Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable of A/C systems. Gave a detailed overview of the work he did, things we should consider getting done to improve our A/C efficiency and benefits of the Comfort Care Club. From the initial phone call requesting service to the completion of the repair & inspection, Comfort Experts performed flawlessly. Mark arrived onsite and went to work review the current state of our relatively new (less than 4 years old) AC system (Note*** Comfort Experts did not install the system). It didn't take Mark anytime at all to diagnose the issue. He explained what was going on & what was need to get our HVAC system back to operating normally. We are 100% satisfied that we received an honest assessment of the problem and that the repairs were done out of necessity (not a ploy to spend money on a non-issue. We will once again have them our service provider for all things relating to our environmental control system.

I meticulously installed a new floor in the outdated shower closet, ensuring a seamless and durable finish. The project began with a thorough assessment of the existing structure, followed by the removal of the old, worn-out floor. I then prepared the area by cleaning and ensuring the surface was level and dry. Next, I applied a moisture barrier to prevent future damage and installed a subfloor for added stability. Finally, I laid down high-quality tiles, ensuring precise alignment and grouting to complete the job. The result is a functional, aesthetically pleasing shower closet ready for daily use.

During the plumbing inspection, I thoroughly examined the home, which is approximately seven years old. I identified several areas that could benefit from attention and provided detailed recommendations to the customer. These included potential upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure the plumbing system's longevity and efficiency. The customer requested that I email these recommendations to her so she could discuss them with her husband and decide on the best course of action. She will contact us once they have made their decision. Additionally, the customer expressed interest in having an electrician visit next Friday for a complimentary consultation regarding some electrical issues. This visit will allow us to assess any potential problems and provide recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements. The customer looks forward to our electrician's visit to ensure the electrical system is safe and functioning optimally.

Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system was not cooling properly. I replaced the capacitor and addressed the issue of the X13 blower motor not blowing with sufficient force. During the evaluation, I inspected the dual run capacitors within the range and found no issues. I also checked the refrigerant levels and confirmed they were within acceptable limits. The X13 blower motor was examined and found to be functioning correctly. The oil was cleaned, and the lower unit was inspected, revealing no problems. After these interventions, the system was running and cooling effectively. Before leaving, I discussed the system's age, which is 11 years, and the potential for future failures due to industry changes. I recommended the Comfort Care Club and spoke about the benefits of a Comfort Visa to help manage future maintenance and potential repairs.

Upon arrival, the Daikin mini split system was not cooling. An E5 error code indicated a compressor start failure. The outdoor coil was dirty, potentially causing thermal overload and shutdown. After thorough diagnostics, a loose wire connection was identified. Connections were tightened, and power was restored. The system was tested and confirmed to be running and cooling effectively before departure.

On 8/4/26, I removed and replaced shower cartridges, ensuring accessibility. I also replaced the shut-off valve to address tub pressure issues, pending further diagnostics if needed. I installed a customer-supplied kitchen faucet and restored water supply. Parts for additional work are expected by Friday, with potential delays. Half payment was collected, and I will coordinate with Zach and Wade upon their return. The customer is aware they need to provide the faucet for installation. I will notify the office and the customer upon part arrival to schedule the next steps.

Upon inspection, it was determined that the bedroom was not cooling due to a failed zone damper motor. This issue was affecting the upstairs zone system. To temporarily resolve the problem, I forced the damper open, ensuring air circulation in the bedroom while the system is operational. However, the damper is now unable to close. Additionally, the customer reported tripping a breaker when using equipment in the shop, necessitating an electrician's evaluation. Furthermore, she mentioned difficulties running the propane fireplace and dryer simultaneously, requiring a plumber's assessment. Estimates have been sent, and the customer wishes to consult with her husband before proceeding with the repairs.

Upon arrival, I detected a strong sewer odor near a closet behind a bathroom, despite the tub being unused. To address the issue, I filled the trap with water and vinegar, which helped alleviate the smell. I then inspected the area under the home for any signs of sewer leaks but found everything dry. Additionally, I checked for gas leaks and identified two drops, one at the furnace and one at the water heater. I provided options for further sewer and gas tests. No work was performed during this visit.

On 8/3/26, I found the unit not cooling due to a faulty compressor saver over-amping at startup. After replacement, I discovered low refrigerant levels caused by an uninsulated TXV and a restrictive filter at the return grills. I insulated the TXV and removed the filter, improving subcooling. However, supercooling indicated a restriction due to insufficient airflow. I returned on 8/4/26 to assess refrigerant levels and on 8/5/26 to find a suitable return location. I found consistent superheat but low subcooling, and identified kinked ducts. I cut straps to improve airflow and provided a quote for additional returns.

We addressed a drain clearing issue by first running a snake through the toilet to locate the blockage. Using a camera, we confirmed it was a full septic tank. We then proceeded to pump out the tank, ensuring all waste was removed. The drain was thoroughly cleaned, and the system was restored to proper functioning. Our team ensured all work was completed efficiently and effectively.

Upon arrival, the system was not providing any cooling. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the 45 microfarad compressor capacitor had failed. To resolve this, I replaced the faulty capacitor with a premium dual run capacitor, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability. Additionally, I replaced the compressor saver under the membership warranty. Following the replacements, I conducted a comprehensive function check to confirm the system's proper operation. The system was successfully restored, and it was effectively cooling the home when I departed.

