12/02/24 TS- no leak visible upon arrival. Could not recreate issue at this time

On this job I returned to fix a coil sensor problem. The ystsme is now fine tuned and ready for heating

His panel looks good but he's having issues with 2 GFCI breakers and after talking about it he would like to replace them his self but the plugs are all wired correctly and gfci's are present where needed

Arrived at customers house for evaluation Bad thermostat replaced

For this heating tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser, all equipment was measuring at the manufacturer specs and running well. There is Nexus amount of Bio growth inside the air handler so I recommend installing a UV system to mitigate the spread of Bio growth in the home as well as installing whole home search protection to protect sensitive electronics within the home to include the HVAC equipment. Lastly I recommend a hard start kit to keep amp draw low on startup and increase the longevity of the life of the compressor.

Customer was not home. I called him and he was able to unlock door from his phone. Repaired wiring behind customer installed outlet to fix plugs not working. Called customer back he paid for minor electrical repair and locked door behind me.

On this job the thermostat would not shut off blower motor. I replaced it underwarrenty and added a soft start kit to the conendors. System is back online and ready for cooling and heating.

Customer has an appointment set up with an electrician to come out and hook up his HVAC equipment to his generator switch. I recommended to the customer adding a float switch to the primary drain line as well as a whole home surge protector.

10/21/24 TS- master sink has a slow drain but small hair near stopper and runs good after. Flushed waterheater, small amount of sediment at first but clear for the most part year old waterheater

Arrived onsite gave estimate for job customer was wanting to get done. He said to email to him he would look at it and get back to us.

10/12/24 TS- customer declined work. Leak is in a field across the street near a well head. Linenis 2" pvc that supplies the whole block water. Not only is the hole filled with water but the while field would need to be pumped down to access repair. Break is on a T section

Spoke to customer about options to hang two custom fixtures. Without the fixtures being here I informed her there is no garuntees. She ordered fixtures from a Instagram guy who makes them in his barn. Informed customer that once she has the fixtures on site we can come back and give her an accurate estimate on installing them. Emailed ballpark estimate and made sure she understood that this is not set in stone whatsoever. Way to many variables.

On this job I washed the condensor change the filter and blew out the drain lines. The system has a td of 20 subcool of 8. The heating side in range and back up heat strips pulling 17amps each. The system could use uv and a soft start. Other then this the system is online and cooling.

Came out for an evaluation customer was concerned about the noise level being produced by the fan motor however prior to my arrival she said her son blew off the leaves and the noise stopped I did not experience anything out of the ordinary I also did not physically open or diagnose anything however I did get her signed up with the complimentary senior citizen membership she expressed her frustrations with the company that installed this unit and stated that she has been calling us ever since I verified her manufacturers warranty and put a screenshot in the form she would also like a plumber to come out here and take a look at one of their toilets that they have been having issues with she said anytime works for her if the office just calls and gives her a heads up

Replaced the txv again, also replaced filter dryer, system has a floating restriction causing system to freeze and pull into a vacuum. Could attempt to run a flush kit through system or replace evaporator coil, system needs to be replaced to something more efficient, and reliable, customer is going to contact parents to seek for some help. Instructed customer to not run machine as compressor damage is imminent
