Ryan was able to check the system out fairly quickly and access the problem. He’s very professional and knowledgeable.
I told the dispatch what was wrong and what part was needed. I asked if she needed the make model and serial number to get the right part. She informed me that all trucks were stocked with everything they needed. I was right about part but the technician did not have the part and it would take two weeks to get it. Quoted insane price and charged me $100.00 to tell me what I already knew. I got the work done the next day for $500.00 less than there quote. It’s a racquet
Dennis was awesome!,

Tyler was very good at assessing the situation, recommending a solution, and handling in a short matter of time.
Great job. Very personable, customer oriented, and knowledgeable. Someone you can trust.
Alex who was the serviceman was very good and friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The issues with the heater were not his fault.
Technician was on time and went about his work efficiently.
CTU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications,i cleaned the condenser coil with a water hose. indoor unit filter is clean and the primary drain line is clear at this time, system was pulling over LRA so I recommended compressor saver, customer purchased compressor saver start up amperage was 139amps and is now 82amps
Bad wiring connection to thermostat, fixed wires and system is running normally
Upon arrival found both upstairs and downstairs not running. Downstairs system is almost completely empty on refrigerant , evaporator coil leaking. Upstairs system has a faulty thermostat. Customer wants to purchase and install there own thermostat for upstairs system. For downstairs my only recommendation is replacing system due to age, condition, cost of repair.
System making a sound due to ants being in the contactor, I was able to blow the ants out with nitrogen this time, let the customer know if this happens again then I’m gonna have to charge him for a contactor.
Performed heating and cooling tune up today, inspected all the components and washed both condenser coils. Informed the customer that the master bedroom filter is dirty and needs to be replaced, the main system is slightly low on refrigerant, and discussed memberships. Customer declined at this time, left both systems on in cooling.
Customer called because the upstairs system is not cooling. Showed the customer that the system is extremely low on R-22 refrigerant, Contactor has burned and pitted contact points, primary drain is clogged, and the evaporator coil is showing signs of refrigerant leaks. Strongly recommend complete system upgrade due to the age and condition of the system, and R-22 phase out. Customer is interested in meeting with a Comfort Advisor but needs to check his wife's schedule first and will call us back. Left the system down.
CTU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications, indoor unit filter is clean and the primary drain line is clear. Customer has not replaced ultra violet bulb in 2 years spoke to him about how it’s recommended to replace every year by the manufacturer, customer declined uv bulb replacement
Same issue as last time but because I fused every individual circuit last time I was here I was able to find that the low voltage short was in the outdoor Y wire circuit, I replaced the contactor and changed the wire to a different color one in the strand, system is working as it should
Fuse was popped when I arrived, I put a new fuse in and it did not pop, system ran for 30 minutes without issue so it seems to be an intermittent short, fused all low voltage circuits individually, that was if it happened again we will have it narrowed down to a particular circuit
Performed heating and cooling tune up, inspected all the components and washed the condenser coil. System is functioning properly. Discussed the benefits of compressor saver, pan strip, memberships, and replacing the UV bulb, but customer is not interested. Left the system on.
