Jhordan was the best technician. He was friendly, polite and professional.
Jordan is friendly and personable. He is a good representative of the company.
Attempted fraud, do not use this service provider or it’s technicians or supervisors. I spoke with both after completion of service. System check found capacitor was failed. Then technician said the fan motor was not working. I asked the tech if he is scamming me and he said let me show you. He went over to the Compressor and coil unit and flipped the switch and the fan motor worked fine. He was about to charge me $127 trip fee and $387 for a $30 capacitor and $800 for the compressor fan motor. The fan motor was fine and I didn’t need it to be replaced. The part number on the capacitor is “Titan HD PRCFD455A.” Look it up. My total bill was $506.40; down from about to be $1300.
Ryan was able to check the system out fairly quickly and access the problem. He’s very professional and knowledgeable.
I told the dispatch what was wrong and what part was needed. I asked if she needed the make model and serial number to get the right part. She informed me that all trucks were stocked with everything they needed. I was right about part but the technician did not have the part and it would take two weeks to get it. Quoted insane price and charged me $100.00 to tell me what I already knew. I got the work done the next day for $500.00 less than there quote. It’s a racquet

Customer is shopping, needs a 4 ton gas system for his downstairs. Wants us to price match at 8000.
Tech arrived for a CTU*2. Upon inspection both systems- The capacitors we're within specs. The contactors were in working condition. The amperages were at acceptable ranges. The condenser coils were dirty and were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The drainw were checked and bleach was poured. The filters were relatively clean. The UV system was not functioning on the main area system. Adjustments were made and it regained functionality. There was air passing around the coil panel and filter box and tape was applied. The systems did not appear to have Surge Protection. A Whole House Surge Protector or 2 Unit Surge Protectors are recommended to protect the electrical components and avoid catastrophic damage. Both systems were functioning upon departure.
Thoroughly performed a double super tune up, tightened electrical connections and checked all components. Upstairs- refrigerant levels are good, dual Run within specs, contactor burned, amps within range and everything else functioning properly at this time. Downstairs- upon arrival found the compressor not coming on, dual run capacitor within range, compressor is locked up and mechanically failed, contactor burned
Tech arrived for a STU. Upon inspection the capacitor was very close to being out of tolerance and was replaced. The condenser coils were dirty and were hosed off. The amperages were at acceptable levels. The Delta was 22. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. There was growth present inside the system. A quote was given for a level 2 duct cleaning that includes coil cleaning and blower wheel cleaning as well as duct cleaning with chemical. It was noticed that the cellulose insulation was low and settled. For a quote on insulation removal and upgrade the customer should contact a Comfort Advisor. The system was functioning upon departure.
Thoroughly inspected the upstairs system, found ecm motor bad, evaporator rusted up and the system is R22. Due to the age and condition of the system, highly recommended to something reliable with warranties behind it before spending money on a system of this age. Customer just wants to order the ecm for now. Paid in full, ordering ecm motor
Thoroughly performed a super tune up for both split systems, washed condenser coils out and checked components. Downstairs- refrigerant levels are fine, dual run good, contactor burned up, condenser fan motor has hot spots all around it, furnace is up to specs and the system is functioning properly at this time. Upstairs- refrigerant levels are fine, contactor pitted and burned, condenser fan has hot spots, drains clear and system functioning properly at this time. Spoke with customer about replacing the contactors, customer wants to wait.

Thoroughly inspected the system, found filter case of the plenum sucking in 100° air, fixed filter and found system a little low r410a. Customer purchased 2 pounds of r410a and the system is functioning properly at this time with a delta T of 19°.
Tech arrived for a service call. The capacitor was within specs. The contactor was working. The compressor was pulling high amperage. The coils were very dirty. The refrigerant levels and Delta appeared abnormal at the beginning of the evaluation. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow. Leak tests were conducted on the evaporator coil and condenser unit. No leak was found at the time of inspection. The system was restarted and the Delta, pressures, and airflow regained normal functionality with a 17 degree Delta and a 15 degree Superheat with a piston metering device. System was functioning upon departure with a supply temperature of 59 degrees. Customer mentioned a possible electrical surge prior to the tech arriving. Electrical systems should be monitored.
