Great service with a smilr
Zak did a great job of taking care of us. He changed out our filter and advised of our upcoming needs. He made sure we knew about specials the company has going on. He was very friendly and helpful.
For this job I replaced the customers X-13 blower motor and air handler control board. I updated the system via CoolCloud and shared the data for the board to get the system running. System was left on Cooling and blowing out at 53⁰.

Came to house to fix switch issue and also Add a plug
PLEASE EXPEDITE THE OEM MOTOR AND CONTROL BOARD FOR SYSTEM.
For this evaluation the customers blower motor seized up and was no longer running. Attempted to wire in a replacement motor for the time being however the system will not accept a PSC motor as a temporary. I spoke to the customer's about the problem and how we tried to get them up and running however we could not today. Ordering OEM Blower Motor and Air Handler Control Board
System at factory specs I cleaned the condenser changed out the filter and pourd bleach down drain line Delta was in range refrigerant is on target

Ran test and the board outside was throwing a hard lock out code and it needed to be rest.
Recommend a cleaning the outside coil to help from this from happening again.
Customer mom okayed work and also said she changed the filter out today to see if that helped
