Electrical components in tolerance. Washed coil. Recommend upgrading to soft starters. Went over benefits of updating membership to H&B Homeowner declined work for today Systems cooling when I left.

Came to customer's house for electrical inspection for happy call and started at the panel and it looked really good at GFI breakers and GFCI protection throughout the house everywhere it was needed meter base looked good as well also talked to customer about membership but customer was talking about warranty and I explained to her that we couldn't warranty anything that we didn't put in or replace but she was interested in it and what we could cover and everything like that so I told her to reach out to her other warranty provider and see what they provide and what they actually warranty and if there's something that they don't or if she is just wanting to get away from them that she can reach back out to us or go to the email and we can set up a membership for her but also talked about swapping out smoke detectors in the house with new ones because they are beeping and pulled off the ceiling but customer just told me that they haven't pulled down at the moment and that she will be pu

For this call I performed a cooling tune up. All components within the cooling side of the unit were working with the normal spec limits at the time of inspection. I recommended homeowner add a pan strip as preventative maintenance to drain clogs during the summer and also a blower cleaning due to dust buildup. Found leak in evaporator coil unit is 3 ton gas furnace R22 system Leak is do to age of system original to when house was built left customer information on budget plan and talked about replacement options after she talks with warranty company system is at 45 psi unit on r22 system runs at 75 to 80 psi unit will not work as it is
Found unit low on 410A freon found leak at condenser used leak detector and soap bubbles also found condenser fan motor to be bad unable to get fan blade off of condenser fan motor will need to order condenser coil and condenser fan blade spoke with customer customer is aware of situation explain to customer would be 7 to 10 business days if apart is available

Customers step daughter stole his thermostat. Customer could not pay for a new thermostat and didn't have enough money to pay service fee. Customer will call office to pay this whenever he has money. He will also schedule to come install thermostat when he buys a thermostat on his own.
For this job I did an evaluation. Indoor was running, outdoor was not. Outdoor unit had hardlocked out. Cap is good. Reset code and changed filters. Monitored refrigerant and running amps. Today I looked at 2 system is no cooling and heating the system tested in tolerance for functionality. It does have a inrush problem that toating up a contactor. Recommend Soft start Contactor Other then this the system is now back online and ready for work
Today on this job I looked at both heat and cooling sides of the system. The smaller system for upstairs has a 26 super heat. This tells me the system is out of tolerance and needs freon or a new metering device air flow checks out. Flame sensor is also toasted up good. Recommend Replace flame sensor/ignitor Added freon Add soft starts Today I installed soft start and fix a leak at the valve core. She want to talk system replacement for her 2 ton straight cool gas furnace in the attic march 23 10am
Generator maintenance performed today on a 25kw generac air cooled generator. All filters and fluids changed. Spark plugs replaced. Battery checks as good. Valve timing is within spec. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure. Arrived to a red light and a 2800 code. Code indicates the auxiliary switch had tripped. Reset switch and cleared code. System operating normally. Advised customer that the switch may have been switched accidentally but to keep an eye on the system to ensure it is operating properly
For this job I performed a super tune-up on both upstairs and downstairs unit. The units are both amping overrated lra tags even with compressor saver kits attached to the units. Both units show signs of air leakage with thermal images. I recommend an adding soft start kits to the units as a curative answer for over amperage, I recommended considering UV light installation as preventative to biogrowth, I also recommended resealing both units plenums and ducks due to air leakage with thermal imaging. Customer did not have a plumbing issues the external splitter of her hose bibb had a crack in it where she left her hoses connected during the freeze ….upon arrival I simply turned her hose bib off to stop the water from spraying out the external device …. customer stated to let Amanda know she is applying tup on the card she used to pay for tech coming out …also delivered Amazon package to customer because driveway was to slippery for customer to come down due to ice and Amazon driver would not acend drive way …..do to the slope of porch and driveway could not get to customer due to ice customer spoke to me from garage and had permission to close out job
Came to customers house to show him how to use his generator customer didn't realize that there was another switch on the generator that powered the plug that he was using to power the house but everything is working and generator is working fine and so is plug customer is happy and would like to set it up to where Jake is the one who goes back out for anything electrical
