Recently had our 2 A/C systems "serviced" for a nominal fee. The "service" was just electrical and temperature tests and arranging a sales appointment. Our clogged condensate drain was ignored. We were told we had a leak in the newest system and they scheduled someone to give us estimates. We paid Arthur Hagar A/C for a second opinion. They flushed the clogged condensate drain, installed a cleanout and showed us that the refrigerant was NOT leaking. They also showed us that the gauge readings matched the specs on the units.

Had issue with a contractor boring a fiber optic line in my area ..come to find out the contractor bored through my sewer line going to street Mark and another coworker after working all day stayed until their job was fulfilled and worked well past midnight to do so..they went above and beyond their duties to do so!!! Failed cap. Replaced and reset system. Left system in cool
Tuneup on a 12 year-old heat pump checked both indoor and outdoor units. Indoor unit is clean and everything is working to manufacture. Specs did inform customer about filters. He only needs that one 4 inch filter in there and not that 1 inch filter came to the outdoor unit found unit pulling 85 A on Sara recommended a compressor saver. I washed outdoor unit checked all electrical components but everything is within manufacture. Spec pressures are OK at time of inspection.
Completed tune on main building systems and secondary building system Checked all components to the systems. Found dual run cap on both main building systems to be weak, blower wheels and Evaporator coils to have dust and dirt build up. Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time and washed all condensers from inside out Recommended dual run cap replacements and cleaning of blower and Evaporator coils
Install new rinnai 180,000 BTU propane tankless water heater in existing recessed box on side of home. Controller on wall in master bath is no longer used due to new heater controls being in box outside. Tested for leaks and proper function. Working as it should at this time
Arrived to no cool. Upstairs unit. Arrived to "04" code, indicating a locked rotor. Hard start kit had failed. Replaced hard start under warranty. Told customer to please call immediately if system fails again.
Free second opinion verified. Evaporator coil and blower wheel are very dirty and need to be cleaned. Refrigerant levels will not stabilize due to very poor airflow across the coil. Crossover duct has become detached and is blowing cold air underneath the house. Duct needs to be reattached and system needs to be cleaned before final diagnosis can be determined. Comfort advisor is scheduled to speak with the customer tomorrow.
Tech found biological growth in the system, tech also found that the systems 2nd drain is not built correctly tech found all the refrigerant readings to up to tech standards
Customers main drain line is bscking up, i have advised her to have a plumber come out and clear the line.
Installed customer provided disposal and repaired dishwasher drain hose tested for leaks no leaks job complete
Technician found superheat to be below technician standards technician checked for static pressures and found that we are not having enough return for the system we have installed the duct system in 2018 technician is going to come back with Brian to find out where it would be the best place to add another return for this system technician is pausing job for right now
I have completed the circuit for the elevator will come back when Brett gives the go ahead
Customer was concerned with gas stove not working. Verified outlet was good. Power is good. Igniters are working but stove is not heating inside. It's a bad stove. Customer is aware.

Upon arrival found system completely frozen turned on heat pump mode to a defrost system and checked pressures and pressures were low added a little bit of refrigerant to make TXV was not the issue bulb is functioning properly pulled unit apart and found multiple leaks in the evaporator coil. There’s one month left of warranty. Informed homeowner about possible issues from running and finding multiple oil spots in the Condenser section opted to go with a comfort advisor would also like a duct cleaning quote and then. Has some airflow issues in a few room rooms crawled underneath house and verified to my knowledge. There is no issues with the duct more than likely is a return
Tech found that the condenser is working up to techs standards. Tech found that the compressor is working properly. Tech also found that the fan motor is working properly. Tech found that the supply plenum has a leak allowing a lot cold air escape the system cooling the attic tech also found that the drain doesn't have a trap at this time

Found unit frozen solid and blower motor is burned out. Do to a faulty txv and leaks in evap coil. I recommend replacing system due to being 27 years old. Replaced blower motor and verified system started cooling.
