Mark is an excellent Service Technician. Very knowledgeable, detailed, experienced and most of all concerned about the customer satisfaction. He really cares about me and the job he is doing. SMALL NOTE OF CONCERN: I am a very loyal customer (You-all are the best!). A member of the Annual Service Contract (monthly fee). My three high end "state of the art" Systems were purchased about 6 months ago (still under warranty). And, am wondering why I paid $79.00 for a service call for low voltage fuse replacement?

They were SO QUICK to respond to our inquiry for service and Derek was wonderful. He was so polite, respectful and helpful! Not only did he fix the issue, SHOW ME how to prevent and fix it myself if it happens again but gavce me several helpful tips and options should we need further help! Had issue with a contractor boring a fiber optic line in my area ..come to find out the contractor bored through my sewer line going to street Mark and another coworker after working all day stayed until their job was fulfilled and worked well past midnight to do so..they went above and beyond their duties to do so!!! Install 2 stage Amana 60k hz heat pump with high efficiency filtration, uv system, and code kit
Heating tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. UV system is working as it should. System looks clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly.
Customer states that the heat pump made a weird noise and had ice building up on the coil. Technician checked functions in heating and in cooling. Reversing valve, defrost control board, heat strips and outdoor thermostat are all in working order. Force tested defrost in front of the customer and he states that is the sould he heard. System functioning normally. There is no drain protection on the system. Highly suggest installing a drain switch to prevent possible water damage in case of a blockage in the primary drain.
Upon arrival customer stated the system would shut on and off and not heat properly during evaluation found that the heat pump would go out on low pressure performed leak search on evaporator coil and condenser coil leak detector went off at evaporator coil a couple times but no significant leaks detected talked with customer about age of the system and manufacture warranty along with pricing of parts compared to a new system with all new warranties. Customer decided to have comfort advisor come out this Thursday 12/11/25 3-5pm confirmed by office.
Came out two job for breaker tripping in office area and also bedroom talk to them about space heater probably overloading a lot of the time but they also talked about how it happened without them using it as well but tried to get it to trip but couldn't get breaker to trip so swapped breakers around in panel since breaker did not need to have GFI protection on it anyways to see that that would help customer but told them if that keeps happening to call us back Customer had $25 coupon
Heat strip has split and is causing a high voltage short. Need to order new Coleman heat kit under warranty and come back to replace the heat kit when the part comes in. System is currently running with the heat pump and one side of the heat kit.
Super tune up performed today on a Lennox straight electric system installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and 20mdd capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Evaporator coil is showing heavy corrosion. No leaks detected on the coil. Electrician is set to come out later today customer states that the breaker for the office keeps tripping.
Performed Tune up on 2017 Coleman Airhandler and Heatpump. All functions of indoor are working properly, found biological growth build up in Airhandler. Primary electrical board on Heatpump was acceptable, refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time. Washed the condenser coils from the inside out with water. Recommended UV system for the biological growth build up in the airhandler
Arrived to no heat. No voltage at the thermostat. Found popped low voltage fuse in the air handler. Changed fuse and system came on. Checked all connections and found a loose connection on the "w" wire which controls the heat strips. Tightened connection and performed function test. System running and heating the home upon departure.
Indoor airflow was too low increased CFM to 1300 and replaced filter
Replaced warranty gas valve.
Completed HTU. System operating as intended. Delta T of 28°. Stainless heat exchanger in good condition. .79 amps on inducer motor rated for 1.5. Flue clear of debris. Drain. Lines clear and has safety installed.

Evaluation performed on a ten year old Lennox mini split. Customer states that the drain frequently gets a blockage in it causing water damage on the wall of his garage. Checked to ensure head unit was level. The coil is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The debris on the coil is most likely washing down and blocking the drain holes. Advised customer that the coil needs to be cleaned.
11/221/25 Completed STU. Found dual run cap out of tolerance and failed indoor txv. Replaced dual cap. Will order parts for txv. Replaced filter. TXV replaced. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns and released pumped down refrigerant. System running properly at time of departure.
2021 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain was clear and draining at this time Customer recently changed filters Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable Header plates for evaporator coil have biological growth build up Heat strips were functional at the time and within manufacture range 2021 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional and heat strips come on during defrost Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended compressor saver, UV system for biological growth Along with HBPPLAN Installed UV 200 and signed up for HBPPLAN
AC unit
Super tune up performed today on a nine year old carrier heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Suggest adding a UV light to kill existing growth and prevent it from coming back in the future. 70/7.5 dual run capacitor was changed on this visit. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Suggest adding attic insulation to help with the efficiency of the home.
Heating tune up performed today on a 6 year old Goodman heat pump with down flow air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Corrosion is present on the evaporator coil. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Primary drain. Has a blockage and needs to be cleared. Suggest adding a compressor saver to the outdoor unit to help with the efficiency and reliability of the compressor. Customer declined repairs at this time.
Super tune up performed today on a ten year old Amana air handler with heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should boutdoor unit was washed and waxed. Condensate drain pan treatment installed today.
Need control board for Trane Model : TEM6A0D60H51SAA Serial : 161531D02V Square D pass through breaker Arrived to no heat. 24v coming into board but not leaving. Board needs to be replaced. 60amp square D pass through breaker has also failed. Breaker is breaking with no load present. Entire amount of 1203.20 financed through Good leap.
I have made an estimate for his security cameras is not seen interested at this time but the electrical tune-up went great his GFC eyes are functioning properly and are in the correct locations and the electrical panels look great I did have to adjust the panel cover as the generator interlock what stuck on top of the switch for the panel

Upon arrival customer stated that the thermostat would go on and off and would work and not work randomly. During evaluation Tstat was turned off then on and ran in all modes. Found no issues at this time and could not find a cause for the Tstat issues set Tstat to HOLD in so it would not run a schedule
Wired O to W on accident so system would constantly have the heatstrips running. Rewired Tstat wire and left with system in heat Callback on me
