I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Want to thank Michael for his quick response to my AC issues. Quick to diagnose the issues showed his expertise in ac repair. Explained everything needed that I easily understood to make the repairs at a reasonable price and had us up and running in a short period of time. Comfort Experts were great! I noticed in late afternoon on a hot summer day (a Sunday no less) that the house was getting warmer, then noticed the AC wouldn't even kick on. I called their after hours office line & they had someone out very quickly. The technician, Garrett, was polite, knowledgeable & ensured I understood what was happening & what he needed to do throughout. I trusted what he was telling me based on my limited knowledge from hearing my dad's conversations (a former Heat & AC technician), no "single lady at the mechanic shop" shenanigans. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises in the future.

Danny with Comfort Experts out of the Kennydale office was fantastic. He checked everything and replaced a part that was old and not working properly. I’ve been satisfied for years. I pay my monthly fee and have done so for years . It has paid for itself many times over.
Alex was friendly and professional. The crew was quiet and cleaned up very well after their work was done. All members of the crew were nice to my dogs. He explained all the work that was done, showed me pictures and explained why they moved from one size duct to another. When they left, he made sure I understood what work was done and insured that the house was clean. I would have that crew in my house again to make repairs.

7/1/25 Today we show up for a plumbing evaluation. upon arrival the fill valve in the master bathroom was constantly running, it was adjusted to perfect height and was still running. I replaced the fill valve, and flapper. I also installed a customer supplied the bidet. The homeowner has also agreed to going through with replacing a toilet in the hall bath along with the shut-off valve. She is ordering the toilet to home Depot and we are going to pick it up in the morning and return 7-2 to install new toilet. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

On this job he did not have accessible water so we could wash the condensor. They have been made aware of this. Other then that the system has good freon levels and excellent air flow with a clean filter. I recommend an easy start for it.

I arrived to find the furnace door off other furnace and the safety switch released. She stated that she had changed the filter last night and must not have got the door back on right. A secured the door back in place and confirmed the system was running. No repair. Collected service fee .
