For for this job I performed a super tune-up. I noted a dirty slower, oxidated ignition components on the furnace, burnt weldings on the primary electrical control unit, and high amperage at startup. I recommended a blower cleaning, replacing the igniter and the flame sensor, replacing the primary electrical control unit, and installing a compressor saver kit for high amp draw. Came to house for breaker tripping and had plumber tech out here before me and was messing with water heater because it was causing breaker to trip and it was working when he was here but once he left it started tripping and got here and breaker was not tripped but it was tied into the load side of a GFCI and the GFCI was bad so talk to customer about it and wanted to replace the GFCI to get that working again and also get her water heater working and not on the load side of the GFCI

Replaced 3/4 gas flex connector. Ran a test on generator to make sure it fired up

Came out for an evaluation customer was saying that the outdoor unit wasn't turning on but the electric bill was going high turns out they had the thermostat set on emergency heat and the filter was severely restricted verified that the heat pump was capable of satisfying the thermostat and advise them to purchase a new filter as soon as possible left the system with no filter due to the excessive amount of blockage on the existing one

For this job we performed a evaluation. Compressor failure within warranty leaked all the refrigerant out. Rewired the t stat as electric heat for the meanwhile to heat. Need to rewire as heat pump when rec work is done. Done for now, holding for parts, pnl warranty confirmed.

For this job I performed a super tune up. I noted oxidized burned flame sensor and ignitor causing flickering when running heat as a potential near future failure. I noted overamprage at start up on the condenser exceding LRA Data tag rating. I also noted extremely low insulation levels. Cooling side of the unit is 5 years old. For this call we performed an evaluation. We discovered both a failed thermostat and a failed x13 blower motor. Pnl warranty covered the blower motor, homeowner has their own replacement tstat. Done for now, holding for parts, call when part comes in for rec work.

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system test in tolerance as far as functionality. The system does have high inrush and and toasted up contactor. Recommend replacing Contactor Add soft start Not interested in system placement

Responded to a call where the homeowner ported the system would shut off at times and randomly switch between heating and cooling after checking I found the thermostat was accidentally set to schedule mode which can cause automatic mode change I also checked the control board history and found restricted air flow code. the air filter condition confirmed restricted air flow so I replaced the filter and testing the system is running properly in both heating and cooling. For this call I performed a super tune up. There were several air quality and electrical concerns while looking at the unit. I showed the homeowner potential future failures and prices for repairs on electrical components showing signs of wear and tear. I spoke with homeowner about air quality concerns. Homeowner opted to have CA scheduled Thursday for cost of system replacement bundled with a water heater and options for cleaning inside of unit due to biogrowth.

Responded to a no-heat call. Found a clogged condensate drain; cleared the blockage and rebuilt the drain line. Replaced the UV light and added pan strips for ongoing drain treatment. Heat cycle test-ran after repairs and the system is operating properly.

Showed up for a membership Plumbing visit looked at everything that the homeowner showed me and expressed my concerns on a couple of things however the main concern that both the homeowners and I have is the Federal Pacific electrical panel that they had already been spoke to about previously provided an estimate for replacement and applied for financing as well just to see if it was an option for them to take care of they were approved for financing but they would still like to have a little time to digest all of the information I will follow up with them in a week
