Completed tune up for 2 systems. Neither system has any functional issues. On outdoor units both capacitors tested within tolerance, both units equipped with compressor savers. Indoor units have corrosion on coil housing. Unit 1 has high level of dust inside vents and blower wheel. Tested both drains and both operating properly. Both systems running in cooling on departure
5/24/22 Devyn B - Upon arrival found system running and cooling. Delta drop was good. Filter was clean. Refrigerant levels were within range. And dual run capacitor was within specs. Furnace came on without any issues and showed a clean and complete combustion. Customer stated that they had multiple Hotspots in the house and a dust issue. Evaluated system and gave customer some estimates. Set appointment with comfort advisor for Thursday 12-3pm.
5/24/22 Tyler B - Replaced outdoor unit, pressure tested, pulled vacuum, currently it’s pouring rain so I cannot get the charge right, will have to return on a warm dry day to check charge
Sold LV 2 gas 36k horizontal, replacing 2 zones, level 2 filtration, disconnect, whip
Completed tune up. Capacitor in tolerance. All components running properly. Blower wheel clean with no shaft play.
Performed super tune up, washed condenser coil and checked all components. Refrigerant levels are okay, contactor burned, condenser fan over amping, customer knows about leak in the evaporator coil, furnace of operation functioning properly. System upgrade due to refrigerant phase out.
Thoroughly performed a super tune up for a 13 year old split system, washed condenser coil out, tightened electrical connections and checked all components. Refrigerant levels are low, sat temp 30°, compressor saver’s top blown out, blower capacitor is below spec ratings and the evaporator coil is extremely rusted/ falling apart and leaking r22. Due to the age and condition of the system, highly recommended upgrading to something that will be reliable with warranties behind it. Customer is meeting with an advisor next Saturday at 10am. 5-14-22
STU performed today, when I arrived the customer showed me some water that has been leaking on platform, I looked it over and found the drain to be clogged, customer purchased drain clear. outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications. The system was pulling 96amps on start up with a 83.9LRA recommended compressor saver to extend system overall lifespan, customer purchased repair and the system is now pulling 60amps on start up.Indoor unit filter is clean and the primary drain line is clear at this time, all ignition components are functioning properly and the inducer motor is pulling proper amperage.
Sold LV 3 HP 42k horizontal replace (7) duct for duct
4/16/22 Gregorio - No cool. System low on refrigerant. Found leak inside indoor evaporator coil. Will order new coil under parts and labor to get replaced. Could not do cooling tune up due to unit not running correctly.
