Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I recently had you guys get me a bid for a short electrical run and was shocked at the extreme cost I was quoted. $8,500 for a 90 foot run. My other bids were $2,500 & 3,200 and that was over half in labor cost. So $8,500 I can’t even comprehend the amount of profit you are wanting to charge me is just grossly over charge.
Tyler was a nice young man and did a small switch change out and did fine work.
I don’t mind paying a fair cost but this was clearly price gauging.
All you have to do is offer a fair charge for the time spent on the job and people will use you.

Tyler Barbee at Hobson Air is not a good salesman. Already upset that they installed a completely new Amana system that only lasted 6.5 years. Took over a week to call me back with a price. Tyler did not discuss any benefits that would come with his quote such as warranty or even a loyalty discount for me bringing them back. I never got the warm fuzzies with Tyler and even asked that I deal with another employee, Don S., who said would be contacting me but they never acknowledged my request and kept Tyler, so I just don't think they were serious about me being another customer.

Homeowner was concerned about some of the noises made when the system starts/stops operating. Did a thorough inspection and found nothing out of the ordinary.
Changed filter. Recommend adding April Air to improve air filtration and prevent bypass dust. UV bulb has gone out. Went over benefits of replacing bulb vs. upgrading UV system.
Compressor rated for 118 start-up and currently starting on 147 amps. Recommend soft start to extend compressor life and reduce load on start up.
