I would have given a higher rate but I had to wait a whole day to get service done. That wasn’t really Zack’s fault. He and his partner were over worked the day before and couldn’t come the day before.
Our outside water spigot was leaking between the brick and the MBR wall. I called Comfort Experts of Weatherford and got service the next day. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly. Had issue with a contractor boring a fiber optic line in my area ..come to find out the contractor bored through my sewer line going to street Mark and another coworker after working all day stayed until their job was fulfilled and worked well past midnight to do so..they went above and beyond their duties to do so!!! Recent Work
Need to return on the morning of May 1st to perform the work needed. Super tune up performed today on a Trane heat pump installed in 2015 with a straight cool condenser installed last year. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Primary drain has a blockage and no drain switch has been installed. Emergency drain pan is holding water. Need to return on May 1st to clear and treat the drain and install a drain switch per customers request. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. The unit is short on return air. Need to install another 20×20 return grill with a duct to bring the return air to an acceptable range. Per customer request. Need to return on the morning of May 1st to perform repairs needed. Customer declined repairs to be performed today.
4/22/25 Manufacture sent the incorrect coil, unable to replace coil at this time. Condensate pan was correct and changed at this time so the customer will not have any leaking from the pan and can run ac at this time. Talked with Rob from Parts and he is contacting Trane to get the correct Evaporator coil.
Customer requests the membership fee be taken out on the 15th every month. Arrived to no cool. Found that the 70/7.5 dual run capacitor had failed and was preventing the compressor from starting. Replaced the dual run capacitor and added a compressor saver to help with the efficiency and the reliability of the system. Performed function check. System operating normally at time of departure.
Super tune up performed today on a Goodman straight electric system installed in 2023. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. No drain protection has been installed. Drain protection is required by code within city limits. The primary drain was also not capped. A cap has been put in place to ensure proper air flow through the air handler. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Performed water test and gave multiple estimates for conditioning and filtration system through halo
I have completed and electrical inspection he has two lights that she believes have faulty wiring first one in a main bedroom it's most likely to a loose connection in a wire nut but it does not present itself most of the time the second is the daughter's bedroom closet where the light is not function at all but there is current going to the fixture recommended replacing that fixture
2010 gas attic horizontal. Expired manufacturers warranty. Drain line clear. Filter replaced and dated. Blower wheel dirty. Evaporator coil has detectable refrigerant leaking into breathable air. Supply ducts at plenum have energy loss. Insulation in attic needs reapply. Compressor inrush amperage exceeding manufacturers specifications. Condenser fan motor FLA exceeding manufacturers specifications. Refrigerant charge is below manufacturers specifications. I sat with Mrs. Slave as the husband wasn't home. I shared all video/photo evidence and explained system performance, reliability and saftey. I educated on the industy and the changes that effect homeowners. I explained the next potential issues and how to mitigate the stress around it. Homeowner declined all aspect of restoration but thanked me for my expertise but had too many things going on in their life and will wait until system failure which I politely advised against. Electrical inspection set for 4/19/25 in the AM, I saw an outside plug falling out of place and the bubble cover broken. Plumbing inspection set for 4/22/25 homeowner claims water is starting to smell and is hard. I sat with Mrs.Boyd and shared all evidences about the biological growth and how it's effecting the indoor air quality. She had me email the estimates so she can further discuss with husband (not home at the time). She is concerned about her major allergy to biological growth. We spoke about getting the system decontaminated. Homeowner agreed to a membership with all of its benefits. H
Upon arrival tech found wet switch was going off tech checked the drain and pump everything is working properly tech checked refrigerant readings and found that it was proper
We will pull toilet in downstairs bath and cable line in attempt to clear. Once cleared we will camera line and give option for c/o. Customer will pull and rest toilet himself. No warranty on stoppage or toilet reset Cleared line and ran camera. Video shows buried c/o fitting at corner of home. Also shows a break in the line where tree fell last year. Options given for repair Customers ac not working. We installed last yr. Called Jennifer and set up an appointment for technician to come out

We will cut out old brass drain under sink and clear line if able. After clearing, we will replace with pvc tubular

We will pull trap and clean. We will need to return first call if possible and cut out brass drain to clear
2016×2 3t electric. 2012/14 3t gooman hp. Right side – two 1 inch filters. Insulation on vapor line compromised. Secondary condesate line that houses the saftey float switch is not plumbed correctly. 2×4 wood stilts where the indoor unit sits on are rotting. Heavy biological growth buildup inside indoor unit. Evaporator coil has visual oil streaks and refrigerant molecules detected indicating a leak of hazardous materials into the breathable air. Blower wheel has slight buildup. Return plenum area has duct board falling off and pieces are restricting airflow. Electric heatstrips not functioning fully. Heating equipment is deficient. Supply ducting needs repair. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturers specifications. Refrigerant charge is below manufacturers specifications. Vapor line needs replacement insulation. Dead critter ontop of contactor.
