All went well.
Lisa was exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond for me as a customer for over two decades. Lisa's empathetic nature was truly remarkable and genuinely cared about my needs and concerns, and took the time to listen attentively. Her ability to understand my circumstances and offer helpful solutions was invaluable. One of the things that I appreciated most about Lisa was her commitment to valuing me as a customer. She always went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met and that I was satisfied with her service. That, in and of itself will be the reason I always will work with Comfort Experts for all my home issues. Thank you Lisa!
Tyler did a great job, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
Daniel was great! Very informative and courteous. Thank you Daniel!
Would prefer using a better rated equipment such as Ruud, Daikin or Carrier brands such as bryant, Comfortmaker etc.
Zac was good. I am waiting to get report from him on heater. Will be able to share my opinion after that.
Excellent and highly professional service as always..
The customer needed a temporary fix for their system to last through the summer. I added leak stop to address any leaks and topped off the system. After refilling the refrigerant, I tested the system and confirmed it was functioning correctly. This temporary solution ensures the system operates as intended, though it is not a permanent fix.
On 7/25/26, we completed an assessment and partial repair of a toilet system. The task involved removing the toilet to access the plumbing and running a cable machine to clear a significant blockage. Although the blockage was successfully cleared, the cast iron pipe showed several areas of severe damage, with parts of the pipe missing at the bottom. Due to the extensive damage, we were unable to remove all debris. The customer requested that the toilet remain uninstalled until our return on Monday. Zach and Wade will re-evaluate the situation on Monday. Additionally, an electrician is scheduled to visit when available to address the burst plug. Jake is tentatively scheduled for a trade turn on Thursday to replace the plug, pending his availability.
During the cooling tune-up, I thoroughly inspected the system's components. The air filters were found to be in acceptable condition, and the pressure differentials were within the optimal range. The condensate drains were tested and found to be clear, ensuring efficient water removal. The refrigerant levels were checked and confirmed to be adequate. All electrical components were tested and found to be within tolerance, ensuring safe and efficient operation. However, I recommended a hard or soft start for the compressor to enhance its startup performance. Additionally, I discussed the benefits of surge protection to reduce the risk of electrical failures. The homeowner chose to proceed with all recommended repairs. After completing the repairs, I verified that the system was functioning correctly and confirmed that the cooling was operational before leaving. Thank you for choosing our services!
Upon inspection, the air conditioning system's capacitor was found to be faulty. I replaced the defective capacitor with a new one, ensuring compatibility and safety. After the replacement, I tested the system, and it successfully restarted, indicating the issue was resolved. The system is now functioning optimally, providing efficient cooling. Thank you for choosing our services. Have a great day.
Upon arrival, I found the realtor absent. I contacted the customer and provided an estimate for running the camera and recording the footage. The customer expressed concern about the cost but mentioned she would discuss it with her husband. She needs the video to showcase the property to potential buyers. I explained the process and sent the estimate, awaiting their decision to proceed. The goal is to capture and present the home effectively to interested buyers.
I conducted a comprehensive super tune-up on the system. The Delta was functioning well, and I changed the filter to ensure optimal performance. Upon inspection, I found that the drain was clogged, which I promptly cleared to restore proper drainage. The furnace components and refrigerant levels were both in good condition. However, the capacitor was rated at 45, while the current reading was 38, indicating it needed replacement. I also cleaned the outdoor unit to remove any accumulated debris. The homeowner decided to proceed with all recommended work. After replacing the capacitor, I verified that the drain was flowing well and the system was cooling effectively. Thank you for choosing our services!
one with membership, one without box changes, and one with box changes. The customer needs HOA and Gus's approval before proceeding.
Upon arrival, I assessed the HVAC system and identified the need to replace the outside condenser fan motor and the compressor plug. The old fan motor was carefully removed, and the new one was installed with precision. The compressor plug was also replaced to ensure optimal performance. After confirming that all components were securely in place, I tested the unit to ensure it was functioning correctly. The system was left running at exit, and I provided detailed instructions on its operation. Thank you for choosing our services; we strive to deliver excellence in every job. Have a great day!
I recently completed a comprehensive home maintenance service that included several key tasks. First, I inspected the HVAC system, ensuring it was running efficiently and identifying any potential issues. Next, I performed a thorough cleaning of the gutters, removing debris to prevent water damage. Additionally, I checked the electrical outlets and switches, ensuring they were functioning properly and safely. I also inspected the plumbing, looking for any leaks or signs of wear. Finally, I conducted a detailed examination of the roof, addressing any minor repairs needed. I left a message for the homeowner to discuss the charges for these services.
During the plumbing tune-up, I identified several issues that required attention. A root intrusion was discovered in the cast iron line beneath the home, which could potentially lead to significant problems if left unaddressed. Additionally, I found that the drain hose was improperly tied to the disposal, with a pitcher set under the kitchen sink. I discussed these findings with the homeowner and provided options for repair or replacement. However, the homeowner has decided to wait until an issue arises before proceeding with any repairs. I also clarified that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the identified issues. The homeowner has chosen not to upgrade their membership at this time.
