer also needed assistance with a toilet issue.
Upon arrival, the customer reported that the downstairs unit was not cooling the house. During the evaluation, it was determined that the heat pump's condenser fan motor was not starting. I reset the system, and the condenser fan motor began operating correctly, along with the compressor. The system started cooling the house as expected. After a thorough inspection, no issues were found with the unit. I ensured the system was functioning properly and left it in the cool mode for optimal performance. The customer was satisfied with the resolution and thanked us for our prompt service.
We successfully replaced the mini split evaporator coil under warranty. The process began with a thorough vacuum pull, achieving a pressure of 500 microns to remove any moisture and contaminants from the system. Following this, we carefully added 2 pounds of R410A refrigerant, ensuring the correct amount was used for optimal performance. Upon completion, the system was operational and providing adequate cooling. We will return early next week to verify the system's continued proper function and double-check the refrigerant charge to ensure everything is running smoothly.
On June 2nd, I arrived at the scheduled time but did not receive a response when I knocked on the door. I attempted to contact the client via phone multiple times, but there was no answer. I left a detailed message explaining the purpose of my visit and provided my contact information for any follow-up. I also checked the premises for any signs of accessibility issues and ensured that the area was secure before leaving.
Upon arrival, the Daiken mini split system was not operational, indicating a lack of cooling. Upon inspection, it was determined that the system was low on refrigerant charge and there was a leak in the evaporator coil. To address the issue, I located the leak and identified that a replacement coil is needed under warranty. After charging the system with 18oz of 410a refrigerant, the system was restored to proper cooling function by the time of departure. Additionally, an electrician is scheduled to visit on Monday to address issues with a non-functioning ceiling fan and some malfunctioning lights. The customer also expressed concerns about surge protection and the overall electrical integrity of the property, which will be evaluated during the electrician's visit.
6/28/25 Installed motor and found motor was running backwards. Installed temporary motor to get system up and running.
Arrived to no cool. Upon arrival system was completely frozen due to a failed ECM blower motor. Need to return on a later date to change out blower motor.
2 level one duct cleanings
6 systems, gas 90% ranging from 2010-2014. Home was empty, Brother of homeowner was there to allow me to at least locate and gather information from the systems to determine the best course for the property. Homeowner is selling and is in negotiations with a buyer; and on an inspection report there was talk about the cleanliness of the ducting. To best serve, I looked into all 6 units (4 on main, 2 on addition). Level 2 duct cleaning is recommended. This includes duct cleaning (including supply vents) blower wheel pull and clean x6, evaporator coil cleaning x6, decontamination of 6 indoor units, microbial misting through all 6 systems (this lines the ducting after cleanings preventing biological growth). Level 1 duct cleaning is just the ducting system with supply vent clean and microbial misting. Briefly spoke to Teeter on his brother phone. Emailed estimates. He will give us an answer after the weekend.
