Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower is dirty , coil is clean. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor was out of tolerance and low , brought up to customer and replaced it under p&l. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. Lefts system in working condition.

Replaced left side indoor 200 amp electrical panel (1 of 2) with Square D Homeline brand with main breaker. There is an old 40 amp underground circuit that goes outdoor on outside wall adjacent to meter base that has a short. I left this circuit disconnected from the breaker box until it can be repaired. I couldn’t tell what it went to, but the appearance is to an old conduit by property line fence by driveway and is no longer in use. Circuit to automatic gate is infested with ants. I put out some of Mrs Pillion’s ant poison to try and remove the pests. Future recommendations are to replace the other old panel (Zinsco Brand) and repair or remove inoperable outside circuit.

10/14/22 per electricians eval the bar that the breakers mount to is burnt and no longer capable of passing power to the system - need to reschedule once electrical work is complete 10/13/22 Arrived for STU indoor Filter replaced - complementary blow out with UV system install Bio growth visible - UV system installed Drains backed up BREAKER BOX SPARKED SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I FLIPPED BREAKER BACK ON TO TEST UV INSTALL BREAKER LEFT OFF SERVICE TO ELECTRICIAN SCHEDULED FOR FIRST CALL TOMORROW will come back to finish tune up on outdoor unit
