Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in.
He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself.

Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. On 7/27/26, I conducted a thorough diagnostic on a generator experiencing charging issues. The charging circuit neutral was found to be improperly bonded to the generator's negative ground circuit on the transfer switch control module. I carefully removed this connection. Although the battery was charged at 13.04 VDC, the terminals were heavily corroded. I cleaned the terminals and applied a protective coating. Upon restarting the generator, it initially reached normal RPM but exhibited an engine miss. Subsequent attempts to restart the generator were unsuccessful, with the engine struggling to reach RPM and displaying a low fuel pressure code. Pressure tests confirmed normal fuel pressure up to the injection system, but the fuel butterfly remained closed during starting attempts, indicating a potential issue with the fuel injector or carburetor. I will verify parts availability and return to complete the repair.

4/21/2026 Brian H – Evaluated generator starting attempts after homeowner replaced starter. Found battery voltage dropping to 9.6 VDC during starting attempts. Battery terminals are clean and tight. The generator batteries are failing at an unacceptably high rate of 1 or more per year. This has been happening since the unit was installed. Will relay information to manufacturer to see what needs to happen next and if they are willing to do anything to help with the problem.

Diagnosed generator starter (0G7461RWK) has failed. Solenoid is receiving signal to start but starter motor will not turn. According to Generac parts help line, it will also need a spacer kit (0G0860). Recommend starter replacement.

Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2023. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. All amp draws are within spec. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Suggest adding surge protection to the main panel.
