Customer states that another company had come out to give estimate for duct cleaning. They stated that the unit was full of biological growth and they had to clean it. Technician went into the attic with the homeowner and showed him that there was no visible biological growth on the inside of the system. There is some slight dust starting to form on the evaporator coil. Installed new UV bulb to ensure system stays clean and a level 1 duct cleaning is being performed on Wednesday the 28th. Payment has been collected d for the bulb replacement but the remainder will be paid upon completion of duct cleaning.
Pumped down unit replaced fixed orifice metering device and bi flow filter drier. Checked for any additional blockage in refrigerant line. Pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Released refrigerant and performed function check. System functioning properly in heating and cooling apon departure.
Mis wired the low voltage for the second heat sequencer causing the third heat strip to not be energized. Left with system heat

Found failed sequencer. Replaced sequencer and signed up for HBPPLAN. Left with system in heat mode
Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Filter was dirty and was changed on this visit. Refrigerant levels are in range. All amp draws are within tolerance. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Customer states that the outdoor unit has a lot of water underneath it and the system seems to be struggling in heat. Technician found a restriction in the liquid line at the outdoor metering device. Need a fixed metering device for Carrier CH14NB030P0GAAAA heat pump.
2020 Lennox Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Ignition system was functional All safeties are functional Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Duct work is inefficiently ran and fresh air is just open to the attic but is off at this time 2020 Lennox Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan motor and blades were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended compressor saver, unit surge protection and CA for duct redesign
Came to house for fridge not working after GFCI tripped customer reset all breakers and everything in panel and everything came back on the fridge still wasn't working correctly got here in the fridge just needed to be reset with a button inside of it
Performed Tune up on 2019 Carrier system. Checked all components of the Airhandler and found no issues with the functionalities of the Airhandler. Checked all components of the Heatpump and found two issues. Could not force Heatpump into defrost mode so not 100% confirmed that the system will properly go into defrost if needed, also found dual run cap to be just outside of the manufacture tolerance. Talked with customer about issues and recommendations, customer does not want to do anything at this time.
Sewer storage
Arrived around 8:15 forgot to arrive myself until the end of the call. Performed Heating tune up on 2 year old Heatpump package unit. Checked all components and functionalities of the package unit. Blower wheel and evaporator coils were acceptable, UV system is functional, heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range. All electrical connections were tight, dual run cap, primary electrical unit and defrost board were all acceptable. Defrost mode is functional and refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time. Did not wash the condenser coil today as I was here less than three months ago and the condenser coils were acceptable, did not warrant a cleaning today. Left with system in heat mode
Performed Tune up. All Airhandler components tested within manufacture range and found no issues at this time with the performance of the Airhandler. There are locations with biological growth build up and recommended UV system for the biological growth All Heatpump components tested within manufacture range and found no issues at this time with the performance of the heatpump. Cleared debris from inside and washed the condenser coils from the inside out. Left with system. In heat

2022 Intertherm Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer stated he would change filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil has heavy dust dirt and dog hair build up 2022 Trane straight cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was acceptable Primary electrical unit was acceptable Unable to check refrigerant levels at this time due to outdoor temps Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended compressor saver, coil cleaning and UV system
Came to job for breaker wire being stripped going to neutral bar so fixed that and reconnected wire to neutral bar
I have installed the customer supplied surge protector
Put gas line cover on
Performed Heating tune up on both gas furnaces Checked and tightened all electrical connections UV system on main unit furnace is functional Customer recently changed filters Drains were clear and draining at this time Blower motors and wheels were acceptable Evaporator coils were acceptable Ignition systems were functional All safeties are functional Recommended UV system on secondary Furnace. Customer stated she is going to have to hold off because she needs a horse trailer
I will return on Tuesday the 18th first call to install a customer supplied supplied surge protector

Customer wanted a system that would drastically reduce his electric bill, but didn't want to pay $60,000 – $70,000 12k solar system $60.000
Performed system tune up, all components of the system tested to within manufacture range and tolerances. Washed condenser coils with water. Have no recommendations at this time due to homeowner moving and home being empty.
