On this job I found a out of tolerance cap and a tripped core sense. I replaced under warrenty. I recommend an easy start to help the system with these type of issues as well as inrush. System has great freon pressure. It is now back online and cooling

Arrived onsite customer has a water heater not getting the full capacity to home but still working. Wrote multiple options for customer to get water heater replaced, Customer had to talk to wife and i will follow up with him tomorrow.

Arrived for service eval Rodent chewed through the pressure switch tube Trimmed tube back a bit and reattached. System running fine

Electrical inspection. Panel and service look great. Recommended whole home surge protection. Gfcis all working properlly. No issues. No interst in adding or changing anything.

Completed top out shower valve and shower pan customer voided yesterday's check and paid for whole scope of work in one chk in the amount of 14,676.42 Job is complete

Aim to job to quote re running damaged wires and gave quotes , and we'll be back on Friday 11th

Estimate to repair gas line in attic and perform test on high and low side of gas system to make sure no other leaks are present after repair. If any other leaks are found after repair is made will give estimate for Leak repair at that time. Customer will call to schedule repair when ready

During this visit I washed and cleaned 2 condensor coils changed filters and looked at both heating and cooling. 1 system has a low freon levels the other does not. 1 system heats and cools but has aclogged drain problems with a full emergency pan. The other system cools but doesn't heat needs new ignitor flame sensor and pressure switch.

Arrived for possible 45 Ryan left the disconnect off. Capacitor fine Motors and refrigerant fine System cooling at exit Filter will need to be changed soon. Homeowner will take care of it himself

Excavation is coming out today will be installing tomorrow please clear Saturday schedule

During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling. The system has a new filter and condensor is now clean. In checks in tolerance all around. This house could use uv and an easy start

Customer had cracked copper drain line I replaced with new pvc and proper transition fitting, as well as backed up washing machine drain I was able to clear.

Customer has backed up washer drain as well as cracked kitchen drain pipe. Will return tomorrow to complete repairs.

Perform plumbing inspection

For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. For the most part all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. I would recommend to the customer adding a Whole Home Sanitation System to replace the existing germicidal UV bulb in the supply plenum. The upgraded UV System kills pathogens, germs, viruses and other airborne particulates that are circulating within the home. Additionally because the customer's compressor is over amping on startup I would recommend installing a hard start kit to lower those amps on system startup. Lastly a pan strip within the air handler coil drain pan will prevent clogs and potential water damage during the summer while the system is condensation. The customer wants to talk to his wife about the recommendations and get back to us.

Arrived onsite when I arrived customer said he had already gotten issue taken care of from different company

Performed evaluation Performed leak search on outdoor/indoor/field welds Main home system has refrigerant leak in indoor coil and has 14 delta Refrigerant is low on system Both systems outdoor coils are clear Cooling components are in tolerance Reccomended comfort advisor- homeowner will asses situation and call back Systems left on cool at exit

During this visit I installed a an easy start to get rid of the loud noise and high inrush. I washed the condensor and checked it for tolerance. I added new caps to it and core valves. The system makes a 15° super heat and td is 20°.

During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. They are both about 18 years old. The system has new filter and cleaned condensors. Td is 20° and subcool is 9. Hes doing some remodeling to the house and is not ready for system replacement yet.

It is determined that customer has a hot water slab leak gave est to reroute line but things can change once we get in there and determine what line is leaking and where point a and point b are
