Zak did a great job of taking care of us. He changed out our filter and advised of our upcoming needs. He made sure we knew about specials the company has going on. He was very friendly and helpful.
During the service, I conducted a comprehensive system evaluation and performed a super tune-up. The Delta pressure was within acceptable limits, and the air filter was in good condition. I tested the drain and confirmed it was clear. Upon inspection, I discovered leaks in the ductwork that were causing air to escape into the attic, which I addressed. The insulation was found to be inadequate and was noted for improvement. The refrigerant levels were optimal. The hard start component had failed and was replaced successfully. Additionally, I cleaned the outdoor unit to ensure optimal performance. I also discussed the benefits of the Comfort Club membership with the customer. The system was cooling effectively when I departed. Thank you for choosing our services.
Replaced toilet flapper adjusted the fill valve in tank as well, tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
For this job I replaced the customers X-13 blower motor and air handler control board. I updated the system via CoolCloud and shared the data for the board to get the system running. System was left on Cooling and blowing out at 53⁰.

PLEASE EXPEDITE THE OEM MOTOR AND CONTROL BOARD FOR SYSTEM. For this evaluation the customers blower motor seized up and was no longer running. Attempted to wire in a replacement motor for the time being however the system will not accept a PSC motor as a temporary. I spoke to the customer's about the problem and how we tried to get them up and running however we could not today. Ordering OEM Blower Motor and Air Handler Control Board
