Diagnosed solar concerns. Solar company and other electrician were concerned about stranfe voltages. Found dead Lizard as well as loose tap below feeder crimp causing resistance and a small amount of charring. Was able to remove issues and tighten connections. Tested system voltage. Everything looks good. New member.

Upon arrival system was off customer stated system was loud and rattling when blowing. After evaluation found that insulation was on Blower wheels and causing Fan to be unbalanced. Removed insulation and system ran properly and no out of normal sounds were present

Not an install callback. Evap coil needed more insulation. Water was dripping past the drain pan causing water to collect. Insulated evap coil piping inside the air handler.

Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage.ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Germicidal UV bulb was replaced on this visit

Her main panel had a lock that she didn't have the key too but she didn't want to cut it so I performed the inspection on the inside and the panel looked good and plugs were wired correctly I did reset a GFCI in the guest bathroom so the masters plug would work

10/26/24 Called customer and she said that she would like a appointment after 5 on Monday for an tech to come out to give the estimate it was a little to late tonight I got the estimate made and sent as an email she just needs to discuss it with a few others

2014 4t hp closet downflow. Expired manufacturers warranty. Filter replaced. Heavy biological growth forming Inside indoor unit. High voltage heatsrtips melted at pass-through breaker. Leaks detected in aluminum evaporator coil. Refrigerant levels low. Compressor inrush amps exceed manufacturers LRA with a start capacitor. Surge protection has been utilized, no longer protected. Condenser unit is not level. Sat with homeowner and discussed the systems age, performance and saftey. Homeowner agreed to speak to a CA today 10/29/24 @1pm. Homeowner is an elderly 84yo retired from Bell helicopter widow and felt more comfortable with my presence whith the CA. Advised office on the circumstances and met with Don.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. INDOOR: I replaced the filter, the coil was clean, the blower was clean, the heat strips were functioning within range, system had a temperature split of 20 degrees and the drain was clear. OUTDOOR: the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. The refrigerant charge was within acceptable levels at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and explained how to adjust the heat level without having the heat strips engage. IN HEAT MODE ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE IN TWO DEGREE INCREMENTS. System was cooling when I left.

INDOOR: System had a temperature split of 21 degrees, the filter was clean, the coil was clean, the blower was clean, the heat strips were functioning within range. OUTDOOR: I washed and waxed the unit before taking any readings. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. The refrigerant charge was at acceptable levels at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and recommended a UV system, system was cooling when I left.
