I installed eight new LED light bulbs inside of pre-existing can lights

Ran STU on customers unit. All heating and cooling components tested within recommended tolerances, but there was no hard start on unit and found a compressor wire had rubbed out on the reversing valve. Informed customer that wire needed to be fixed immediately to prevent further issues. He will call company that replaced compressor for repair. Adjusted wire to prevent rub out for the time being. Found no other issues at this time.

Duct clean and uv light install

After arrival, the homeowner explained to me the issues they've been having with their outside laundry room. after inspection. I noticed that the Pi pi ping that was used was galvanized and it is completely deteriorated and breaking. So I first started to give an estimate for running a new hot water line running from the kitchen all the way to the outside shed where the laundry room was located, and it came out to 80 feet worth of a trench Plus a five foot tunnel to expose underneath the house to tie into the existing water lines. I then had the home owner shut the water off at the heater and turn the water back on at the city meters so that they will be able to have water in the meantime, but whenever he did the cold sideline also started spraying water out which means we need to replace that line as well. The homeowner said he is going to contact the bank to see if they're able to get a better rate than what he believes we can provide. And if now he will give us a call to run financi

11/24/23 repaired frost proof hose bibb out back. Replaced rubber washer. Master bathroom sink cold valve is stuck in position and can't open all the way. Quoted for repair on sink

Ran AHC on unit. All components tested good. Found no surge protection, and ducts are due for cleaning. Customer would also like a Plumber out regarding issues with his garbage disposal. Found no other issues at this time.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil is clean. Filter was changed. Customer had uv bulb , went ahead and replaced it. Heating components are good. looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit Inside out. Left system in working condition. Customer agreed to titanium membership. System low on refrigerate, leak in evaporator. Showed customer leak in evaporator coil. Added 16 oz of 410 as tune up says, needs to replace evaporator coil, plus refrigerate and flush system. System has excess amounts of oil in system.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Client stated that unit has been struggling more than usual , even during night time. Looking at the indoor unit, delta is on 10°. Unable to hook gauges up due to unit having magnetic cap locks. Started leak searching , found leak in evap coil. Recommended coil replacement, client wanted to talk to his wife before making decision. Need follow up on 8/14/23

3.5 ton heat pump system in good health. System could benifit from duct cleaning and uv lights

4 ton heat pump system has tree damage control board is fried system is over 10 years old. I recommend system replacement.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Client stated that unit turn unit would turn off after 10 min. The primary drain line had developed a clog , tripping drain switch. Brought to clients attention and preformed a drain clear. However back up in the drains still accured. Primary line leads to Drain for washing machine. Tried to flush it out with nitrogen but still developed backup. Told client he has a clog somewhere in his drain lines. Client agreed to titanium membership. Client wants a plumber out here. Arrived to customer stating lights in one room would flicker when ac came on did evaluation of system found nothing wrong ,explained to customer that this new unit was bigger than the old one and is drawing more power on start up that something in that rooms electrical in tye house was weak or loose ,advised him to have electrician come out but customer declined, left system cooling
