Jake came to fix an electrical problem on our patio and discovered that the ceiling fan was not working because the circuit board in the motor was fried. He called the fan company for us, ordered the correct part and came back out to install the circuit board at no cost to us. He has an amazing customer service attitude-the best that I have seen in a very long time. We appreciated his positive, energetic, can do attitude while he was in our home. I highly highly recommend him and Hobson! Thank you Jake

I returned to address an issue with a previously installed fan. Upon inspection, I discovered that the customer had damaged the part during my last visit, which led to the fan malfunctioning. I promptly ordered a replacement part and returned to install it. Upon arrival, I found that the fan was operational, but it ceased working shortly after I left. Further investigation revealed a blown spot on the receiver, likely caused by a pinched wire. I replaced the faulty part with a new one, ensuring everything was functioning correctly. The customer expressed immense satisfaction and gratitude for my prompt action and the successful resolution of the issue, despite it being my fault.
Upon returning to address the issue with the GFCI, I discovered that the problem was linked to the fan. After inspecting the area, I found that the fan receiver had malfunctioned. Although I'm uncertain if the issue was entirely my fault, I discussed the situation with the customer. We agreed to attempt to secure the part under warranty to avoid additional costs for them. If the warranty claim is unsuccessful, I will explain that we can purchase a replacement part and complete the repair. I will follow up in the next few days to see if the warranty company has responded, and I will keep the customer informed of any developments.
I conducted an electrical inspection and addressed an issue with a non-functional plug. Upon arrival, I identified that the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) had tripped. After resetting the GFCI, the plug for the side door began functioning properly. This resolved the problem after several other companies had attempted to fix it without success. The electrical panel was in excellent condition, being brand new and equipped with a surge protector. Additionally, all GFCIs and smoke detectors were confirmed to be in place, meeting all required safety standards.

Technician arrived to home and talked to homeowner aswell as handing home questioner and asking where thermostat was located. Technician grabbed tools and started in air handler in attic, technician took pictures of everything. Technician checked blower wheel in good condition, plenums in good condition aswell as drain lines, did have drain protection, changed filter. Technician took electrical readings aswell as noticing uv bulb not on as it was out. Technician then checked insulation which was spray foam. Technician then moved to condenser unit outside, took panels off and washed thoroughly in and out. Technician then waxed unit and put panels back on and then took inrush amps of 80 amps, also hooking gauges up and refrigerant levels where in range. Technician checked capacitor which was also in range, after Technician wrote recommendations and talked to homeowner aswell as going over questioner. Homeowner agreed to recommendation of uv bulb replacement and wanted it done, technician
