Customer and I agreed on major diagnostic fee in order to put together accurate estimate as well as diagnosing multiple lighting and outlet circuits. When technician arrived he asked homeowner of any troubled areas, homeowner stated that outdoor pad is becoming unlevel due to the edge of the pad sitting on the concrete, and the front room and entry are a bit warmer. Technician did a complete and thorough inspection checked volts, amps, temperature splits, refrigerant pressures including superheat and subcool, duct pressures, capacitors, washed and waxed outdoor unit, went into attic to verify the ductwork we installed didn't have a damper closed to the front areas and there was not a damper however the front room was split to the pantry register so technician closed that register a bit to get more air to living area. Homeowner would like an electrician to bid fixing a few things in the home, living room lights, band bathroom fan. Quote fixingnliving room lights, and bathroom fan
Upon arrival technician talked to homeowner and asked questions about home. Technician then grabbed tools and headed to package unit on back of home. Technician took off panels and electrical readings in range, washed coils in and out and waxed after. Blower wheel looked clean, evaporator coil looked clean too, filter wasn't changed homeowner said she had changed it not too long ago. Refrigerant levels where in range aswell as capacitor in range, delta split of 20 degree overall package unit working good 2 year old system. System working upon departure
Performed Tune up on main House system. System has biological growth build up in Airhandler and Auxiliary motor starter was weak. System is functioning properly and found no other issues at this time. Replaced Auxiliary motor starter. Performed Tune up on secondary house. System is functioning properly and found no issues at this time. Recommended Compressor saver
5/12/25 Upon arrival customer said he forgot about appt his wife is not feeling well he needs to reschedule
Replaced outdoor board and compressor plug. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Found low voltage fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and ran system check found no other issues at this time
2017 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Filter was acceptable at this time Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable Condensate pan has biological growth build up Supply plenum has biological growth buildup 2017 Trane Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from inside the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended UV system for biological growth and to promote clean air and unit surge protection Signed up for HBPPLAN
Technician arrived to customers home, customer used to have a membership I believe, not anymore. Technician talked to homeowner and asked questions. Grabbed tools and started in air handler on attic, plenty of insulation, blower wheel clean, evaporator in immaculate condition, drain pan in good condition, plenums in good condition, filter wasn't changed homeowner said he will do himself. Technician then moved to condenser unit, washed coils in and out, took refrigerant levels and where in great range, capacitor in range aswell as contactor in good condition, system is only 2 years old performs great and homeowners have no problems with it.
Super tune up, technician arrived to customers home and asked questions aswell as handing out home questioneer. Technician grabbed tools and started in air handler, drain pan was rusted, blower wheel looked clean and in good condition, evaporator coil clean, plenums in good condition, filter was changed was dirty, plenty of insulation in home, electrical readings in range and wires in good condition. Technician continued to condenser unit, cleaned coils in and out, took leafs out, and waxed unit after. Took refrigerant levels in range, capacitor in range aswell, contactor in good condition. Overall working system and in good condition, talked to homeowner about pan and pan strip, said to follow up next week.
We have installed a light with all customer supplied equipment but he changed his mind on the surge protector due to financials

Upon arrival tech Talked to homeowner and got to work tech recovered the refrigerant, uninstalled condenser coil and filter dyer, installed need filter dyer, evaporator coil and did a pressure test at 150, after pressure test tech pulled a vacuum under 500 microns. Tech let the microns hold for 15 minutes once done tech charged the system to its proper readings. System is up and running

arrived to no cool. Found that the outdoor unit power was off and the 40/5 dual run capacitor had failed. Replaced capacitor and tuned power back on to the unit. Performed function check. System running and cooling upon departure.
2004, 2.5t, R22, closet up flow, straight electric. Expired manufacturer warranty. Air handler: Filter – 1" minimal performance filter, installed upside down, replaced. Evaporator coil – heavy discoloration, oil spots visible and heavy rust. Performed a courtesy leak detection and discovered HCFC R22 refrigerant molecules which indicate a breach in the evaporator coil. Hazardous material entering into families breathable air. Blower wheel – heavy buildup on fins which restrict optimal airflow and puts stress on the motor. Blower capacitor is below manufacturer tolerance and the motor has visible oil on its hub. Indoor unit – Heavy biological growth buildup all throughout, including the duct work. Indoor air is compromised, homeowner claims family is getting sick more often. Reworked exterior grill outlet. Home inspection. Repaired breaker that was installed incorrectly feeding exterior outlets.
Upon arrival, technician introduced himself to homeowner and asked questions about home and how system has been working lately, followed by Technician handing home questionner sheet to customer to fill out. Technician grabbed tools and started in attic unit, blower wheel looks clean, plenums looked in good condition, evaporator coil clean, filter was changed not super dirty, electrical readings in range, aswell as wires in good condition and clean. Technician also inspected water heater in attic, pan on bottom water heater was 11 years old, never been drained, no automatic shutoff for valve incase it leaks. Technician continued on condenser unit, contactor in Good condition, refrigerant levels in range aswell, washed coils in and out and waxed unit after. Overall system working perfectly. – led set for Plumber to give estimate on water heater, set for may 12 preferably in the morning.