Today, I performed comprehensive maintenance on a Generac 22kW air-cooled generator installed in 2022. I changed the oil and oil filter, replaced the air filter, and installed new spark plugs. I meticulously checked the valve spacing and confirmed they were within specifications. Although the battery was reading "good," I recommended replacing it due to its age. I changed the battery and reset the maintenance schedule. After conducting a function check, I ensured the system was running normally and set it back to "auto" mode before leaving.

I performed a comprehensive tune-up on a Trane heat pump with an air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections were inspected and found to be tight with no signs of corrosion. The UV system was operational and functioning correctly. The blower motor was tested and deemed acceptable. The blower wheel and evaporator coil were cleaned to ensure optimal performance. The compressor and condenser fan motor were checked for proper amperage. Refrigerant levels were measured and found to be in the low end of the normal range. The outdoor unit was thoroughly washed and waxed. I recommend adding surge protection and a compressor saver to enhance the system's efficiency and reliability.

Upon arrival, the system was not cooling. After a thorough inspection, I identified a failed 45/5 capacitor as the root cause. Leveraging my expertise, I replaced the faulty capacitor under the P&L warranty. Post-replacement, I conducted a comprehensive function check to ensure optimal performance. The system is now running efficiently, providing the desired cooling. I left the site confident in the restored functionality.

Our team successfully addressed the drain issue by first removing the trap to inspect for any blockages or debris. After identifying the problem, we thoroughly cleaned the trap to ensure it was free of any obstructions. Next, we flushed the drain with a specialized solution to eliminate any remaining residue and to restore proper flow. Finally, we reassembled the trap and tested the drain to confirm that it was functioning efficiently. This comprehensive approach ensured the drain was fully operational and free from future issues.

I recently completed a comprehensive home service that involved a thorough inspection and repair of the central heating system. The job began with a detailed assessment of the existing setup, identifying areas that required attention. I then proceeded to clean and service the furnace, ensuring it was operating efficiently. Additionally, I replaced several worn-out components, including the thermostat and air filters, to enhance overall performance. I also checked and optimized the ductwork to ensure even heat distribution throughout the home. The final step involved a complete system test to confirm that everything was functioning correctly and efficiently. This meticulous approach ensured the heating system was ready for the upcoming season.

Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system was not blowing any air. During the evaluation, I discovered that the evaporator coil was completely iced over. Reviewing previous technician visit records, I found that the refrigerant levels were low, indicating a leak in the system. I explained to the customer the implications of this issue and the industry changes affecting refrigerants. To address this, I recommended the Comfort Advisor program. I promptly contacted the program and scheduled a visit, which was confirmed by the office.

Recently, I conducted a comprehensive plumbing tune-up for a four-year-old residence. The inspection revealed that all plumbing systems were functioning optimally. The water heater was flushed, resulting in minimal sediment, indicating efficient performance. Additionally, a video inspection of the sewer system confirmed its excellent condition, with no visible damage or blockages. All fixtures, pipes, and connections were examined to ensure they met safety and performance standards. This thorough evaluation ensures the home's plumbing systems will continue to operate smoothly.

Upon arrival, the system was not cooling, and the condenser displayed a low pressure lockout code. After inspection, it was determined that the system was low on refrigerant charge. A leak detection search revealed a leak in the condenser coil, located in a non-repairable area. Consequently, a replacement condenser coil is required. The refrigerant warranty fee has been waived as per the instructions from Brian H. The necessary steps have been taken to ensure the system is restored to proper functionality as swiftly as possible.

I thoroughly inspected and maintained the 2024 Amana Airhandler, ensuring all electrical connections were secure and tight. I replaced the filter using the customer-provided unit and confirmed that the drain was clear and functioning properly. The UV system was operational, and the blower motor and wheel were in acceptable condition. The evaporator coil was also found to be in good working order. For the 2024 Amana Heatpump, I checked and tightened all electrical connections, verified that the dual run capacitor was within the manufacturer's range, and ensured the primary electrical unit was acceptable. The compressor saver was functional, and refrigerant levels were acceptable. The fan blades and motor were in good condition, and the condenser coils were cleaned from the inside out. I recommended upgrading to a Micro Air Soft Start Kit for improved efficiency.

On 7/23/26, I performed a comprehensive tune-up on the air handler and condenser. I checked and tightened all electrical connections, ensuring they were secure. The evaporator coil was clean, the blower was operating within the specified range, and the drain line was functioning properly. For the condenser, I inspected the fan motor, capacitor, and compressor, all of which were in acceptable condition. I also checked the refrigerant levels and found the system to be low. After a thorough leak search on both indoor and outdoor coils, no leaks were detected. I added 47 oz of R-32 under warranty. On 07/30/26, I conducted another leak search and found no leaks. I added dye to the system and scheduled a follow-up visit on 08/03/26 to continue the leak search.

Upon arrival, the indoor unit was operational, but the condenser was not running, displaying an open line code. The contactor was engaged but not passing high voltage despite receiving proper low voltage. After discussing with the homeowner's son, we replaced the contactor. Checking refrigerant levels revealed they were low. Although unable to consistently locate leaks, the system's low refrigerant was evident. We recommended a Comfort visor visit, but the homeowner opted to proceed without it. The system was left running and cooling, with both the homeowner and son aware of the refrigerant issue.
