On arrival system running and cooling producing 16 degree delta with a subcool of 8. Indoor unit clean, coil dirty but otherwise in good shape. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Recommended iaq 1000 electrostatic filter. Pausing call to allow filter to be ordered.

On arrival system running producing a 22 degree delta. System passed all electrical testing outside of the compressor overamping on start up. The systems LRA is 79 and it was pulling 89 today. I recommended a compressor saver to address this and extend the life of the compressor. Compressor saver kits lower the amp draw on start up by 30-40 percent.

Customer okayed all recommendations.
Installed everything, charged up system and system was running when I left.

Tech arrived at a service call.
Upon inspection, the furnace control board was recieving low voltage but not supplying it. The fan and cooling functioned but not the heat strips as they were not recieving a signal. The blower area was very dirty.
The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will not be able to move forward with repairs at this time.
The system was not heating upon departure.

Tech arrived at a membership package unit tune-up. It was raining.
Upon inspection, the capacitor tested out of tolerance. The contactor was in working condition. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was recently replaced. The blower area had growth present including in the wiring. The blower wheel was dirty. The drain was clear and bleach was poured.
The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with replacing the capacitor. This item was replaced tested and functional.
The system was returned to the office position upon departure.

On arrival the system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. The coil and drain line were clean and clear. The blower was dirty, and will be cleaned on the level 2 duct cleaning. The outdoor unit passed all electrical tests. I am pausing this call in order for the duct cleaning to be scheduled.
