Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. We have used Comfort Experts HVAC service for many years now. I had no idea about offering electrical. I called, made the appointment but had to reschedule due to timing. Jake came by first thing the next morning and checked the issue we were having. No repairs were made. He assured me if the problem kept happening he would come out and fix the issue we were having. We discovered a water leak on a Friday and Adam was there the next day to identify the problem. It was in a difficult-to-reach location and required some extensive trenching. The team was there first thing Monday morning and was finished before the end of the day. I couldn’t ask for better help or support than Adam provided. Arrived to red light on 22kw generac generator. Generator failed to start due to faulty battery battery only able to hold 6.6v. Replaced battery and performed yearly maintenance. Changed oil, oil filter, air filter spark plugs and checked the spacing in the valves. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Arrived onsite customer had a small leak where the icemaker line tied into the valve under kitchen sink. Went ahead and redid connection tested after repair was made everything working properly.
Estimate to tunnel under home from the outside to under home and expose water line. Cut under home and run new line up and install new valves under sink.

Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2013. All electrical connections are tight with. I corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and should be cleaned. UV bulb has expired and needs to be replaced. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Highly suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help the efficiency and reliability of the system upon start up. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the home and budget protection plan.

20kw Generac generator serviced today. Spark plugs, air filter, and oil filter all changed. 2 quarts of fully synthetic 5w-30 engine oil changed. Valve clearances checked. System functioning normally at time of departure.
