This system is r22 and is in need of a total system brake down and cleaning of the air handler. The condensor is total rotting out at the fins. Compressor is also pretty rusted over. The freon levels are low as well. Ive given him tips he can do to help the system live a little longer. Over all the this house just needs a new system. Any money spent to trying to repair and hump it along to is a waste in my opinion. Please consider system replacement before prices increase in the summer time.

She also brought me to two bathrooms where they are 2 leaks with the P-traps and after building up three different estimates, she only wanted to move forward with the leak coming out of the ceiling. After cutting out part of the ceiling and running these shower upstairs, I noticed that water was dripping out through the overflow as well as the nut underneath where the tub shoe was located. After I tightened everything up. I ran the water again for 5-10 minutes and there was no longer a leak. Thank you.
