Would prefer using a better rated equipment such as Ruud, Daikin or Carrier brands such as bryant, Comfortmaker etc.

Today I looked at both sides of the system. I'm happy to report the system tested in tolerance on both sides. We also have Adam our plumber coming to take a look at the pex pipe issue leaking water. I recommend a soft start for the system and a powerful uv system to handle mold growth in the house.
Came to your house for a second opinion to quote adding four recessed lights in kitchen and got here and customer was not here but did talk to him on phone and gave quotes over phone and customer did like you but it was all so confused that we had to run wiring but explained everything to him and now he understands but he said that he was getting a few quotes and will reach back out to us if he decides to go with us

Came to house for lead set by Daniel a and got here to look at and quote replacing plugs into bedrooms and gave quote to do that and customer wanted to go through with it so did it while I was there and got it all complete and customers happy customer also stated that she will want to do the rest of the house in the future but we'll do piece by piece and explains to do the plugs discounts to do more plugs and I will be the one back come back out and quote to do it
For this job I performed a cooling tune-up. I noted a very large amount of biological growth inside of the supply plenum. Based off of History the unit has not had a functional UV system active for several years. I recommended an upgrade on UV systems for more efficient run time, stronger germicidal bulb, and more cost-effective bulb replacements. I noted the house also had very low insulation levels and gave several estimates for adding insulation for both efficiency and longevity of the unit. I gave homeowner the option between a level 1 or level two duct cleaning due to severity of the condition of the supply plenum and high possibility of biological growth starting to spread throughout the ducts. Refrigerant levels and electrical components were running within normal spec limits at the time of inspection, no further suggestions were made. Homeowner requested a electrician to be scheduled to go out to home. HVAC to electrical Monday, 9-5 give estimates for 2 rooms for electrical soc
Came to job to do electrical trade turn and got here and customer was having issues with doorbell speaker and ringing so found issue and think they need to get a new door speaker but customer wanted a ring doorbell on the front so clipped on battery doorbell
Tune up Washed Condenser coil but wasn’t able to change filter as one wasn’t available Had a 21 delta in cooling and furnace is working fine Customer would like to have his water heater looked at, his neighbor had his water heater break in the middle of the night Electrician as well to install ring doorbell Both are scheduled for Next Friday 9-5 Compressor is overamping, spoke with customer about installing a Soft Start to reduce startup amperage, customer would like to hold off for now Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
Customer did not have several things to look at only one issue with GFCI tripping and it controls subpmp pump for walkway drainage and customer stated it doesn't work and wants a plumber to take a look at it still but got here and picked wire up out of water and will be having a plumber come out Friday the 3rd in the morning to take a look at it but everything else was working perfectly had gfci everywhere it was needed and doing its job but customer did not have any other issues
Came to house to give quote on doing a lot of work in all areas of the house and gave multiple quotes with memberships but customer is ,moving and didn't want a membership but customer wanted to think about the price and get back to us
This system is 2 years old replaced threw Home warranty. The system test intolernace all the way around. It is now cleaned filter is new and system is ready for work.
Current gas line is a steel line and is leaking underground explained the steps to replacement including permit and inspection also explained membership customer is going to talk it over with her husband and get bk with office for scheduling
Came out for a membership super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and in cool mode everything checks out mechanically my concerns today involve indoor air quality recommended a duct cleaning and UV system homeowner would like to get a couple other payments out of the way before calling us back

Came to jump for electrical inspection and got here and panel is a zinsco panel or Sylvania and it is a panel that has been recalled because it has caused house fires other issues involving the panel with the breakers having a connection issue so talk to customer about that and explained it all to her and gave her a quote to do a panel change and gave her two options to keep it inside or move it outside but customer insisted that that she's never had any issues before he is going to call her insurance and ask them what they don't cover and if they don't cover her panel but other than that talk to her about surge protection and also swapping out of GFCI that was not working in the bathroom
Sold water heater, please schedule for Tuesday morning first call
Head to job too do wreck work that was quoted yesterday and got here and did the job and customer a super happy with everything everything is working again like she wanted customer likes us and will be using us in the future
2/26/26 Was having trouble with service Titan crashing while at job and wasn't working but gave customer quote to do the work and will be back out here tomorrow morning second call if possible but will be done tomorrow customer agreed to do the work but service Titan wasn't working so couldn't get a signature but customer did want to do the work
Came to customers house for plug and light not working and ended up finding there was a GFCI that needed to be replaced and also a switch that needed to be replaced Customer also wanted a quote to take down fan in living room with high ceiling and also swap out three fixtures in living room as well gave close to do all of that and also gave quotes for what I did with membership and customer just didn't want to do the membership but still wanted to do the work right now and emailed quotes to do all the other work once customer gets pictures and is ready to do the work
Came out for an evaluation customer had an issue with a broken toilet handle she chose to have us replace this today as well as sign up for the home and budget protection plan she would also like to sit down with a comfort advisor for solar or generac and have an electrician come out and take a look at a couple of things for her these appointments are scheduled for next Monday and Wednesday thank you for choosing comfort experts!
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. Duct cleaning was recommended to customer due to high levels of dust, Customer will talk about it with her husband to make a decision. Came to job to look at issue with TV but ended up getting it resolved but ended up adding a plug in closet for them and also looked at a light in their garage but they just had light bulbs that were out
Came out for a free second opinion homeowner provided invoice from Ernie's Plumbing scope of work is to cap a gas line past the valve behind the stove also provided option for terminating the gas line entirely inside of the wall unfortunately we did not do any business today the homeowner said that he has a family friend plumber that he already has a membership with
Showed up for a free second opinion homeowner was not home spoke with tenant who showed me the invoice from the previous company spoke to the homeowner over the phone he did not want me to perform any more work today he just wanted an estimate comparable to the findings of the previous company I am pausing this call so that the office can figure out the job balance because it was booked as an eval
On this job I looked at duct work and system for both up and down stairs. Heating / cooling Concerns 1. Dirty supply vents / blower motor 2. System 1 upstairs unit needs real seal. To much cracks and air leakage. 3. System 2 low super heat 22° should be 15° 4. System 1 weak cap high inrush amps 5. System 2 high inrush amps and worn out contactor pads. 6. No water safties on either system Recommendations 1. Leak search system. Fix and add freon. 2. Easy start for both systems to tackle high inrush. 3. Replace capacitor 4. Level 2 duct cleaning for both systems. 5. Reseal system air leakage. 6. Maintainace plan. For routine cleaning and tolerance check. 7 water safties x2 8 ground both condensors propley.********* This is code**************
Name two house to give quote to do a bunch of stuff including running a circuit for a welder and shop behind house and also fixing GFCI and bathroom by rerunning wire to tie into GFCI in bathroom for it to be grounded and also talked about swapping out three plugs and bedroom and as well as adding two plugs on a circuit to that same bedroom but quoted it all to the customer and customer really liked it and they will reach back out as soon as they are ready to do the work
