Recently had our 2 A/C systems "serviced" for a nominal fee. The "service" was just electrical and temperature tests and arranging a sales appointment. Our clogged condensate drain was ignored. We were told we had a leak in the newest system and they scheduled someone to give us estimates. We paid Arthur Hagar A/C for a second opinion. They flushed the clogged condensate drain, installed a cleanout and showed us that the refrigerant was NOT leaking. They also showed us that the gauge readings matched the specs on the units.

They were SO QUICK to respond to our inquiry for service and Derek was wonderful. He was so polite, respectful and helpful! Not only did he fix the issue, SHOW ME how to prevent and fix it myself if it happens again but gavce me several helpful tips and options should we need further help! You never know when these issues will arise but I'm telling you we will be calling them the second we have another situation!

Had issue with a contractor boring a fiber optic line in my area ..come to find out the contractor bored through my sewer line going to street Mark and another coworker after working all day stayed until their job was fulfilled and worked well past midnight to do so..they went above and beyond their duties to do so!!! 11/17/25 Customer supplied 11,000 w portable generator. Sub panel to new out building. Tri county requires automatic transfer switch. Panel change inside house. 2 dedicated circuits for each freezer and fridge. 10' trench for sub panel feeder. GOING TO SET UP A FOLLOW UP VISIT WED OR THURSDAY MORNING. PLEASE KEEP JOB PAUSED FOR NOW. ALSO WILL NEED ACESS IN THE MORNING TO DISCUSS ESTIMATE WITH BRIAN. question about pedestal replacement. Tri county responsibility? Permitting, tri county website. Transfer switch. Auto or manual. VPL8648 EXISTING ESTIMATE BUILT IS NOT COMPLETE. SPOKE WITH. CUSTOMER ON PHONE AND SHE DID NOT WANT BRIAN AND I TO PROCEED WITH APOINTMENT TO FINSIH ESTIMATE. Super tune up perfomed today on a Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and need to be cleaned. Supply ducts are dusty and should be cleaned as well. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
We will excavate and for water line to new well. This line will run behind home from new well to existing well house and have 2 bury hydrants. Extra charges will apply for difficult excavation ( roots, rocks, etc). This price is for line install only and does not include pressure tank, switch, or plumbing at tank 11/18/25 Need to return tomorrow to complete job.
Found refrigerant leak on suction side of service port braised leak pressure tested pulled vacuum and recharge system left with system cooling

11/17/25 Found small leak at discharge flare fitting. NEED TO HAVE INSTALL COME BACK OUT TO FIX THE LEAK AND RECHARGE R32. Room is also a wine room and would like it fixed as soon as possible Alex D 11/18/25 tightened flare connections and recharged system 20 degree delta Left system on in cooling.
Arrived to a no coo due to a clogged drain. Cleared drain and added drain treatment. Ensured that the drain and the sump pump were in proper working order. No secondary drain line has been installed. Need to install secondary drain. Line to ensure drain safety. Condenser fan motor is very loud due to grinding bearings. Checked bearings to find movement from side to side n condenser fan motor needs to be replaced.
Two system tune up performed today. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are in range. No drain switch present on smaller unit. Both compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Outdoor units were washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for the multi system home and budget protection plan. Customer had plans and needed to run. Need to schedule to return tomorrow to install drain switch on the smaller unit.
Job is to reroute drain line jet existing home main line cap off original drain and put some poison in opening will return wed for rec work
Cleared and treated drain. Replaced thermostat wire from wall to condenser Setup plumbing visit for bathroom sink, kitchen sink and plumbing inspection 12/2/25 confirmed by the office
11/14/25 System was out on high pressure upon arrival. Reset system and checked pressures and refrigerant levels were within proper range. Could not run in heat due to weather being too warm at the time. Need to come back when weather is colder to check system in heat mode. Pausing job for now and setting up an appointment for 2 weeks out when the temps are hopefully colder and the system can be properly checked in heat mode. Setup heat check for 11/29/25

Defrost control board Mn LRP16hp24p-1a Sn 1618m04706 Techs found that the unit is getting in properly voltage to the blower motor causing the noise from the system Homeowner was not home at this time to get signatures
Heating tune up performed today on a Carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Biological growth is starting to form on the inside of the air handler. Highly suggest adding a germicidal light to kill existing bio growth and prevent it from coming back. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working appropriately. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Need to turn this back over to a service tech to install a safety switch in a drain pan
I have completed my electrical inspection the electrical panel looks great they have gfcis in the proper locations all of which are functional I have talked to them about surge protection as well but they are not interested at this time generators and solar is also something that they are not interested in and they are very happy with their electric bill but have expressed concern about the water bill which they said they will be addressing with the plumber tomorrow the initial problem with the ventahood seems to be that whenever the roofers redid the metal roof they did not make a proper hole or spot for the benefit to actually vent out of

Came to job for solar panel causing issues and not producing power 1 once I got here found solar panel that wasn't connected so connected it and had to get everything reconnected through in phase and after all that they still said that there is a micro inverter that is bad and so told customer as soon as that part comes in to give us a call and we will come back out here and replace it
