See What Your Neighbors Say
My experience with Comfort Experts was very good. We were able to schedule a tech to come out the same day. The technician was friendly (and talkative) and gave a knowledgeable report of the issue, then showed me the readings spent time explaining why they were bad and why he came to his conclusions. I needed a new system. The salesman did a great job of explaining our options with the pros and cons of each. Their professionalism sealed the deal. They were able to schedule the install for two days after the purchase. The techs that installed the system were just as friendly and professional as the others. They finished the installation in one day, so we hada cool air and a new system for that night.
Thank you for your help and quickly responses to fix our system.

The system stopped working, so we called them back out. Justin Pennington came out to assess the issues and was able to fix the problem to get the system working again. It was very knowledgeable he kind of snow what was going on and explained what he was doing.
I'm still very pleased with Custom Experts. They sold us a good system and they backed it up!
Mark D. Is Outstanding at his job, I recommend anybody reading this to go with this company when you need your heater air fixed outstanding at his job, I recommend anybody reading this to go with this company when you need your heat or air serviced.

This is a company worth knowing about. We own a high end valued home. We want the best. Comfort Experts delievered beyond expectations. We purchased three(3) top of the line systems. The leader (Don) and orchestrator – thoroughly inspected, measured, calculated, analyzed and detailed the plan for each A/C system. On site Manager/engineer (Joe) strategically laid out the details for 3 Teams. Each of Systems were very complicated installations in their own right. The Team Leaders (Joni, Ivan, Alex) are experienced, well trained, and solved all complications with genius. They arrived early and stayed late for the one day installation! Nothing was overlooked, even the Duck Work (Jonathan) and vents were cleaned. When they left the house it looked better than before they arrived (Clean up). Comfort Air cared about me and cared about what was best for my home. Most assuredly they respected my home.

Electrical to plumbing She has a few problems with her plumbing mainly the sink(disposal side) and dishwasher leak and she's very interested in a membership
When technician arrived he asked if there were any troubled areas. I then checked volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, coils, blower wheel, washed outdoor unit, also checked contactor and dual capacitor. The contactor is severely pitted and should be replaced, and the blower wheel has some build up and should be removed and cleaned. The homewner had to leave and will discuss this with her husband and get back with us. If there are any questions you can call and I can discuss them over the phone. I will attach photos so you can look at everything I am talking about.
5/31/25 Me and Mark need to come by on Wednesday the 4th to check out the situation, with the meter bases
Quoted levels 1,2 and 3 24k heat pump horizontal with new attic access $10,516 $13,417 $14,774
When technician arrived at the home he asked if there are any troubled areas or problems the homeowner said no. The technician then checked gas furnace and Air Conditioner, he checked the volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, also the blower wheel, filter, contactor, dual run capacitor, washed and waxed outdoor unit, added some bleach and flushed drain, also cycled gas heat on and checked burners. The dual run capacitor is a 70/7.5 and tested at 67.1/7.3 the capacitor says plus or minus 6% which is still in manufacture specifications but getting lower when it tests below 65.8 it will need replaced. The contacts are pitted pretty badly but ohmed at 17 I will quote a new contactor. The homeowner also asked about duct cleaning so I'll add that on the estimate and show photos of ductwork. Customer wants to wait on things for right now.

Evaporator coil hasmajor refrigerant leak and molecules are entering into breathable air. Blower motor has grease/oil visible. Discussed the need of a microsire soft start flex x2. System is not functional. CA appointment set for 5/31/25 @12p If homeowners move forward with an affordable option then we can waive service fee, if not then we can call and collect. Homeowner understands. We installed downstairs unit in 2019.
Customer talking to her kids about purchase of two systems will call tonight or in the morning to move forward.

Cooling tune up performed today on a straight electric system installed in 1998. System is very dirty. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are both impacted and have a lot of biological growth. Refrigerant levels are not reading correctly due to the poor airflow caused by the dirty coil and blower wheel. Compressor is amping very high while running. Outdoor coil has a lot of hail damage. Suggest unit replacement due to the age and relief the system. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow.
5/29/25 I need to return on Tuesday as the ladder I brought is completely too short need one that will allow me to reach 15 ft
I have completed my electrical inspection and found that there is no surge protector and there is a incorrectly wired switch in one of the bathrooms for the fan, I have given an estimate for the surge protector and talked on the rewire but they need to think about it first
Cooling tune up performed today on a carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2014. Some corrosion is present in electrical connections. X13 blower motor is amping high. Heavy build up is present on the evaporator coil and the blower wheel. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Compressor is amping high upon start up. 70/5 dual run capacitor is weak and needs to be changed as soon as possible. No drain protection is present on the system. No surge protection is present in the home. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Refrigerant levels may be slightly low however they are being affected by the low airflow across the evaporator coil. If coil and blower wheel are properly cleaned the charge may return to normal. Customer declined repairs at this time.

The new system the technician checked volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, also checked zone system. Technician noticed the TXV bulb was in factory position he removed foam and installed the bulb to the proper location and re insualed, Everything is working good at this time. Technician then checked other system including volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, this system is a variable speed system so does not have capacitors or contactors, flushed drains this system is working ok at this time.
