For this job I performed a complimentary plumbing inspection. I inspected all fixtures checking for any issues that may be present. The 2 obvious issues were a Sediment Trap needs to be installed on the water heater, and the second issue is the angle stops. 9 stops are twist to stop and should be converted to 1/4 turn stops. Put together 2 estimates for repairs and sent them over to the customer for approval.
I have completed my electrical inspection and everything in the panel looks great but there was one breaker tripped for quite some time but it's functional now and the plug in for the sprinklers is broken so I carefully in plugged it
