For this cooling tune up I inspected the air handler and condenser. A components were measuring with a manufacturer specs and running well. With this being a new customer I did recommend the home and bunch of protection plan and they said they would reach out if they decide to buy into it, additionally I recommended a UV light to the amount of biogrowth in the plenums and on the coil. Lastly I also recommended a foot switch or some sort of water safety to be installed to prevent flooding out the ceiling.
Arrived for STU Filter fine, Drains clear, Condenser cleaned Functional components all within tolerance Customer declined compressor saver, hard start, insulation And UV system
Arrived for STU All components were functioning Recommended New indoor coil, primary circuit board, outdoor fan motor, surge protection, Compressor saver, line set cover, and membership upgrade. Customer denied everything and will wait for system to go down before doing anything.
For this super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs. Due to the placement of the blower motor capacitor I could not reach and test it without removing the drain line. I washed the condenser and rewired everything accordingly. I strongly recommend a blower clean and coil clean due to the amount of dust and dirt buildup on the blower wheel. Additionally I recommend surge protection and compressor saver with the age of the system. The capacitor is OEM and hasn't been replaced since being installed on the home.
The hot gas discharge temp sensor is failing need to order new one. Pausing this call service fee will be taken upon completions.