We recently performed a comprehensive tune-up on your system, starting with a thorough cleaning of the condenser unit to ensure optimal performance. Although we aimed to change the filter, we were unable to do so because the correct filter was not provided. Despite this, the system is now cooling efficiently. We also addressed a buzzing sound coming from the contactor, which we identified as a potential issue, especially considering the age of the system. We replaced the contactor, and the system is now fully operational and ready for the summer season. Thank you for choosing our services; we look forward to keeping your system running smoothly.
I contacted the customer to discuss her needs and provided a detailed overview of the services I offer. I explained the process and estimated timeline for the job, ensuring she understood what to expect. I then left her a message with my contact information, encouraging her to reach out at her convenience. I emphasized my commitment to providing high-quality service and my willingness to answer any questions she might have. I patiently awaited her call back, ready to schedule the job and deliver exceptional results.
I performed a comprehensive tune-up, including changing the filter and ensuring the drain is clear. The evaporator coil requires cleaning, and I replaced the bulb using the homeowner's own bulb, though the ballast has failed. Refrigerant levels are adequate, but the hard start has failed. The capacitor is functioning well. I cleaned the unit and discussed repair versus replacement options. I also explained the benefits of the Comfort Club, which the homeowner declined for now but may consider later. The system was cooling properly when I left. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts!
We visited the site to provide a comprehensive quote and assess the feasibility of implementing a power storage solution. The customer benefits from free electricity at night and wishes to maximize this advantage by adding a Grid Boss, two battery backups, and an inverter. Our team meticulously disconnected all existing inverters, leaving only the necessary wires and connectors in place. We will review the project details with Brian during our meeting and provide a detailed quote to the customer shortly. This solution will enable the customer to store the power generated at night and utilize it during peak times during the day, ensuring they have all the desired functionalities.
Upon arrival, I identified a system malfunction due to a non-responsive thermostat. Upon inspection, the thermostat displayed no power to the wire. Further investigation revealed that the transformer had internally failed and blown, and the compressor saver had also failed. The capacitor, however, remained within tolerance. After obtaining approval from the homeowner, I replaced the faulty transformer and compressor saver. Post-replacement, I tested the unit's operations, cleaned the outdoor coil, checked the refrigerant levels, and took a delta T measurement. The system is now functioning correctly, with the compressor pulling as expected.
I visited the customer's home for an electrical inspection and panel replacement assessment. Upon inspection, I identified issues with the existing Zinsco panels, improper grounding, incorrect wiring from the main to sub-panel, and a bonded ground and neutral in the sub-panel. Additionally, the service wires were not in a conduit, requiring replacement. I explained these issues and the necessary steps to bring the system up to code. I also discussed our membership program, highlighting its benefits, discounts, and lifetime warranties.
Arrived on site where the customer was gathering estimates for replacing cast iron piping beneath the home. I provided a detailed estimate for the replacement, considering the current condition of the pipes and potential future issues. The customer had an estimate from another company but wanted a professional opinion. She is undecided on when to proceed but is gathering information to make an informed decision. Additionally, the customer requested an electrician to inspect the breaker box, expressing concern about a potential fire hazard. I scheduled a complimentary visit for an electrician to assess the situation and provide a detailed estimate for any necessary repairs.
I thoroughly inspected and serviced the Stu unit, ensuring all electrical components were functioning correctly. The amperage draws were within acceptable limits, and the freon levels were optimal. The temperature split was ideal, and the condensate drains were clean and clear. The condenser was meticulously cleaned, and the filter was replaced. Additionally, I verified that all electrical connections were secure and that both the heating and cooling functions were operating properly. The unit was tested and confirmed to be working efficiently and effectively.
During the tune-up, I found that the system's delta in cooling was 18 degrees, indicating optimal refrigerant levels. I noticed water in the drain pan, which suggested a clogged primary drain line. I informed the customer about this issue, and they decided to address it promptly. Additionally, I observed ants around the condenser, which could potentially cause problems. I alerted the customer to manage the ant situation to prevent any future issues. Apart from these observations, the system is functioning well, with all electrical components within tolerance. No major issues are expected this summer, provided the drain line is cleared and the ants are taken care of. Thank you for choosing our services.

Tune up- system was producing 16 delta in cooling After washing condenser, filter is still okay for another month Told customer adding refrigerant would solve minor issue and increase efficiency Contactor has not been replaced, customer is an electrician and has waived the repair for the meantime After adding refrigerant, I had a 20 delta System is cooling and heating efficiently as this is a heat pump and heat strips function too Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
Today I looked at both sides of the system. I'm happy to report the system tested in tolerance on both sides. We also have Adam our plumber coming to take a look at the pex pipe issue leaking water. I recommend a soft start for the system and a powerful uv system to handle mold growth in the house.
