11/17/24 TS- garbage disposal is leaking from the bottom and needs to be replaced. Customer choose to supply their own and will reschedule for Monday install

Arrived at customers house for super tuneup All components working to manufacture spec Coil not rejecting heat or cooling well due to age and dust Home owner interested in new unit, thankless water heater and EV charger for home Loaded estimates on fixing unit versus getting a new unit

On arrival system running and cooling as intended. Raining at time of visit. Indoor unit clean and uv system functioning. Outdoor unit clean and running smoothly. When I left system was running and cooling.

Replaced 2 switches and looked at a couple lights as well as gave an estimate for a mini split run

On arrival system was off. Tested heating and cooling and all worked without issue. Compressor was having a long delayed start so I recommended and installed a compressor saver kit.

2015 carrier airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain has build up in trap Changed Customer provided filter Heatstrips are functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Uv bulb is no longer functional 2015 carrier heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Washed Condenser coil from inside out Cleared debris out of unit Waxed top of unit Recommended clearing and treating drain and uv system

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. System is a 13yo Lennox Heat pump. INDOOR: I replaced the filter, the evaporator coil was clean, the blower had biological growth on the blades, there was also biological growth on the drain pan, drain line was clear, heat strips were in range. OUTDOOR: I washed and waxed the unit before taking any readings. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I checked the refrigerant charge and found the levels to be acceptable at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and recommended a UV system for the biological growth, a compressor saver for system longevity and our home and budget protection club for preventative Maintenance. System was cooling when I left.

During heating tune up Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed Customer provided filters Drains were clear and draining Blower motors and wheels were acceptable Evaporator coils were acceptable Ignition systems were functional All safeties are functional

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. When I arrived the homeowner told me that last night the system was blowing hot air, when I arrived the system was set to off. I turned it to cool and the indoor equipment began to run, however the outdoor fan motor was not running. I turned off the unit at the disconnect and inspect the electrical equipment. The fan is controlled by the defrost control board with no capacitor hook up. I turned the system back on and the unit began to operate normally, the compressor was operating within manufacturer range, the fan motor was operating within manufacturer specifications, the compressor capacitor was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I checked the refrigerant charge and found the levels to be acceptable at this time. I believe the unit just needed a reboot. I shared with the homeowner how the disconnect functions while sharing my findings, system was cooling when I left.

Arrived for STUx2 Filters fine Blowers and coils dusty and should be cleaned UV systems will need new bills soon or should be upgraded to air flow cleaners Deltas for both systems are in range Drain lines are clear Condenser coils clean Dual run caps and Motors are fine Defrost control boards both have hot spots and should be replaced before failure to prevent excessive utility bills increases - downstairs Measured at 275 upstairs Measured at 257 both in Fahrenheit Homeowner declined today but will call us if she changes her mind

Replaced 50 gallon electric water heater located in garage. Tested after replacement everything working properly.

Arrived for eval. Drain line was clogged, I cleared the drain line and poured water down to check the drain line. Checked the blower cap and it’s out of tolerance. Customer wants membership System came right on System cooling before I left

Arrived for 45 Customer stated that the sink was dripping Ran test and it was dripping for the customers sink p trap Fixed and it wasn’t leaking before we left

07/22/24 TS- installed customer supplied bidet.
