Nathaniel was wonderful! He came out to fix light on my flag pole. Explained everything clearly to me. And went the extra mile by explaining GFCI operation, and make Christmas lights work! All the while being patient with this old lady! He is an outstanding employee! So thankful for all he did!
Danny was exceptional to work with today. He explained all the concepts where they were easy to understand. He also took the time to show me where the underlying issues were within my system. He took photos of each concern as well and was honest and transparent with pricing which is rare to see nowadays. Five stars! I will recommend to my friends as well.

We have used Comfort Experts HVAC service for many years now. I had no idea about offering electrical. I called, made the appointment but had to reschedule due to timing. Jake came by first thing the next morning and checked the issue we were having. No repairs were made. He assured me if the problem kept happening he would come out and fix the issue we were having. 7/1/25 Today we show up for a plumbing evaluation. upon arrival the fill valve in the master bathroom was constantly running, it was adjusted to perfect height and was still running. I replaced the fill valve, and flapper. I also installed a customer supplied the bidet.
The homeowner has also agreed to going through with replacing a toilet in the hall bath along with the shut-off valve. She is ordering the toilet to home Depot and we are going to pick it up in the morning and return 7-2 to install new toilet.

On this job he did not have accessible water so we could wash the condensor. They have been made aware of this. Other then that the system has good freon levels and excellent air flow with a clean filter. I recommend an easy start for it.

I arrived to find the furnace door off other furnace and the safety switch released. She stated that she had changed the filter last night and must not have got the door back on right. A secured the door back in place and confirmed the system was running. No repair. Collected service fee .
